In the raw material composition of the cold laminating film, in order to improve the toughness of the cold laminating film, the weight part of the plasticizer is preferably 26 to 30 parts. The technical personnel in the field can reasonably select the types of the plasticizers in the raw material composition according to the prior art, wherein the plasticizers can comprise dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, and in order to enable the cold laminating film prepared from the raw material composition to have higher tensile property and wear resistance, the weight part of the dioctyl phthalate is preferably 18-28, and the weight part of the soybean oil is preferably 2-8; more preferably, the weight ratio of dioctyl phthalate to soybean oil is 4 to 7.
In the raw material composition of the cold laminating film, in order to further improve the performance of the cold laminating film prepared from the raw material composition, the raw material composition preferably further comprises a barium zinc stabilizer; more preferably, the barium zinc stabilizer is 2 to 3.5 parts by weight. The skilled person can reasonably select the type of the barium zinc stabilizer according to the prior art, and preferably, the barium zinc stabilizer is selected from liquid barium zinc stabilizer and powder barium zinc stabilizer.
According to another aspect of the application, a cold mounting film is provided, which is prepared from the raw material composition. The raw material composition comprises 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of plasticizer by weight, and the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-950, so that the plasticizing effect of the cold laminating film is improved by adopting the PVC with the polymerization degree, the phenomenon that the surface of the cold laminating film is uneven is reduced, and the prepared cold laminating film has an excellent surface spraying effect.

Example 3
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, which is hepta-powder (same as in example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, and 26 parts of plasticizer, which includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, wherein dioctyl phthalate is 16 parts and soybean oil is 6 parts.

The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC and 30 parts of plasticizer, wherein PVC is heptad powder (same as in example 1), the average degree of polymerization is 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the amount of dioctyl phthalate is 18 parts, and the amount of soybean oil is 8 parts.
Example 7
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, 30 parts of plasticizer and 1.8 parts of barium zinc stabilizer (model number BZ-302NP), wherein the PVC is hepta powder (same as example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the amount of dioctyl phthalate is 24 parts, and the amount of soybean oil is 6 parts.
Example 8
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, 30 parts of plasticizer and 2 parts of barium zinc stabilizer, wherein the PVC is hepta-powder (same as example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the dioctyl phthalate is 24 parts, and the soybean oil is 6 parts.

The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, 28 parts of plasticizer and 2.8 parts of barium zinc stabilizer, wherein the PVC is heptad powder (same as example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the dioctyl phthalate is 24 parts, and the soybean oil is 4 parts.
Comparative example 1
The raw material composition provided by the comparative example comprises 100 parts of PVC and 22 parts of plasticizer, wherein the PVC is five-type powder (type S-1000, zilupetrochemical) and has an average polymerization degree of 1000, the plasticizer comprises dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the part of the dioctyl phthalate is 12, and the part of the soybean oil is 10.
The raw material compositions in the above examples 1 to 10 and comparative example 1 are used for preparing the cold laminating film, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: cooling and stirring the raw material compositions to obtain a cooled mixture; plasticizing the cooled mixture to obtain a plasticized mixture; and rolling and molding the plasticized mixture to obtain the cold laminating film.
The surface spray effect of the cold mount films prepared using the raw material compositions in the above examples 1 to 10 and comparative example 1 was tested by the following method: the same printing ink is sprayed on the surfaces of the cold mounting films, then the surfaces of the cold mounting films are observed, and the test result shows that: the starting point and the streak phenomenon appear on the surface of the cold laminating film prepared by the raw material composition in the comparative example 1, namely the phenomenon of ink aggregation and non-uniformity exists, while the starting point or the streak phenomenon does not appear on the surface of the cold laminating film prepared by the raw material composition in the above examples 1 to 10, namely the phenomenon of ink aggregation does not exist, and the excellent spraying effect is realized.
