a3, the ERP issues a corrugated base paper delivery instruction according to a production instruction of a corrugated board production line, and the required corrugated base paper is transported to the corrugated board production line through a logistics vehicle according to the specification of the corrugated base paper required in the instruction to produce corrugated boards;
a4, stacking the corrugated boards in a counting mode, and pasting a data two-dimensional code on each stack of corrugated boards;
a5, classifying, positioning and storing the corrugated boards in the intelligent temporary storage area of the corrugated boards according to the data two-dimensional codes;
a6, the ERP issues a warehouse-out instruction of the corrugated board according to a production instruction sent by the ink printing area, a code scanner on the logistics vehicle obtains a two-dimension code of the required corrugated board and then transfers the two-dimension code from the corrugated board intelligent temporary storage area to the ink printing area which sends the production instruction to sequentially print, slot die-cut, paste a box and order the box to generate a corrugated box;
a7, counting, bundling and stacking the generated corrugated boxes, and pasting a data two-dimensional code on the corrugated boxes again;
a8, the logistics vehicle classifies and positions the generated corrugated cartons in a finished product area through code scanning;
B. the manufacturing and production process steps of the offset printing paper box specifically comprise:
b1, implanting a data chip into offset printing base paper; parameters recorded in the data chip comprise paper specification and positioning information;
b2, classifying, positioning and storing the offset printing base paper in a raw material area according to the parameter information recorded by the data chip in the offset printing base paper;
b3, the ERP issues an offset printing base paper delivery instruction according to a production instruction of the offset printing area, the required base paper is transported to a roll splitting machine through a logistics vehicle according to the specification of the offset printing base paper required in the instruction, the offset printing base paper is cut and offset printing production is carried out, and then film coating and polishing are carried out; meanwhile, the ERP issues a single-sided corrugated board delivery instruction according to a production instruction of a mounting and veneering area, and the single-sided corrugated board is sent to base paper which is glazed with a coating through a logistics vehicle to carry out mounting and veneering, so that an offset printing paperboard is formed;
b4, counting and stacking the offset printing paperboards, and pasting a data two-dimensional code on each stack of offset printing paperboards;
b5, classifying, positioning and storing the offset printing paperboards in the semi-finished product intelligent storage area according to the data two-dimensional codes;
b6, the ERP issues a delivery instruction of the offset paper board according to a production instruction sent by the die cutting area, a code scanner on the logistics vehicle obtains a two-dimensional code of the required offset paper board and then transfers the two-dimensional code from the semi-finished intelligent storage area to the die cutting area which sends the production instruction to sequentially die cut, paste windows, glue boxes and order boxes to generate offset paper boxes;
b7, counting, bundling and stacking the generated offset printing paper boxes, and sticking a data two-dimensional code on the offset printing paper boxes again;
and B8, classifying and positioning the generated offset printing cartons in a finished product area through code scanning by the logistics trolley.
