75-90 parts of PC resin, 56-65 parts of ABS resin, 7-8 parts of inorganic nanoparticles, 1.6-5.4 parts of chemical resistance modifier, 15-10 parts of heat-resistant agent, 35-60 parts of heat-conducting filler, 0.2-1.0 part of light stabilizer and 0.5-2.5 parts of other auxiliary agents; the light stabilizer is a mixture of a plurality of salicylic acid ester, benzophenone, triazine and benzotriazole UV absorbers, and the other auxiliary agents are a mixture of a plurality of silane coupling agents, titanate coupling agents, hindered phenol antioxidants, phosphite antioxidants, magnesium stearate and calcium stearate.
7. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the controller is provided with an audible alarm.
8. The method of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step one, pressing a control switch to switch on a power supply module;
step two, two feet step on the pedal (7) respectively, and exercise time reservation is carried out on the touch screen (9);
setting the height of the limiting block (8) on the touch screen (9) according to the height of a practicer and the standard height of reference exercise, and controlling the lifting device to drive the limiting block (8) to reach the target height;
