Abstract

本发明公开了一种雾化降温器,属于食品加工设备领域。雾化降温器有隧道式机壳,隧道机壳内顺序安装有预冷器、高速风机、水雾化器、待降温流体软盘管组,隧道机壳顶部有透明罩盖。隧道机壳尾端底部有排水管连通回水收集池,顶部有排气道对着回水收集池上方。隧道机壳下面有集水箱接收回水收集池收集的循环水。循环水泵通过管道将循环水打入隧道机壳内的水雾化器。雾化降温器将冷却水循环使用,整个降温过程用水量是常规量的1/4,降低运行成本。隧道内的高速气流通过预冷器降温,再带动水雾冷却软盘管组,达到了快速降温、降低能耗。因盘管更换方便而提高了维修效率。

雾化降温器
技术领域:本发明专利属于食品加工设备领域,尤其是一种降温器。
背景技术:现有的食品加工降温装置有管式、板式换热器,是用薄金属管、板压制成,工作流体在管、板片间形成的的通道中流过与外界流水进行换热。具有结构紧凑,应用范围广、热损失小等特点。可是其维修技术要求高,维修费高,水用量大,成本高,特别是接触醋酱酸盐稀释料防腐性差。能耗大、生产效率低、容易发生污染。
发明内容:本专利发明目的是设计一种雾化降温器,可连续性、一次性达到降温标准、效率高、能耗低,维修方便成本低、防腐性强,特别是耐酸盐,克服常规降温器缺陷,雾化降温器是采用以下的制造方法来实现的:雾化降温器,包括机壳内的待降温流体通过的管道、管道外面的冷却装置以及附属设备。雾化降温器有隧道式机壳,隧道机壳内顺序安装有预冷器、高速风机、水雾化器、待降温流体软盘管组,隧道机壳顶部有透明罩盖。隧道机壳尾端底部有排水管连通回水收集池,顶部有排气道对着回水收集池上方。隧道机壳下面有集水箱接收回水收集池收集的循环水。循环水泵通过管道将循环水打入隧道机壳内的水雾化器。
预冷器通过水阀B与自来水管连接,降低通过预冷器的气流温度。
待降温流体软盘管组的各软盘管之间用快速接头连接,打开罩盖可快速拆装各软盘管。
水雾化器的进水管路上有水阀A与自来水管路连接,连接水雾化器的补充水源。
雾化降温器将冷却水循环使用,整个降温过程用水量是常规量的1/4,降低运行成本。隧道内的高速气流通过预冷器降温,再带动水雾冷却软盘管组,达到了快速降温、降低能耗。常见的待降温流体管路故障,因盘管更换方便而提高了维修效率。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图近一步的说明。
如附图所示,雾化降温器包括机壳内的待降温流体通过的管道、管道外面的冷却装置以及附属设备。雾化降温器有隧道式机壳1,隧道机壳内顺序安装有预冷器2、高速风机3、水雾化器4、待降温流体软盘管组6,隧道机壳顶部有透明罩盖5。高速风机的气流从隧道口8进入,通过预冷器被降温后将水雾化器喷出的水雾进一步雾化,减小雾滴颗粒。水雾再吸收待降温流体软盘管组的热量变为蒸汽,而使软盘管组快速降温。待降温流体从软盘管组入口13进入,冷却后从软盘管组出口15排出。隧道机壳尾端底部有排水管10把完成冷却作用的水导入回水收集池9。隧道机壳顶部有排气道7对着回水收集池上方,气流带着的水汽、雾珠被大气冷却凝成水滴落入回水收集池。隧道机壳下面有集水箱11接收回水收集池收集的循环水。循环水泵12通过管道将循环水打入隧道机壳内的水雾化器,开始第二次冷却循环。
预冷器2通过水阀B17与自来水管或井水管连接,降低通过预冷器的气流温度。
待降温流体软盘管组6的各软盘管之间用快速接头14连接,打开罩盖5可快速拆装,方便维修。
水雾化器4的进水管路上有水阀A16与自来水管路连接,成为水雾化器的补充水源。其作用一是与回水混合降低回水温度,二是保证冷却水的充足供给。根据需要调节水阀开度实现节水和降温的最佳状态。

1.雾化降温器,包括机壳内的待降温流体通过的管道、管道外面的冷却装置以及附属设备,其特征是:雾化降温器有隧道式机壳(1),隧道机壳内顺序安装有预冷器(2)、高速风机(3)、水雾化器(4)、待降温流体软盘管组(6),隧道机壳顶部有透明罩盖(5);隧道机壳尾端底部有排水管(10)连通回水收集池(9),顶部有排气道(7)对着回水收集池上方;隧道机壳下面有集水箱(11)接受回水收集池收集的循环水,循环水泵(12)通过管道将循环水打入隧道机壳内的水雾化器。
2.如权利要求1所述的雾化降温器,其特征是:预冷器(2)通过水阀B(17)与自来水管连接,降低通过预冷器的气流温度。
3.如权利要求1所述的雾化降温器,其特征是:待降温流体软盘管组(6)的各软盘管之间用快速接头连接,打开罩盖可快速拆装。
4.如权利要求1所述的雾化降温器,其特征是:水雾化器(4)的进水管路上有水阀A(16)与自来水管路连接,成为水雾化器的补充水源。
