Currently, in the ultrasonic diagnosis process, doctors need to edit and print diagnosis reports. There are some special types of reports, such as: fetal anatomy reports, breast reports, thyroid reports, etc., all need to be edited against the diagnostic images. When editing a report, a doctor needs to firstly observe an image browsing interface of a display screen of an upper computer and then edit the report editing interface in a switching manner, that is, in the existing scheme, only a required interface is displayed on the display screen of the upper computer, so that when multi-interface cooperative operation is realized, interface switching operation needs to be executed, the operation flow is not simplified enough, and the editing efficiency is influenced.
Therefore, in the present application, a method and an apparatus for editing a diagnostic report based on an ultrasound system, an ultrasound device, and a computer-readable storage medium are disclosed to simplify the editing process of the diagnostic report and improve the editing efficiency of the diagnostic report.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of a diagnostic report editing method based on an ultrasound system according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided; the diagnostic report editing method comprises the following steps:
s101, receiving a display instruction triggered by a user based on the displayed target diagnosis report;
before S101 is executed, the ultrasound system displays a target diagnosis report on a display screen of the upper computer according to the operation of the user, and the user can view the target diagnosis report through the display screen of the upper computer; if the user needs to edit the target diagnosis report by contrasting the image data, the user can trigger a display instruction corresponding to the target diagnosis report, and the system can display the image data corresponding to the target diagnosis report after receiving the display instruction.
A trigger button can be preset on an interface for displaying the diagnosis report, if a user wants to display the diagnosis report and the image data in a split screen mode, a display instruction can be generated by clicking the trigger button, and the diagnosis report and the image data are respectively displayed on different display screens through the display instruction; alternatively, the user may be set to edit the target diagnosis report and trigger the display instruction, for example: if the report editing instruction is detected to be triggered on the target diagnosis report by the user, the user can be determined to trigger the display instruction at the same time.
S102, determining image data corresponding to a display instruction;
it can be understood that, since the display instruction is triggered by the user based on the displayed target diagnosis report, the display instruction carries identification information corresponding to the target diagnosis report, and the identification information may include identity information of the patient, report identification information, and the like; moreover, because different diagnostic reports correspond to different patients and different diagnostic images of different patients are different, when acquiring image data, the present application needs to search for corresponding image data by using identification information carried in a display instruction, that is: and acquiring image data corresponding to the identification information from the patient database according to the identification information carried in the display instruction, and converting the image data into a format required by browsing so as to display the image data.
S103, the target diagnosis report and the image data are respectively displayed in a split screen mode through the touch screen and the upper computer display screen, and the target diagnosis report is edited through the image data displayed in the split screen mode.
In the application, in order to facilitate a user to edit a diagnosis report while observing image data, a target diagnosis report and the image data can be displayed in a split screen manner; ultrasound devices currently have two display screens: host computer display screen and touch-sensitive screen, consequently this application can carry out the split screen display with target diagnosis report and image data respectively through host computer display screen and touch-sensitive screen and show, when actual demonstration, total two kinds of display modes, mode one: displaying the target diagnosis report on a display screen of the upper computer, and displaying image data on a touch screen; the second method comprises the following steps: displaying the target diagnosis report on a touch screen, and displaying image data on a display screen of an upper computer; both display modes can realize that the user can edit the diagnosis report without switching the interface when viewing the image data, and the user can preset which mode is used for displaying.
It is understood that the target diagnosis report in the present application may be an unedited diagnosis report, in which case the diagnosis report has no history editing content; if the diagnosis report is an edited diagnosis report in the callback report state, the contents edited by the history are loaded and presented on an interface for the user to browse and modify when the diagnosis report is displayed.
In summary, in the present application, if a user needs to edit a target diagnosis report by using image data, the target diagnosis report and the image data can be separately displayed on a display screen of an upper computer and a touch screen, so that the user can edit the target diagnosis report by using one display screen without switching data on the same display screen while observing the image data by using the other display screen, thereby simplifying the editing process of the diagnosis report and improving the editing efficiency of the diagnosis report.

in the application, if a user needs to display a diagnosis report and image data on a report interface in a double-screen manner so as to edit the diagnosis report, the user needs to click a trigger button to generate a display instruction, for example, a fetal anatomy report is used as an example, the trigger button of the fetal anatomy report is clicked to generate the display instruction, and at this time, an upper computer is informed to display an image browsing interface and a report editing interface on a display screen and a touch screen of the upper computer respectively. The image data displayed on the image browsing interface is a diagnostic image of the current examination loaded by accessing the patient database; the report editing interface is in an activated state and waits for input of a user.
S203, displaying the image data on a display screen of the upper computer through an image browsing interface, and displaying the target diagnosis report on a touch screen through a report editing interface; the report editing interface is in an editable activation state;
in this embodiment, the image data is displayed through the image browsing interface, the target diagnosis report is displayed through the report editing interface, and when the image browsing interface and the report editing interface are displayed through the upper computer display screen and the touch screen, the image browsing interface can be specifically displayed on the upper computer display screen, and the report editing interface is displayed on the touch screen.
Therefore, in the application, the report editing trigger message can be subscribed in advance, when the user sends the report editing trigger message through a message management mechanism of the ultrasonic system, the report editing trigger message can be received in time, so that the user is judged to send a display instruction, an image browsing interface display command is sent to the upper computer, and the upper computer responds to the command to complete the display of the image browsing interface; and simultaneously, sending a report editing interface display command to the touch screen subsystem, wherein the command is forwarded by a communication system between the ultrasonic system and the touch screen subsystem to inform the touch screen subsystem to finish the display of the report editing interface, and a report editing page is displayed on the touch screen.

The whole interface can be divided into 3 parts: status bar, list bar, image display area. The status bar displays the basic information of the current examination, the list bar lists the stored diagnostic images of the current examination, and the image display area displays the current images selected by the user in the list bar. When a user triggers a display instruction, corresponding image data can be obtained from the patient database, converted into a format required by browsing, and displayed on the display interface of the upper computer through the image browsing interface, and during displaying, the converted image data can be displayed in a list form, for example, the converted image data is displayed in a list bar of fig. 3 through the list form.
Wherein, this application still includes through image browsing interface display image data behind the host computer display screen: receiving an image operation instruction triggered by a user on an image browsing interface; and responding to the image operation instruction by using preset interactive logic so as to execute interactive operation on the image data.
That is to say, the interactive logic of the image browsing interface is preset, so that after an image operation instruction triggered by a user on the image browsing interface is received, the corresponding interactive operation can be executed by using the interactive logic. The interactive logic can be logic responding to different operations, such as interactive logic for user selection, screening, image viewing and the like; for example: a user controls a mouse to move through a track ball on a control panel of an ultrasonic system, when one image in a list bar in a list is selected by the mouse, a cursor clicking event is triggered, the image corresponding to the cursor clicking event is a first image, the first image can be judged to be required to be checked according to preset interaction logic, and the first image is displayed in an image display area so that the user can clearly observe the first image through the image display area.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a report editing interface according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided; the report editing interface shown in fig. 4 is displayed on a touch screen; the report editing interface may use the QML language to complete the interface design. QML provides rich and well-defined interface elements (Item, Image, ListView, etc.), and can conveniently realize the design of various types of report editing interfaces. The whole interface is divided into 3 parts: the report editing area presents report contents to be edited and is sent by the upper computer, and the function button area presents some function operations, such as saving, clearing and the like.

Based on any of the above embodiments, in this embodiment, after editing the target diagnosis report by using the image data displayed in the split screen, the method further includes: receiving a report saving instruction triggered by a user on a report editing interface; and storing the edited target diagnosis report into an upper computer database.
It should be noted that the upper computer database is a database for storing the target diagnosis report, and after the report editing page edits the target diagnosis report, in order to prevent the edited data from being lost, the user may trigger a report storing instruction on the report editing page, and after the system receives the instruction, the edited target diagnosis report is stored in the upper computer database, so as to prevent the data from being lost. Of course, the report saving instruction may also be automatically triggered by the system, that is: the system triggers the report storage instruction after a preset time interval, thereby timely storing the report and preventing data loss.
Specifically, in order to store and call back to view the report content edited by the user, xml formatted storage of the report content input by the user is required. Taking a fetal anatomy report as an example, the fetal anatomy report is composed of a group of fields describing fetal development conditions from different angles, and a user selects different field contents according to an actual diagnosis result and finally combines the different field contents into a report, although other types of report result storage can also be realized by using the method.
Furthermore, when the user clicks to save and transmits the content input by the user to the upper computer for permanent storage, the image browsing interface and the report editing interface can be controlled to quit, the original interface state is restored, and the editing of the target diagnosis report is finished.
In conclusion, the display and interaction functions of the touch screen of the ultrasonic equipment are utilized, the double-screen linkage method is adopted, the image browsing interface and the report editing interface are separated on different display screens, the function of editing the report while observing the image is realized through the cooperation of the two display screens, and the report editing efficiency is improved.
