The cylindrical limit brush head 13 and the mounting plate 16 fixedly connected with the silicone tube 15 are fixed on a mounting shaft on the top cover 2, and the mounting shaft can be fixed or can rotate freely or has external rotation moment, so that more than two rotation moments act on the tableware, and at least two moments are opposite to each other.

In fig. 11, a servo motor 29, a rotation center 30, a z-shaped mounting frame 31, a rotary movable joint three-way joint 32, an air pipe 33, a suction cup 34, a micro vacuum pump 35, a placing frame 36, a telescopic motor 37, a buffer plate 38 and a storage box 39 are added.
The machine has main structure, power structure, water spraying system, turntable structure, brushing structure, intermittent rotating structure, sucking disc structure, etc.
The box body 1 is a semi-open box body, a power structure, a water spraying system, a brushing structure and the like are as in the front case, a sucking disc 34 is movably arranged in the center of a turntable 1401 of the turntable structure 14, the sucking disc 34 is connected with a micro vacuum pump 35 through an air pipe 33 and a rotary movable three-way joint 32, and the turntable structure 14 and the sucking disc 34 in between are two groups and are respectively arranged at two ends of a Z-shaped mounting frame 31.
The intermittent rotating structure is a servo motor 29 or other intermittent rotating structures fixed on the box body, the z-shaped mounting frame 31 and the servo motor 29 are connected to the rotation center 30, and the z-shaped mounting frame is driven by the servo motor 29 to rotate intermittently and clockwise around the rotation center 30.
When the turntable structure 14 and the suction cup 34 are rotated to the left station, the placing rack 36 for placing the dishes to be washed is faced to the lower part, and the lower part of the placing rack 36 is fixedly connected with a telescopic motor 37.
The extension of the telescopic motor 37 pushes the placing rack 35 and the tableware thereon, the outer side of the bottom surface of the uppermost tableware is propped against the sucker 34, at this time, the micro vacuum pump 35 works, the sucker 34 sucks the uppermost tableware, then the telescopic motor 37 retracts and moves downwards, the placing rack 36 and other tableware descend, at this time, the servo motor 29 drives the z-shaped mounting rack 31 to rotate by 180 degrees, the tableware sucked by the sucker 34 and the connected turntable support 14 are placed under the brushing structure, at this time, the sucker 34 is released, the opening of the tableware is upwards and is freely placed on the turntable support 14, and then the brushing structure is put down for brushing.
In the rotation process of the z-shaped mounting frame 31, the brushing structure also moves upwards, so that the rotation is avoided to avoid interference.
After the brushing, the brushing structure moves upwards, the servo motor 29 drives the z-shaped mounting rack 31 to rotate by the next 180-degree angle, and when the cleaned tableware rotates by a certain angle on the turntable support, the cleaned tableware falls into the containing box 39 placed below the right side, and the containing box 39 is filled with clean water or is buffered by the buffer plate 38 and the like, so that the tableware is not damaged.
In the process of washing the tableware 12 at the washing position, the other end of the z-shaped mounting frame 31 returns to the to-be-washed tableware placing frame 36, and the above actions are performed, so that continuous washing can be realized. The tableware opening of a batch is put on the placing frame 35 together downwards, a plurality of tableware can be placed at a time, the action execution of each electric device is controlled by a program, and a part of sensors are added to monitor the execution process.
The case is suitable for the washing requirement of medium tableware quantity.
Example 6 intermittent rotary disk automatic feeding bidirectional power scrubber
As shown in fig. 12, the intermittent rotary table automatically feeds the working principle of the bidirectional power scrubbing machine.

In the figure, an intermittent structure 40, an intermittent turntable 41, a blocking arm 42, a slope blanking track 43, a slope feeding track 44, a conversion positioning point 45 and a stirring rod 46. A notch disc 401, a swivel arm 402, a cylindrical pin 403, a sheave 404.
The working mode of the machine is a production line working mode, which comprises a main body structure, a brushing structure, a water spraying system and a power structure, wherein the difference is that the processes of feeding, washing, discharging and the like of workpiece tableware are automated, and an intermittent structure 40 drives an intermittent turntable 41 to realize gap rotation. The intermittent turntable 41 is formed by at least 3 working positions, in this example, four stations a, b, c and d, and each station is advanced one station distance after each revolution of the intermittent turntable 41, i.e. the position of the next station is entered, for example, the position where the turntable support 14 of the station a runs to the station b, and one station is rotated in turn.
The intermittent structure 40 has various structures, in this case, the intermittent structure 40 is formed by a notch disc 401, a rotating arm rod 402, a cylindrical pin 403, a sheave 404 and the like, wherein the notch disc 401 is driven by a low-speed synchronous motor, the sheave 404 is fixedly connected to the intermittent turntable 41, and when the low-speed synchronous motor drives the notch disc 401 to rotate for one circle, the sheave 404 and the intermittent turntable 41 rotate through one station. When the notch disc 401 rotates, the period of engagement between the cylindrical pin 403 on the rotating arm rod 402 and one groove of the grooved pulley 404 is the rotating process of the grooved pulley 404, when the notch disc 401 rotates by one angle, the cylindrical pin 403 on the rotating arm rod 402 is separated from one groove of the grooved pulley 404 and enters the next period, the arc part of the notch disc 401 is matched in the reverse arc of the grooved pulley 404, the grooved pulley 404 is not moved in this period, the notch disc 401 is driven by the synchronous motor to continuously rotate at a constant speed, and therefore, the intermittent turntable 41 obtains a periodic intermittent rotation mode, and the stall ratio is set according to specific requirements.
In fig. 13, in the automatic feeding structure diagram of the intermittent turntable, the position a is a feeding position, the position b is a brushing position, the position c is a discharging position, and the position d is a wheel space position.
The feeding position a is provided with a slope feeding track 44 on the side edge, an inclined slope or a circulating conveyor belt is arranged on the side edge, the bottommost position of the lower end of the slope is a horizontal plane, here, a conversion positioning point 45 is a table ware which can only fall into one table ware, a servo motor 29 is fixedly arranged beside the conversion positioning point 45 and drives a stirring rod 46 to rotate, the table ware which falls into the position of the conversion positioning point 45 is stirred into a turntable support 14 of the station a on the intermittent turntable 41 every time the stirring rod 46 rotates, and the next table ware on the slope feeding track falls into the conversion positioning point 45, and other table ware is further in turn.
The position b is the washing position, and the washing mode is not repeated in the previous case, but the brushing structure is moved upwards to prevent mutual interference during the rotation of the intermittent turntable 41.
The c position is the blanking position, when the tableware washed in the b position reaches the c position, the blocking arm 42 is encountered, the blocking arm 42 blocks the tableware 12 to continuously rotate together with the intermittent turntable 41, the tableware is supported by the blocking arm 42 to deviate from the original movement track, and falls on a slope blanking track 43 at one side, and moves downwards along the track.
Feeding at the position a, washing at the position b and discharging at the position c are operated simultaneously, and each working period is the time when the intermittent rotating disc stops rotating.
The machine can realize an automatic continuous washing mode, and is suitable for the requirement of large-scale washing.
Example 7 reciprocating two-way Power scrubber
Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a reciprocating two-way power scrubber, in which there are gear 47, rack 48, slide rail 49, screw 50, screw nut 51, and other parts as in the previous case.
The cover plate 2, the bidirectional power gear box 3 fixedly arranged on the cover plate 2, the auxiliary motor 18 and the brushing part are taken as a whole and fixedly connected with a screw rod nut 51, a servo motor 29 fixed on the box body 1 drives a screw rod 50, the screw rod 50 is inserted into the screw rod nut 51 and is matched with the screw rod nut 51 for use, when the servo motor 29 rotates under the control of a computer program, the screw rod 50 is driven to rotate, and according to the working principle of the screw rod, the screw rod nut 51 moves axially along the screw rod 50, so that the cover plate 2 and the brushing structure part fixedly arranged on the cover plate are driven to move up and down.
When the box body 1 is semi-open, a slide rail 49 is fixed at the lower part of the box body, a turntable support 14 is slidably mounted on the slide rail 49, the turntable support 14 is connected with a rack 48, a gear 47 fixed at the shaft end of the servo motor 29 is meshed with the rack 48, and when the servo electrode 29 rotates, the gear 47 can drive the rack 48 and the turntable support 14 fixed with the ruler 48 to move along the slide rail 49.
During washing, the servo motor 29 at the upper part of the box body 1 drives the screw rod 50 to rotate, the screw rod nut 51 drives the top cover 2 and the brushing structure part on the top cover to move upwards to separate from the tableware 12, then the servo motor 29 at the bottom of the box body 1 works, the gear 47 drives the rack 48 to pull out the turntable support 14, at the moment, the tableware 12 to be washed is put into the turntable 1401, then the servo motor 29 at the lower part of the box body is reversed to send the turntable support 14 and the tableware 12 on the turntable support to the lower part of the brushing structure, and finally the servo motor 29 at the upper part of the box body 1 rotates reversely to put down the top cover 2 and the power structure and the brushing structure on the top cover for brushing.
After the brushing, the brushing structure is moved up, the turntable support 14 is pulled out, the washed tableware is taken out, the next tableware 2 to be washed is put in, and the above actions are repeated to wash in turn.
Example 8 circulating bidirectional Power scrubber
Fig. 16 is a schematic diagram of a circulating bidirectional power scrubber, in which a driving synchronous pulley 52, a synchronous belt 53, an idler pulley 54, a robot 55, a robot suction cup 56, and the like are shown. Other components as in the previous case.
The main structure, the power transmission structure, the brushing structure, and the water spraying system are as in case 7, and are not tired. The feeding, running, discharging and the like of the workpiece tableware 12 are different from the above, mainly, the servo motor 29 fixed on the box 1 outputs the rotation of a driving synchronous pulley 52, the other end of the box 1 is provided with an idler pulley 54, the synchronous belt 53 is bridged between the driving synchronous pulley 52 and the idler pulley 54, a plurality of turntable supports 14 are uniformly fixed on the synchronous belt 53, the servo motor 29 intermittently rotates, when stopping, one turntable support 14 is opposite to the brushing structure on the top cover 2, when rotating next time, the next turntable support 14 is moved to the lower part of the brushing structure on the top cover 2, when the synchronous belt 53 rotates each time, the servo motor 29 on the upper part of the box 1 moves the top cover 2 and the brushing structure on the top cover, and when the synchronous belt 53 stops, the servo motor 29 on the upper part of the box 1 moves the top cover 2 and the brushing structure on the top cover, the fixed disc 16 of the brushing structure, the silicone tube 15 and the cylindrical limiting brush head 13 are put into the tableware 12 to simultaneously brush, and intermittent actions are performed, so that continuous washing is realized.
The feeding structure is that the inner surface of the tableware 12 to be washed is sucked by a manipulator sucker 56 of a manipulator 55, the tableware 12 is put on a corresponding turntable support and then removed, the next action is waited, and the feeding structure is as follows: when the washed dishes 12 in the turntable support 14 are placed on the timing belt 53, the dishes 12 drop into the receiving box 39 placed thereunder under the force of gravity as the timing belt and the turntable support 14 rotate to the side of the idler wheel 54.
In the whole process, the program controller controls the electric devices to act cooperatively, so that a continuous washing mode is realized.
