本发明涉及燃料添加剂领域,尤其是涉及一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂。
背景技术
随着石油能源日渐匮乏,燃料成本不断攀升,传统能源给我们造成了极大的污染,二氧化碳持续大量排放造成温室效应,氮氧化物排放是造成雾霾的主要元凶,市面上的燃油宝类添加剂,由于添加量较小,能够有效解决积碳,增加动力,但是在降低二氧化碳排放和降低氮氧化物的作用上微乎其微,而且市面上的燃油宝在使用过程中增加了燃料的成本,开发一种大比例添加的新型燃料或是添加剂降低和缓解燃料成本、降低污染排放迫在眉睫,乙醇作为新一代清洁能源被得到广泛应用,2017年国家多部委联合下发在全国范围内推广乙醇汽油也是一个很好的验证,本发明专利依托乙醇为基础,添加各种添加剂产品,经过合成工艺加工,获得乙醇醚胺燃料高清洁添加剂产品。

本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂,能够降低和缓解燃料成本、降低污染排放。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂,其组分包括:乙醇、聚丁烯、脱氢制丁二烯、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺、二甲基环体硅氧烷、3,4二氨基甲苯、甲基苯酚、4-叔辛基酚、多聚脂肪酸甲酯、乙酸甲酯、硝基甲烷、苯甲酸和硅油。
优选的,所述的组分按重量计算为:51份乙醇、2份聚丁烯、2份脱氢制丁二烯、2.7份2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯、3份乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.3份三乙醇胺、 11份二甲基环体硅氧烷、5份3,4二氨基甲苯、2.6份甲基苯酚、1.4份4-叔辛基酚、1份多聚脂肪酸甲酯、7.5份乙酸甲酯、7.5份硝基甲烷、1份苯甲酸和2份硅油。
一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:将权利要求2所述的组分混合,进行分散搅拌;
步骤b:将步骤a得到的混合物在压力0.4MPa、温度76-78℃下反应40分钟后降温至40℃;
步骤c:泄压后加入上述的硅油,在压力0.3Mpa温度60-62℃搅拌一段时间;
步骤d:泄压至常温后获得成品。
本发明的优点在于,将添加剂与车用燃料混合使用后,可以降低尾气中的二氧化碳排放,氮氧化物排放,清除燃料燃烧过程中的产生的气门积碳塞缸筒积炭沉积,在缸筒和活塞表面形成保护膜,降低尾气排放,保护发动机延长车辆燃烧***使用寿命,并可以达到降低燃料消耗量,提高动力,提高燃油标号的效果。

一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂,其原料按重量计算为:51份乙醇、2份聚丁烯、2份脱氢制丁二烯、2.7份2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯、3份乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.3份三乙醇胺、11份二甲基环体硅氧烷、5份3,4二氨基甲苯、2.6 份甲基苯酚、1.4份4-叔辛基酚、1份多聚脂肪酸甲酯、7.5份乙酸甲酯和7.5 份硝基甲烷、1份苯甲酸和2份硅油。其中:聚丁烯和脱氢制丁二烯主要作用为清除进气门积碳和排气门积碳,聚丁烯和脱氢制丁二烯混合,通过溶解气门积碳,致使积碳便面松解,缓慢的随进气排气排出。2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚和三乙醇胺混合后能够有助于清除缸筒内的积碳,燃烧室在燃烧过程中能够以较小的分子渗透到缸筒积炭沉积的表面内部产生微爆,导致积碳便面层层脱离,然后未燃烧充分的积碳能够与燃料混合后燃烧产生二氧化碳,随尾气排出。乙酸甲酯和硝基甲烷混合后在燃料燃烧过程中参与燃烧,释放出来的爆发力是车用燃料的5-6倍,增加燃料的爆发力。3,4二氨基甲苯,能在橡胶表面形成保护膜,防止有机溶液对橡胶的溶胀。二甲基环体硅氧烷,主要作用是上述各种组分偶联在一起,获得新的乙醇醚胺类添螯合体,避免添加剂之间相互破坏而降低应用效果。多聚脂肪酸甲酯和乙醇混合后,乙醇作为极性分子通过二甲基环体硅氧烷可以将多聚脂肪酸甲酯均匀的分布在金属表面起到对活塞和缸筒内部的保护。甲基苯酚和4-叔辛基酚混合,主要作用是提高燃料的辛烷值和十六烷值,提高燃料燃烧过程中的整体燃烧效果,将未完全雾化和未完全燃烧的燃烧二次雾化和燃烧,整体提高燃烧性能,降低尾气中残留燃料和残碳。苯甲酸,主要功能是加速各种添加剂的融合,使各种添加剂减少聚团反应,降低反应中的残留,提高燃料和添加剂的溶解和分散速度。硅油的作用主要为降低混合物粘度。
一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂生产工艺流程:在混合罐中加入51份乙醇、 2份聚丁烯、2份脱氢制丁二烯、2.7份2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯、3份乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.3份三乙醇胺、11份二甲基环体硅氧烷、5份3,4二氨基甲苯、2.6 份甲基苯酚、1.4份4-叔辛基酚、1份多聚脂肪酸甲酯、7.5份乙酸甲酯和7.5 份硝基甲烷、1份苯甲酸,进行45分钟的强力分散搅拌,然后通过防爆液体泵输入到合成反应釜,合成反应釜在升温前需要关闭左右阀门给反应釜内部加压,反应釜内部压力控制在0.4MPa,在反应釜中进行升温反应,在反应过程中保证搅拌机的转速在每分钟12转即可,温度控制在76-78℃之间,温度达到后保持既定压力温度40分钟,然后停止升温,继续搅拌,自然冷却降温至40℃以内,打开排气装置,将反应釜内的压力泄压达到常压,打开反应釜上添加剂加注口,加入2份硅油,然后升压到0.3MPa,继续升温至60-62℃,搅拌反应25分钟,停止加温后再搅拌15分钟,然后自然冷却至25℃以下,泄压至常温后获得成品添加剂。

从上表可知,在添加本发明的添加剂后,汽油的各种指标都有了明显提升。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,对于一些本领域普通技术人员所熟知的技术内容,此处不再赘述,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (3)

1.一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂,其特征在于,组分包括:乙醇、聚丁烯、脱氢制丁二烯、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺、二甲基环体硅氧烷、3,4二氨基甲苯、甲基苯酚、4-叔辛基酚、多聚脂肪酸甲酯、乙酸甲酯、硝基甲烷、苯甲酸和硅油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂,其特征在于,所述的组分按重量计算为:51份乙醇、2份聚丁烯、2份脱氢制丁二烯、2.7份2-甲基-2-丙烯酸甲酯、3份乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.3份三乙醇胺、11份二甲基环体硅氧烷、5份3,4二氨基甲苯、2.6份甲基苯酚、1.4份4-叔辛基酚、1份多聚脂肪酸甲酯、7.5份乙酸甲酯、7.5份硝基甲烷、1份苯甲酸和2份硅油。
3.一种乙醇醚胺车用高清洁添加剂的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:将权利要求2所述的组分混合,进行分散搅拌;
步骤b:将步骤a得到的混合物在压力0.4MPa、温度76-78℃下反应40分钟后降温至40℃;
步骤c:泄压后加入所述的硅油,在压力0.3Mpa温度60-62℃搅拌一段时间;
步骤d:泄压至常温后获得成品。
