Description

Novel burn wound dressing
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical dressing, and particularly relates to a novel burn wound dressing.
Background
The plaster is one of the external traditional Chinese medicines, and is mainly prepared by decocting vegetable oil or animal oil with the traditional Chinese medicines into a gelatinous substance and coating the gelatinous substance on one surface of cloth, paper or skin. However, the ointment is greasy, the wound surface is not easy to clean and disinfect, and the oiling agent is easy to form a layer of film, which prevents the wound surface from seeping and draining, and is easy to cause local infection. And the skin is not easy to use when in defect, and is not easy to be used for the parts with more wound surfaces. The powder has the defects of easy falling and difficult fixation when used for treating burn and ulcer, and is easy to run off along with the increase of wound seepage, thereby affecting the treatment effect of the medicine. The patch is a lamellar preparation which can be adhered to skin, and the medicine can produce systemic or local effect, and in the actual treatment process, the dosage form which is matched with the wound with larger area, such as large-area burn of the whole body, is not easy to select, and is inconvenient to use clinically. And the ointment, the powder and the patch have no functions of removing the necrotic tissue and promoting tissue regeneration and poor suction and permeation functions.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above problems, the invention aims to provide a dressing for burn and wound, so as to solve various clinical application defects of traditional ointment, powder or patch.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a novel burn wound dressing, which comprises a skin-friendly breathable layer, an adsorption layer, a fixing layer and a breathable outer layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the layers are adhered and fixedly connected together; the adsorption layer contains an adsorbent prepared by carbonizing ash tree branches and wampee tree branches.
The invention relates to a burn wound dressing, which is characterized in that when the burn wound dressing is used, the skin-friendly breathable layer is used in contact with skin, and the breathable outer layer is away from the skin surface layer.
According to the novel burn wound dressing, the skin-friendly breathable layer is in contact with the skin of a wound, the adsorption layer absorbs moisture and reduces seepage, the heat is cleared away, inflammation is prevented, swelling is reduced, the adsorption layer is fixed by the fixing layer, and the breathable outer layer is connected.
The novel burn wound dressing has the advantages that the adsorbent contained in the adsorption layer has good functions of clearing heat and detoxicating, eliminating dampness, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation, and also has good functions of moisture absorption and inflammation resistance, the adsorption function is provided by coke obtained by baking and carbonizing ash tree branches and wampee tree branches, and the adsorption function is close to the adsorption performance of active carbon. However, in the clinical burn and ulcer treatment, the adsorbent of the invention is used to replace the conventional active carbon, thus not only having good moisture absorption function, but also having obvious functions of anti-inflammatory, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation.
According to the novel burn wound dressing, the weight ratio of the fraxinus chinensis branches to the wampee branches is 0.8-1.2:1-1.5. The practice proves that the absorbent prepared by the weight ratio can achieve the best balance effect of the moisture absorption performance and the decay removing and muscle generating performance.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the fraxinus chinensis branches to the wampee branches is 1:1.
the novel burn wound dressing according to the invention further comprises a secondary adsorption layer between the adsorption layer and the breathable outer layer. The secondary adsorption layer further enhances the effect of absorbing and penetrating liquid of the burn wound dressing, so that the clinical use effect is better.
According to the novel burn wound dressing of the present invention, the secondary absorbent layer is between the anchor layer and the breathable outer layer. When the secondary adsorption layer is arranged between the fixing layer and the breathable outer layer, the water absorption effect of the adsorption layer can be further consolidated, and the bonding and fixedly connecting effects between the layers of the burn wound dressing are good.
Preferably, the secondary adsorption layer is made of medical materials with good water absorbability.
According to the novel burn wound dressing, when the secondary adsorption layer is the super absorbent resin fiber attached with the super absorbent resin balls, the super absorbent resin fiber has excellent moisture absorption effect, can keep the wound surface relatively dry for a long time, is beneficial to the growth of healthy tissues of the wound surface, and has better effects of removing the necrotic tissue and promoting granulation.
According to the novel burn wound dressing, the thickness of the secondary adsorption layer is 0.6-1.0mm.
According to the novel burn wound dressing, the thickness of the adsorption layer is 0.8-1.5mm.
According to the novel burn wound dressing, the skin-friendly breathable layer, the fixing layer and the breathable outer layer are non-woven fabrics.
Preferably, the skin-friendly breathable layer is cotton fleece non-woven fabric, the fixing layer is high-fluffiness hot air non-woven fabric, and the fluffiness is 1.0-1.8mm. The breathable outer layer is a high-breathability non-woven fabric with the breathability rate being more than 1200 mm/s. The preferable types of the non-woven fabrics used in the layers are matched, so that the burn wound dressing has good clinical use experience, no stimulation to wounds and good air permeability and hygroscopicity. The high-fluffiness hot air non-woven fabric is used as a fixing layer, can play a role of fixing the adsorbent in the adsorption layer, and can timely transfer seepage adsorbed on the adsorption layer.
The preparation process of the novel burn wound dressing according to the invention comprises the following steps: baking dried cortex Phellodendri and Fraxinus chinensis, pulverizing, and sieving. Specifically, the dried wampee tree branches and the fraxinus chinensis branches are made into small sections with the length of 5-10mm, baked, crushed, sieved by a 40-80 mesh sieve, and sealed and stored for standby.
According to the novel burn wound dressing, the length and width dimensions of the skin-friendly breathable layer and the breathable outer layer are larger than those of other layers, and a closed space is formed, so that other layers can be wrapped in the dressing. The dressing can be easily fixed when in use, and the effective adsorbent components in the adsorbent layer are not easy to fall off.
Preferably, the length and width dimensions of the skin-friendly air-permeable layer and the air-permeable outer layer are 2-3cm larger than those of other layers, so that the skin-friendly air-permeable layer and the air-permeable outer layer are bonded to form a closed space.
The novel burn wound dressing is used for burn wound surface application, such as a wound with a submerged cavity or a sinus tract, the auxiliary materials can be folded, and the inner surface (the skin-friendly breathable layer) is filled outwards.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the novel burn wound dressing disclosed by the invention is prepared by matching all layers, and the adsorption layer is prepared by taking the fraxinus chinensis branches and the wampee tree branches as raw materials through baking, so that the novel burn wound dressing has the effects of absorbing moisture, relieving swelling and relieving pain, assisting in treating burn wound, and also has the functions of clearing heat, removing toxicity, drying dampness, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation; the burn wound dressing of the invention is applied to clinic, has good effect, extremely low infection rate, short treatment period and low treatment cost.
The invention takes the super absorbent resin fiber attached with the super absorbent resin balls as the secondary adsorption layer, can keep the wound surface relatively dry, and is beneficial to the growth of healthy tissues of the wound surface.
