Abstract
The invention provides a raw material composition of a cold laminating film and the cold laminating film. The raw material composition comprises, by weight, 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of a plasticizer, wherein the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-950. The raw material composition comprises 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of plasticizer by weight, and the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-950, so that the plasticizing effect of the cold laminating film is improved by adopting the PVC with the polymerization degree, the phenomenon of unevenness of the surface of the cold laminating film is reduced, and the prepared cold laminating film has an excellent surface spraying effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of materials, and particularly relates to a raw material composition of a cold laminating film and the cold laminating film.
Background
Polyvinyl chloride materials are widely used in various fields because of their excellent mechanical properties, flexibility, chemical resistance and low price. Different additives can be added into the polyvinyl chloride material according to different purposes to prepare different polyvinyl chloride products, for example, a proper amount of additives such as a plasticizer and the like are added into the polyvinyl chloride to prepare cold laminating films.
The cold laminating film in the prior art is usually used for laminating on a picture printed by portraits, the picture (printing surface) is prevented from being scratched, polluted or wetted, the picture is protected, ink surface painting is usually required to be carried out on the surface of the cold laminating film, the display effect of the picture is improved, however, the cold laminating film in the prior art can have the problem that ink is gathered together after surface spraying, the starting point of the spraying surface or the streak is caused, and the surface spraying effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a raw material composition of a cold laminating film and the cold laminating film, and aims to solve the problem that the cold laminating film in the prior art has poor surface spraying effect after surface spraying.
In order to achieve the purpose, according to one aspect of the invention, the raw material composition of the cold laminating film comprises 100 parts by weight of PVC and 20-38 parts by weight of a plasticizer, wherein the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-950.
Further, the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-800.
The amount of the plasticizer is 26 to 30 parts.
Further, plasticizers include dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil.
Furthermore, the weight of the dioctyl phthalate is 18-28, and the weight of the soybean oil is preferably 2-8.
Furthermore, the weight ratio of the dioctyl phthalate to the soybean oil is 4-7.
Further, the raw material composition also comprises a barium zinc stabilizer.
Further, the weight portion of the barium zinc stabilizer is 2-3.5.

As described in the background art, the cold mounting film in the prior art has the problem of poor surface spraying effect after surface spraying. The inventor of the application researches the problems and provides a raw material composition of the cold laminating film, which comprises 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of plasticizer in parts by weight, wherein the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-950.
The raw material composition of the cold-mounted film comprises 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of plasticizer in parts by weight, and the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-950, so that the plasticizing effect of the cold-mounted film is improved by adopting the PVC with the polymerization degree, the phenomenon of unevenness of the surface of the cold-mounted film is reduced, and the prepared cold-mounted film has an excellent surface spraying effect.
In the raw material composition of the cold laminating film, the polymerization degree of PVC is preferably 700-800. In the prior art, PVC required for preparing the cold mounting film is usually five-type powder, the average polymerization degree of the five-type powder is 1000, PVC adopted by the invention can be seven-type powder, the PVC can be seven-type powder, and the average polymerization degree of the seven-type powder is 800.
In the raw material composition of the cold laminating film, in order to improve the toughness of the cold laminating film, the weight part of the plasticizer is preferably 26 to 30 parts. The technical personnel in the field can reasonably select the types of the plasticizers in the raw material composition according to the prior art, wherein the plasticizers can comprise dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, and in order to enable the cold laminating film prepared from the raw material composition to have higher tensile property and wear resistance, the weight part of the dioctyl phthalate is preferably 18-28, and the weight part of the soybean oil is preferably 2-8; more preferably, the weight ratio of dioctyl phthalate to soybean oil is 4 to 7.
In the raw material composition of the cold laminating film, in order to further improve the performance of the cold laminating film prepared from the raw material composition, the raw material composition preferably further comprises a barium zinc stabilizer; more preferably, the barium zinc stabilizer is 2 to 3.5 parts by weight. The skilled person can reasonably select the type of the barium zinc stabilizer according to the prior art, and preferably, the barium zinc stabilizer is selected from liquid barium zinc stabilizer and powder barium zinc stabilizer.
According to another aspect of the application, a cold mounting film is provided, which is prepared from the raw material composition. The raw material composition comprises 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of plasticizer by weight, and the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-950, so that the plasticizing effect of the cold laminating film is improved by adopting the PVC with the polymerization degree, the phenomenon that the surface of the cold laminating film is uneven is reduced, and the prepared cold laminating film has an excellent surface spraying effect.
The raw material composition of the cold laminating film and the cold laminating film provided by the invention are further described in the following by combining the examples.
Example 1
The raw material composition provided by this example includes 100 parts of PVC and 20 parts of plasticizer, wherein the PVC is hepta-powder (model number is TL-700), the average degree of polymerization is 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the part of dioctyl phthalate is 16, and the part of soybean oil is 4.
Example 2
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC and 38 parts of plasticizer, wherein PVC is heptad powder (same as in example 1), the average degree of polymerization is 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the amount of dioctyl phthalate is 28 parts, and the amount of soybean oil is 10 parts.
Example 3
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, which is hepta-powder (same as in example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, and 26 parts of plasticizer, which includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, wherein dioctyl phthalate is 16 parts and soybean oil is 6 parts.
Example 4
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC and 30 parts of plasticizer, wherein PVC is heptad powder (same as in example 1), the average degree of polymerization is 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the amount of dioctyl phthalate is 18 parts, and the amount of soybean oil is 10 parts.
Example 5
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC and 30 parts of plasticizer, wherein PVC is heptad powder (same as in example 1), the average degree of polymerization is 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the part of dioctyl phthalate is 28, and the part of soybean oil is 2.
Example 6
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC and 30 parts of plasticizer, wherein PVC is heptad powder (same as in example 1), the average degree of polymerization is 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the amount of dioctyl phthalate is 18 parts, and the amount of soybean oil is 8 parts.
Example 7
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, 30 parts of plasticizer and 1.8 parts of barium zinc stabilizer (model number BZ-302NP), wherein the PVC is hepta powder (same as example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the amount of dioctyl phthalate is 24 parts, and the amount of soybean oil is 6 parts.
Example 8
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, 30 parts of plasticizer and 2 parts of barium zinc stabilizer, wherein the PVC is hepta-powder (same as example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the dioctyl phthalate is 24 parts, and the soybean oil is 6 parts.
Example 9
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, 30 parts of plasticizer and 3.5 parts of barium zinc stabilizer, wherein the PVC is hepta-powder (same as in example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the amount of dioctyl phthalate is 26.25 parts, and the amount of soybean oil is 3.75 parts.
Example 10
The raw material composition provided in this example includes 100 parts of PVC, 28 parts of plasticizer and 2.8 parts of barium zinc stabilizer, wherein the PVC is heptad powder (same as example 1) and has an average degree of polymerization of 800, the plasticizer includes dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the dioctyl phthalate is 24 parts, and the soybean oil is 4 parts.
Comparative example 1
The raw material composition provided by the comparative example comprises 100 parts of PVC and 22 parts of plasticizer, wherein the PVC is five-type powder (type S-1000, zilupetrochemical) and has an average polymerization degree of 1000, the plasticizer comprises dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil, the part of the dioctyl phthalate is 12, and the part of the soybean oil is 10.
The raw material compositions in the above examples 1 to 10 and comparative example 1 are used for preparing the cold laminating film, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: cooling and stirring the raw material compositions to obtain a cooled mixture; plasticizing the cooled mixture to obtain a plasticized mixture; and rolling and molding the plasticized mixture to obtain the cold laminating film.
The surface spray effect of the cold mount films prepared using the raw material compositions in the above examples 1 to 10 and comparative example 1 was tested by the following method: the same printing ink is sprayed on the surfaces of the cold mounting films, then the surfaces of the cold mounting films are observed, and the test result shows that: the starting point and the streak phenomenon appear on the surface of the cold laminating film prepared by the raw material composition in the comparative example 1, namely the phenomenon of ink aggregation and non-uniformity exists, while the starting point or the streak phenomenon does not appear on the surface of the cold laminating film prepared by the raw material composition in the above examples 1 to 10, namely the phenomenon of ink aggregation does not exist, and the excellent spraying effect is realized.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the raw material composition comprises 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of plasticizer according to parts by weight, and the polymerization degree of the PVC is 700-800, so that the plasticizing effect of the cold mounting film is improved, the phenomenon that the surface of the cold mounting film is uneven is reduced, and the prepared cold mounting film has an excellent surface spraying effect.

Claims (10)
1. The raw material composition of the cold laminating film is characterized by comprising 100 parts of PVC and 20-38 parts of plasticizer in parts by weight, wherein the polymerization degree of the PVC is 800.
2. The raw material composition according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the plasticizer is 26 to 30 parts.
3. The feedstock composition of claim 1, wherein said plasticizer comprises dioctyl phthalate and soybean oil.
4. A raw material composition according to claim 3, wherein the dioctyl phthalate is used in an amount of 18 to 28 parts.
5. The raw material composition of claim 4, wherein the soybean oil is present in an amount of 2 to 8 parts.
6. A feedstock composition according to claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of said dioctyl phthalate to said soybean oil is 4 to 7.
7. The feedstock composition of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a barium zinc stabilizer.
8. The raw material composition according to claim 7, wherein the weight part of the barium-zinc stabilizer is 2 to 3.5.
9. The feedstock composition of claim 8, wherein the barium zinc stabilizer is a liquid barium zinc stabilizer and/or a powdered barium zinc stabilizer.
10. A cold laminating film, which is characterized by being prepared from the raw material composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
