An RFID intelligent environment-friendly express collection and package sorting management system is characterized by comprising a belt line, a channel door fixed above the belt line, a plurality of cross belts fixed on one side of the belt line, sorting mechanical arms fixed on the other side of the belt line and in one-to-one correspondence with the cross belts, and express collection and packages moving along with the belt line; the express delivery bag sorting system comprises an express delivery bag, a channel door, a card reader, a controller and sorting mechanical arms, wherein at least one RFID chip is arranged on the express delivery bag, the classification attribute of the express delivery bag is written into the RFID chip, at least one RFID reading head is arranged on the channel door, the RFID reading head is connected to the card reader, the card reader is connected with the controller, the classification attribute read by the RFID reading head is transmitted to the controller, the controller is connected with the sorting mechanical arms, the corresponding sorting mechanical arms are controlled to move according to the classification attribute, and the express delivery bag is pushed into a cross belt; a leakage repairing RFID reading head is arranged behind the channel door and connected with a card reader, and is used for secondarily reading the RFID chip on the express parcel and transmitting the RFID chip to the card reader; the card reader controls the phase deviation or the reverse phase coupling of the RFID reading head and the leakage-repairing RFID reading head; the card reader controls in-phase coupling between all the RFID reading heads; the RFID chips on the express packages are installed in an oblique diagonal line, so that at least one RFID chip is not located on the bottom surface of the express package and is in direct contact with the surface metal surface of the assembly line, and is located on the side surface and the top of the express package, and the RFID chips are convenient to read by the reading heads.

The RFID intelligent environment-friendly express collection and package sorting management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coil and the RFID chip of the RFID reading head are customized, comprehensive factors are optimized and customized in terms of coil material, antenna quality factor, bandwidth, antenna gain and power intensity, and field parameters and phase adjustment are performed.

The RFID intelligent environment-friendly express delivery collection and package sorting management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a manual sorting area is arranged at the tail end of the belt line, and unidentified express delivery collection and package are collected for manual sorting.
4. The RFID intelligent environment-friendly express delivery collection and package sorting management system as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the RFID chip is printed with an RFID number on the surface.
5. The RFID intelligent environment-friendly express delivery collection and package sorting management system according to claim 4, wherein the RFID number is a two-dimensional code.
6. The RFID intelligent environment-friendly express delivery collection and package sorting management system according to claim 3, wherein in the manual sorting area, manual handheld PDA is adopted for sorting.

The RFID intelligent environment-friendly express collection and package sorting management system of claim 1, further comprising an intelligent express bag system and a sorting mechanical arm control system, wherein the card reader, the intelligent express bag system, the sorting mechanical arm control system and the sorting mechanical arm are sequentially connected to perform dual-redundancy control of the sorting mechanical arm.

The RFID intelligent environment-friendly express delivery collection and package sorting management system of claim 7, wherein logistics information of all express deliveries in an express bag is written into the RFID chip, the intelligent express bag system manages the express bags according to the logistics information, and the intelligent express bag system comprises an express bag backtracking module, an express bag inventory module, an express bag reconciliation module and a path optimization module; the express bag backtracking module backtracks the number of times of use of express note number, RFID serial number and express bag, express bag stock module makes statistics of the management to warehouse stock and each district's stock to intelligence is transferred and is foreseen the prediction, express bag reconciliation module carries out express bag rent management and output reconciliation detail, and route optimization module carries out express bag real time monitoring and express bag and transports the route adjustment.
