The width of the conveying device is adjusted by manually moving the positions of the riding wheels and the baffle wheels on the shaft in most of the currently adopted methods. Because the number of the wheels is too large and the wheels after adjustment are still ensured to be positioned on the same straight line, the whole adjustment project is long in time consumption and complex in operation, and the working intensity of equipment maintenance personnel is increased; also, considering the limited length of the axle, the distance the wheels can move is limited, and thus there is a limit to the size of the products produced on the same production line.

The riding wheel assembly comprises two carrier plates 2 with vertical and parallel plate surfaces and a plurality of wheel sets symmetrically arranged on the outer side surfaces of the two carrier plates, and each wheel set comprises a riding wheel 3, a catch wheel 4 and a driving wheel 5 which are coaxially and cooperatively arranged. The riding wheel 3, the baffle wheel 4 and the driving wheels 4 are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, the diameter of the baffle wheel 4 is larger than that of the riding wheel 3, the driving wheels 5 on the same side are connected with each other through a driving belt, and the driving belt and the driving assembly are in linkage arrangement.

The width adjustment process of the conveying device is as follows:
