Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying the drawings are described in detail below.
The image-text report is a diagnosis conclusion formed according to the medical image data, is provided for a clinical department doctor as a basis for further diagnosis, and can also be provided for a patient to refer to. Fig. 1 shows an exemplary page diagram of a teletext report, and as can be seen from fig. 1, a teletext report generally comprises a key map screenshot area 101 and a text information area 102, the key map screenshot area 101 comprising at least one key map screenshot, such as the key map screenshot 1011 and the key map screenshot 1012 shown in fig. 1.
The inventor finds that the process of generating, modifying, auditing, controlling quality, backtracking and other graphic report processing of the graphic report can be completed in the scene shown in fig. 2a and 2b, in which the image browsing device 201 and the report generating device 202 interact with each other, wherein the image browsing device 201 and the report generating device 202 can be two pieces of software on a terminal device, and the terminal device can be a computer; or two modules on one piece of software.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 2a, a process of generating a teletext report may be that a user views medical image data on an image browsing device 201, finds a key map capable of reflecting a disease focus, selects to generate a key map screenshot of the key map and send the key map screenshot to a report generating device 202, and when the teletext report is generated on the report generating device 202, the user may insert the key map screenshot, which is sent by the image browsing device 201 to the report generating device 202, into the teletext report, thereby obtaining the teletext report. However, in the case of the teletext report generated by the conventional technique, since the image browsing apparatus 201 transmits only the key map screenshot to the report generation apparatus 202, the original image corresponding to the key map screenshot and the browsing state of the key map at the time of generation of the report cannot be specified only by the key map screenshot report generation apparatus 202. Therefore, when the original image corresponding to the key image screenshot and the key image browsing state during report generation need to be checked, each piece of medical image data needs to be browsed, the original image corresponding to the key image screenshot in the image-text report is found from a series of medical image data through experience, and the original image is manually restored to the browsing state during key image screenshot generation. Thereby increasing the workload of doctors and having low efficiency.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present application provide an image-text report processing method, which can automatically acquire and display a key map corresponding to the key map information from medical image data, and quickly restore the browsing state of an original image when a key map screenshot is generated, thereby greatly improving the speed of viewing the original image corresponding to the key map screenshot, improving the work efficiency, and effectively reducing the workload of a user.
For example, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be applied to the scenario shown in fig. 2 b. In the above scenario, the image browsing apparatus 201 generates a key map screenshot and key map information corresponding to the key map according to the key map selected by the user from the medical image data, and sends the generated key map screenshot and key map information to the report generating apparatus 202. The report generating device 202 receives and stores the key map screenshot and the key map information sent by the image browsing device 201, during the processes of modifying, auditing, controlling quality, backtracking reports and the like, a user can trigger the key map screenshot needing to be checked in the report generating device 202, the report generating device 202 can send a key map display instruction and the key map information corresponding to the key map screenshot to the image browsing device 201, and when the image browsing device 201 receives the key map display instruction and the key map information, the key map corresponding to the key map information can be automatically obtained and displayed from medical image data according to the key map information, so that the browsing state of an original image during the generation of the key map screenshot is quickly restored.
It should be noted that the above application scenarios are only shown for the convenience of understanding the present application, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in any way in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present application may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
How the embodiments of the present application perform the teletext report processing is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for processing a teletext report according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to an image browsing apparatus, and the method includes:
s301, medical image data are obtained.
When a user diagnoses a patient, medical image data of the patient can be obtained through medical equipment, the medical image data is obtained through the image browsing device, the medical image data is presented to the user through the image browsing device, so that the user can browse the medical image data on the image browsing device, and the disease condition and the position and the property of a focus of the patient can be determined according to the medical image data.
The set of medical image data may include a series of medical images generated by at least one examination, for example, each examination includes a plurality of sequences, each sequence including a plurality of original images of the medical images. .
S302, according to a key diagram selected from the medical image data by a user, generating a key diagram screenshot and key diagram information corresponding to the key diagram, and sending the key diagram screenshot and key diagram information corresponding to the key diagram to a report generating device, wherein the key diagram information comprises a key diagram identifier, positioning information of the key diagram in the medical image data and state information of the key diagram.
The key map may be obtained by a user determining one or more original images from the plurality of original images and performing a series of operations of adjusting status information on the one or more original images, where the series of operations of adjusting status information may be adjusting window widths and window levels of the one or more original images, zooming the one or more original images, rotating the one or more original images, and the like.
The key map screenshot may be a picture of a key map displayed on a teletext report, and the format of the key map screenshot includes, but is not limited to, JPG, PNG, BMP, JPEG, and the like.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the key map identifier may be a key map identity identifier number (ID for short).
The positioning information of the key map in the medical image data may indicate the position of the key map in the medical image data, and may include an inspection ID, a sequence ID, and an image number of an original image corresponding to the key map. In order to determine the position of the original image corresponding to the key map in the medical image data, so as to obtain the original image corresponding to the key map, the medical image data can be located by using the inspection ID, the sequence ID and the image number, so that when the key map is obtained from the medical image data, the fixed information of the key map is also obtained.
For example, a patient is scanned to obtain a set of medical image data, the set of medical image data includes an examination, the examination ID corresponding to the examination is 1, the examination includes three sequences, each sequence includes nine original images, and a fifth original image in the second sequence is subjected to state information adjustment to be used as a key map, then, the examination ID of the key map may be 1, the sequence ID may be 2, and the image number may be 5, thereby constituting the positioning information of the key map.
The state information of the key map may include a window width level, a scaling, and a rotation angle.
In this embodiment, when the user browses the medical image data on the image browsing device, one or more original images may be determined from the medical image data, and the one or more original images may be medical image data that is helpful for determining the position and the nature of the disease condition and the lesion. During the process of browsing the medical image data, the user may select an original image, and the display interface of the original image on the image browsing device may be as shown in fig. 4. During the process of browsing the medical image data, the user can select one original image or a plurality of original images.
The user can obtain the key map corresponding to the original image by adjusting the state information of the original image. The image browsing device can generate a key map screenshot and key map information corresponding to the key map according to the key map, and send the key map screenshot and the key map information corresponding to the key map to the report generating device, so that the report generating device generates an image-text report.
It should be noted that the key map obtained according to the original image may include at least one key map, so that at least one group of key map screenshots and key map information may be generated in S302.
In general, the original image is an image of a certain portion of the patient, and the key map screenshot generated in S302 may include a complete image of the certain portion or a partial image of the certain portion, which may be a suspected lesion position.
Taking the original image shown in fig. 4 as an example, a user may adjust state information of the original image shown in fig. 4, for example, adjust a window width and a window level of the original image to obtain a key map of the original image, and then, the image browsing apparatus may generate a key map screenshot corresponding to the key map and key map information according to the key map, where the key map screenshot corresponding to the key map may be as shown in fig. 5. Finally, the image browsing device sends the key map screenshot and the key map information to the report generating device, the report generating device generates an image-text report by using the received key map screenshot, the key map screenshot shown in fig. 5 can form a key map screenshot 1011 in the image-text report shown in fig. 1, and the key map screenshot comprises a complete image of the part.
If the user wishes to clearly display the details of the suspected lesion position in the graphic report so as to confirm the diagnosis of the suspected lesion position, the original image may be enlarged or partially enlarged until the details of the suspected lesion position are clearly displayed, so as to obtain a key map of the original image and obtain a key map screenshot including the suspected lesion position.
And S303, when receiving the key map display instruction and the key map information sent by the report generating device, acquiring and displaying a key map corresponding to the key map information from the medical image data according to the key map information.
After the report generating device generates the image-text report, if a user needs to check a key map corresponding to a certain key map screenshot in the image-text report, the report generating device acquires key map information corresponding to the key map screenshot according to the key map screenshot and sends the key map information to the image browsing device, so that the image browsing device can acquire and display the key map corresponding to the key map information from the medical image data according to the key map information.
It should be noted that, since at least one group of key map screenshots and key map information may be generated in S302, the key map information in S303 is the key map information corresponding to the key map screenshots that the user needs to view.
In the process of generating an image-text report, a user can select a key map in medical image data in an image browsing device, and simultaneously generate a key map screenshot corresponding to the key map and key map information to be sent to a report generating device for storage, in the processes of modifying, auditing, controlling and backtracking the report, the user can trigger the key map screenshot needing to be checked in the report generating device, the report generating device can send a key map display instruction and the key map information corresponding to the key map screenshot to the image browsing device, when the image browsing device receives the key map display instruction and the key map information, the key map corresponding to the key map information can be automatically obtained and displayed from the medical image data according to the key map information, namely, the browsing state of an original image when the key map screenshot is generated is quickly restored, and the speed of checking the original image corresponding to the key map screenshot is greatly improved, the working efficiency is improved, and the workload of the user is effectively reduced.
It should be noted that, one implementation manner of displaying the key map may be: when the image browsing device receives the key map display instruction and the key map information sent by the report generating device, acquiring an original image of the key map from the medical image data according to the positioning information of the key map corresponding to the key map information in the medical image data; and restoring the original image of the key map into the key map corresponding to the key map information according to the window width and window level, the scaling and the rotation angle in the state information of the key map, and displaying the key map.
For example, when the determination information included in the key map information is that the examination ID is 1, the sequence ID is 2, and the image number is 5, the image browsing apparatus may obtain the examination with the examination ID of 1 from the medical image data according to the determination information, then obtain the 2 nd sequence of original images from the examination, and finally obtain the 5 th original image from the 2 nd sequence of original images, so that the finally obtained original image is the original image corresponding to the positioning information. And then, restoring the original image of the key map into the key map corresponding to the key map information according to the window width and window level, the scaling and the rotation angle in the state information of the key map, and displaying the key map.
Because for CT, nuclear magnetic tomography, ultrasonic multiframe and other continuous image types, it is often necessary to combine the key map with the peripheral image or frame of the key map to determine whether the lesion position and property information is accurate, in this case, besides checking the key map corresponding to the screenshot of the key map, it may be necessary to check the peripheral image or frame of the key map, because the more adjacent the peripheral image or frame of the key map to the key map, the more helpful it is to determine the lesion position and property information through the key map, therefore, other image images in the sequence in which the key map is located can be obtained from the medical image data according to the positioning information of the key map corresponding to the key map information in the medical image data and the adjacent sequence to the key map; and acquiring other sequences of image images from the medical image data.
For example, after a patient is scanned, three sequences are obtained, each sequence includes nine original images, the sequence number of the sequence in which the key map is located is 2, the image sequence number of the key map in the sequence is 5, if the examination ID of the patient is 2, that is, the positioning information of the key map is the examination ID 2, the sequence number 2, and the image sequence number 5, so as to determine the position of the key map in the medical image data, in this way, when the key map and the images around the key map are viewed, the key map may be obtained first, that is, the image with the image sequence number 5 in the sequence in which the key map is located is obtained, then the other image images in the sequence in which the key map is located may be obtained from the medical image data according to the adjacent order to the key map, that the sequence number of the images obtained in the sequence with the sequence number 2 may be: 6,4,7,3,8,2,9,1. The images with the same distance as the key image are not acquired in sequence, for example, two images with image numbers 6 and 4 are adjacent to the image with image number 5, and the image with image number 4 may be acquired first, then the image with image number 6 may be acquired, and so on.
And when the images in the sequence with the sequence number of 2 are acquired, acquiring the image images of other sequences with the sequence numbers of 1 and 3, wherein the acquisition sequence of the sequence with the sequence number of 1 and the sequence with the sequence number of 3 is not limited.
In some cases, when a user determines a lesion position on the image browsing device, or finds a suspected lesion position, the position may be labeled, so that after generating the graphic report, the lesion position or the suspected lesion position may be more visually reflected in the graphic report, which is convenient for the user to modify, audit, control quality, backtrack, and the like the graphic report.
Therefore, the key map screenshot of the teletext report includes the label made by the user to reflect the location of the lesion or the suspected lesion, as shown in 103 in fig. 1, the key map information generated by the image browsing apparatus further includes the label information in the key map. In this way, after the key map corresponding to the key map information is acquired from the medical image data and displayed according to the key map information, the annotation content can be displayed in the key map corresponding to the key map information according to the annotation information.
Therefore, in the process of generating an image-text report, a user can select a key map in medical image data in an image browsing device, and simultaneously generate a key map screenshot corresponding to the key map and key map information to be sent to a report generating device for storage, in the processes of modifying, auditing, controlling quality, backtracking reports and the like, the user can trigger the key map screenshot needing to be viewed in the report generating device, the report generating device can send a key map display instruction and the key map information corresponding to the key map screenshot to the image browsing device, when the image browsing device receives the key map display instruction and the key map information, the image browsing device can automatically acquire and display the key map corresponding to the key map information from the medical image data according to the key map information, namely, the browsing state of an original image when the key map screenshot is generated is quickly restored, and the speed of viewing the original image corresponding to the key map screenshot is greatly improved, the working efficiency is improved, and the workload of the user is effectively reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a method for processing a teletext report according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a report generation apparatus, and the method includes:
s601, receiving a key map screenshot and key map information sent by an image browsing device; the key map screenshot and the key map information are generated according to a key map selected by a user from medical image data; the key map information comprises key map identification, positioning information of the key map in the medical image data and state information of the key map.
After the image browsing device generates the key map screenshot according to the key map selected by the user, the image browsing device may send the key map screenshot and the key map information to the report generating device, and the report generating device may receive the key map screenshot and the key map information sent by the image browsing device. The key map identifier included in the key map information, the positioning information of the key map in the medical image data, and the state information of the key map have been introduced in the foregoing method, and are not described herein again.
And S602, saving the key diagram screenshot and the key diagram information.
The report generating device may generate the report by using the received key map screenshot, and store the received key map screenshot from the image browsing device and the key map information for use in a subsequent step.
It should be noted that, in some cases, since a user does not determine which key map screenshot to select for generating a report, in order that the user may make a further selection on the key map screenshot when generating the report, the image browsing apparatus may send multiple sets of key map screenshots and key map information to the report generating apparatus, and when the report generating apparatus receives the multiple sets of key map screenshots and key map information, the report generating apparatus may store the multiple sets of key map screenshots and key map information in a temporary storage area, so that the user may select the key map screenshots required for generating the report. After determining the key map screenshot required by generating the report, storing the key map screenshot required by generating the report and key map information corresponding to the key map screenshot required by generating the report into a fixed storage area.
And S603, responding to the trigger of the key map screenshot in the report, and acquiring key map information corresponding to the triggered key map screenshot according to the key map identifier.
When a user needs to view a key map corresponding to a key map screenshot in a report, first, the key map screenshot that the user wants to view may be triggered in the report of the report generation apparatus, where the triggering may be that the user clicks the key map screenshot through a mouse or clicks the key map screenshot through a touch object such as a finger or a touch pen. Then, the report generating apparatus may respond to the triggering of the key map screenshot, and obtain, according to the key map identifier, key map information corresponding to the triggered key map screenshot and stored in S602 in the report generating apparatus.
And S604, sending a key map display instruction and key map information corresponding to the triggered key map screenshot to the image browsing device so that the image browsing device acquires and displays the key map corresponding to the key map information from the medical image data according to the key map information.
After the user triggers the key map screenshot, the report generation apparatus may send a key map display instruction and key map information corresponding to the triggered key map screenshot to the image browsing apparatus, and the image browsing apparatus may execute S303 when receiving the key map display instruction and the key map information sent by the report generation apparatus.
The key map display instruction may be triggered automatically when the user triggers the key map screenshot, or may be triggered by the user through a key map display key on the report generation device.
It should be noted that, when the image browsing apparatus and the report generating apparatus are two pieces of software on the terminal device, there may be a state where the two pieces of software are started at the same time, or not started at the same time, or where one piece of software is started and the other piece of software is not started. When a user sends a key map display instruction and key map information corresponding to a triggered key map screenshot to an image browsing device through a report generating device, the report generating device is in a starting state, but the image browsing device may be in a starting state or an un-starting state, in this case, before the report generating device sends the key map display instruction and the key map information corresponding to the triggered key map screenshot to the image browsing device, the report generating device needs to judge whether the image browsing device is started or not, and if the image browsing device is started, the report generating device sends the key map display instruction and the key map information corresponding to the triggered key map screenshot to the image browsing device; if the image browsing device is not started, the report generating device firstly needs to trigger the image browsing device to start, and then sends a key map display instruction and key map information corresponding to the triggered key map screenshot to the image browsing device.
