Abstract

本发明公开了一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法,本发明将无机复合填料采用皂化分散,不仅能够有效的将复合填料均匀分散在润滑油中,并使油膜厚度增加,润滑油的承载能力得以提高,由于复合填料本身也具有自润滑作用,改性后能够均匀稳定地分散在基础油中,可长期放置不沉淀,具有广泛的应用前景。

Description

一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油领域,具体涉及一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。润滑油基础油主要分矿物基础油、合成基础油以及生物基础油三大类。矿物基础油应用广泛,用量很大,但有些应用场合则必须使用合成基础油和生物油基础油调配的产品,因而使这两种基础油得到迅速发展;
长期以来,减摩抗磨剂的应用一直缺少理想的产品。无机物的石墨、二硫化钼减摩抗磨性好,其作为固体润滑剂起到了很好的作用,但是由于油溶性差,难以在液体润滑材料中使用。含有非金属硫、磷、硼、氯的有机物虽然解决了油溶性的问题,但是其非金属特性在减摩抗磨性能上受到了限制,因此,如何改善无机物在润滑油中的分散效果是目前研究的重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取0.8-1重量份的二烷基二硫代磷酸,加入到其重量14-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得磷酸溶液;
(2)取10-16重量份的正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量10-15倍的去离子水中,加入苏打,调节pH为11-12,搅拌反应3-4小时,加入上述磷酸溶液,升高温度为60-65℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得溶胶溶液;
(3)取2-3重量份的皂化液,加入到其重量10-14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入4-5重量份的三乙醇胺,超声3-5分钟,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预处理醇胺;
(4)取1-2重量份的二氧化钼,加入到上述溶胶溶液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空50-55℃下干燥1-2小时,得二氧化钼复合溶胶;
(5)取7-9重量份的油酸,与上述二氧化钼复合溶胶混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量1.5-2倍的溶剂,搅拌混合2-3小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得油酸化复合溶胶;
(6)取上述预处理醇胺,加入到上述油酸化复合溶胶中,搅拌均匀,加入0.01-0.02重量份的催化剂,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌2-3小时,冷却,加入60-70重量份的基础油,搅拌均匀,即得所述溶胶减摩润滑油。
所述的溶剂为碳酸二甲酯。
所述的催化剂为氧化镍。
所述的皂化液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
蓖麻油酸酯20-30、钼酸铵1.4-2、0.8-1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液36-41。
所述皂化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将钼酸铵加入到其重量10-16倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
将蓖麻油酸酯送入到50-65℃的恒温水浴中,加入上述钼酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌10-20分钟,滴加上述0.8-1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后升高水浴温度为85-90℃,保温搅拌30-40分钟,出料冷却,即得所述皂化液。
所述的溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法制得的溶胶减摩润滑油。
本发明的优点:
本发明以二氧化钼、硅溶胶为无机润滑填料,而在处理该复合填料的过程中,采用正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,将水解后的溶胶与二氧化钼共混,采用油酸处理,提高其表面活性,之后再与三乙醇胺共混,在催化剂作用下生成皂化活性剂,进一步改善了复合填料在润滑油中的分散相容性,同时生成的皂化活性剂也具有一定的润滑效果,本发明将无机复合填料采用皂化分散,不仅能够有效的将复合填料均匀分散在润滑油中,并使油膜厚度增加,润滑油的承载能力得以提高,由于复合填料本身也具有自润滑作用,改性后能够均匀稳定地分散在基础油中,可长期放置不沉淀,本发明采用蓖麻油酸酯、碱溶液为原料,在进行皂化反应的过程中引入了润滑剂钼酸铵,进一步提高了润滑效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取1重量份的二烷基二硫代磷酸,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得磷酸溶液;
(2)取16重量份的正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量15倍的去离子水中,加入苏打,调节pH为12,搅拌反应4小时,加入上述磷酸溶液,升高温度为65℃,保温搅拌30分钟,得溶胶溶液;
(3)取3重量份的皂化液,加入到其重量14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入5重量份的三乙醇胺,超声5分钟,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预处理醇胺;
(4)取2重量份的二氧化钼,加入到上述溶胶溶液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空55℃下干燥2小时,得二氧化钼复合溶胶;
(5)取9重量份的油酸,与上述二氧化钼复合溶胶混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量2倍的溶剂,搅拌混合3小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得油酸化复合溶胶;
(6)取上述预处理醇胺,加入到上述油酸化复合溶胶中,搅拌均匀,加入0.02重量份的催化剂,升高温度为95℃,保温搅拌3小时,冷却,加入70重量份的基础油,搅拌均匀,即得所述溶胶减摩润滑油。
所述的溶剂为碳酸二甲酯。
所述的催化剂为氧化镍。
所述的皂化液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
蓖麻油酸酯20、钼酸铵1.4、0.8mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液36。
所述皂化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将钼酸铵加入到其重量10倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
将蓖麻油酸酯送入到50℃的恒温水浴中,加入上述钼酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌10分钟,滴加上述0.1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后升高水浴温度为85℃,保温搅拌30分钟,出料冷却,即得所述皂化液。
实施例2
一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取0.8重量份的二烷基二硫代磷酸,加入到其重量14倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得磷酸溶液;
(2)取10重量份的正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量10倍的去离子水中,加入苏打,调节pH为11,搅拌反应3小时,加入上述磷酸溶液,升高温度为60℃,保温搅拌20分钟,得溶胶溶液;
(3)取2重量份的皂化液,加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入4重量份的三乙醇胺,超声3分钟,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预处理醇胺;
(4)取1重量份的二氧化钼,加入到上述溶胶溶液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空50℃下干燥1小时,得二氧化钼复合溶胶;
(5)取7重量份的油酸,与上述二氧化钼复合溶胶混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量1.5倍的溶剂,搅拌混合2小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得油酸化复合溶胶;
(6)取上述预处理醇胺,加入到上述油酸化复合溶胶中,搅拌均匀,加入0.01重量份的催化剂,升高温度为90℃,保温搅拌2小时,冷却,加入6重量份的基础油,搅拌均匀,即得所述溶胶减摩润滑油。
所述的溶剂为碳酸二甲酯。
所述的催化剂为氧化镍。
所述的皂化液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
蓖麻油酸酯30、钼酸铵2、1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液41。
所述皂化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将钼酸铵加入到其重量16倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
将蓖麻油酸酯送入到65℃的恒温水浴中,加入上述钼酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌20分钟,滴加上述1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后升高水浴温度为90℃,保温搅拌40分钟,出料冷却,即得所述皂化液。
性能测试:
表观:无沉淀、无分层、无结晶物析出;
抗磨测试:
将本发明实施例1的溶胶减摩润滑油、实施例2的溶胶减摩润滑油、市售硫磷酸钼减摩剂、市售氨基甲酸钼减摩剂按0.5%的比例分别加入到国标SJ10W30油中。用四球机法测定其减摩抗磨性能。实验条件为:油温80℃,时间30min,负荷392N,测试结果为:
本发明实施例1:
磨斑直径:0.38mm、平均摩擦系数:0.057;
本发明实施例2:
磨斑直径:0.40mm、平均摩擦系数:0.060;
市售硫磷酸钼减摩剂:
磨斑直径:0.49mm、平均摩擦系数:0.087;
市售氨基甲酸钼减摩剂:
磨斑直径:0.53mm、平均摩擦系数:0.101。
由测试结果可以看出,本发明的溶胶减摩润滑油具有优良减摩抗磨性能,具有广泛的应用前景。

Claims (4)

1.一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取0.8-1重量份的二烷基二硫代磷酸,加入到其重量14-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得磷酸溶液;
(2)取10-16重量份的正硅酸乙酯,加入到其重量10-15倍的去离子水中,加入苏打,调节pH为11-12,搅拌反应3-4小时,加入上述磷酸溶液,升高温度为60-65℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得溶胶溶液;
(3)取2-3重量份的皂化液,加入到其重量10-14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入4-5重量份的三乙醇胺,超声3-5分钟,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预处理醇胺;
(4)取1-2重量份的二氧化钼,加入到上述溶胶溶液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空50-55℃下干燥1-2小时,得二氧化钼复合溶胶;
(5)取7-9重量份的油酸,与上述二氧化钼复合溶胶混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量1.5-2倍的溶剂,搅拌混合2-3小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得油酸化复合溶胶;
(6)取上述预处理醇胺,加入到上述油酸化复合溶胶中,搅拌均匀,加入0.01-0.02重量份的催化剂,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌2-3小时,冷却,加入60-70重量份的基础油,搅拌均匀,即得所述溶胶减摩润滑油
所述的催化剂为氧化镍,
所述的皂化液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
蓖麻油酸酯20-30、钼酸铵1.4-2、0.8-1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液36-41。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为碳酸二甲酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述皂化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将钼酸铵加入到其重量10-16倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
将蓖麻油酸酯送入到50-65℃的恒温水浴中,加入上述钼酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌10-20分钟,滴加上述0.8-1mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液,滴加完毕后升高水浴温度为85-90℃,保温搅拌30-40分钟,出料冷却,即得所述皂化液。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的溶胶减摩润滑油的制备方法制得的溶胶减摩润滑油。
