Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型防水材料,包括材料本体,材料本体包括第一防水层,所述第一防水层的底部粘合有缓冲层,缓冲层的底部粘合有耐磨层,所述第一防水层、缓冲层、耐磨层和第二防水层的两侧均粘接有密封层,所述第一防水层是由氯化聚乙烯、橡胶和丙纶经高温搅拌压制而成,所述缓冲层是由聚丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯和丁基橡胶混合搅拌加工制成,本发明涉及防水材料技术领域。该新型防水材料,解决了现有防水材料大多不能防水或者防水性比较差的问题,可以有效的进行防水,确保防水材料一侧的物品不受雨水影响,同时可以有效的对防水材料内部和外部进行缓冲,有效的防止防水材料损坏,可以使得防水材料之间密封的更加紧密。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于防水材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型防水材料。
背景技术
防水材料是建筑物的围护结构要防止雨水、雪水和地下水的渗透;要防止空气中的湿气、蒸汽和其他有害气体与液体的侵蚀;分隔结构要防止给排水的渗翻。这些防渗透、渗漏和侵蚀的材料统称,防水材料品种繁多,按其主要原料分为,沥青类防水材料。以天然沥青、石油沥青和煤沥青为主要原材料,制成的沥青油毡、纸胎沥青油毡、溶剂型和水乳型沥青类或沥青橡胶类涂料、油膏,具有良好的粘结性、塑性、抗水性、防腐性和耐久性;橡胶塑料类防水材料。以氯丁橡胶、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚异丁烯和聚氨酯等原材料,可制成弹性无胎防水卷材、防水薄膜、防水涂料、涂膜材料及油膏、胶泥、止水带等密封材料,具有抗拉强度高,弹性和延伸率大,粘结性、抗水性和耐气候性好等特点,可以冷用,使用年限较长。
防水材料广泛应用于建筑的屋面、地下室、外墙、屋顶花园;室内厨卫、游泳池、蓄水池、饮水池;道路、桥梁、隧道、涵洞和地下空间;高速铁路、高速公路、地铁、城市轨道、机场;引水渠、水库、坝体、水利发电站及水处理等。
每年,我国各类房屋建筑保有量超过300亿平方米,其中城镇房屋建筑保有量约有200亿平方米;今后三年,全国还将建设城镇化建设政策首当其冲影响着新一代城市人对于住房的需求, 将影响我国防水防涂料工业产品未来长期的推动发展,构建科学合理的城市住房需求,把绿色理念和原则全面融入城镇化全过程。
市场上出现聚氨酯防水材料、丙 烯 酸酯防水材料、JS复合防水材料、水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料等多种防水产品,这些新型防水材料防水性能好、寿命长,是目前理想的防水材料。这些防水材料顺应环保、智能、绿色、低碳、使用的城镇化建设道路。在各界分析认为,在政策推动下,房地产、水泥、新型建材和防水建材等将明显受益新型城镇化建设,行业成长空间前所未有的大。其中,包括绿色环保节能涂料、防水涂料、保温隔热涂料等新型建材涂料将会得到进一步的飞跃发展,这也将促进涂料企业积极向品牌影响方向调整,加大新型建材的开发力度。
城镇化建设,必将会带来涂料行业投资的精细化工和消费的需求升级,必将促进涂料产业简易化初级涂料产品向发展高附加值的绿色环保家居涂料产品方向转变,从粗放型生产向高能源、节约、环境友好型转变。
目前,我国涂料行业也正处于从量到质的重要时刻转变,强大的内部需求加大了企业加快自主创新的投入,提高品牌知名度,品牌成熟的防水涂料企业加大推广力度,与此同时,广阔的市场需求也为防水涂料企业向中高端转型提供了足够的空间。今年,很多防水建材企业,都做出了向中高端定位方向发展的转型中。
现在防水材料行业就等于是十年前油漆刚刚进入市场的时期,刚开始不为人知,用了不到三年的时间已经是普及到乡镇了,发展势头是势不可挡。
未来,随着科学技术的发展,将产生更多的新型防水材料。随着国民经济的发展和国家产业结构的调整,我国防水材料的行业发展趋势:1)扶持优势企业,关停落后企业;2)鼓励应用新型,淘汰落后产品;3)拓宽新型防水材料的应用领域;4)规范市场,规范产品标准;5)新型防水材料向节能、环保方向发展。
防水材料在人们的生活中随处可见,应用十分广泛,但是现有的防水材料大多不能防水或者防水性比较差,因此在有水或者下雨天使用十分不便,可能打湿防水材料内部的物品,甚至损坏防水材料内部的物品。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型防水材料,解决了现有的防水材料大多不能防水或者防水性比较差,因此在有水或者下雨天使用十分不便,可能打湿防水材料内部的物品,甚至损坏防水材料内部物品的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型防水材料,包括材料本体,所述材料本体包括第一防水层,所述第一防水层的底部粘合有缓冲层,且缓冲层的底部粘合有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的底部粘合有第二防水层,所述第一防水层、缓冲层、耐磨层和第二防水层的两侧均粘接有密封层,所述第一防水层是由氯化聚乙烯、橡胶和丙纶经高温搅拌压制而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述缓冲层是由聚丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯和丁基橡胶按一定比例混合复配制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述混合复配温度为120-160℃,时间20-90min。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述耐磨层是由碳化硅粉、PC和增韧剂和纳米添加剂经压制而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述碳化硅粉密度为3.20g/cm3,其碳化硅磨料的自然堆积密度在1.2--1.6g/mm3之间,比重为3.20~3.25。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述密封层是由乙酸乙烯、环氧树脂和氯丁橡胶经高温加热搅拌而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述密封层厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述第二防水层是由三元乙丙橡胶、硅油(和聚硫橡胶高温搅拌压制而成。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种新型防水材料。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该新型防水材料,通过第一防水层及其以下一侧分别粘合有缓冲层、耐磨层和第二防水层,第一防水层、缓冲层、耐磨层和第二防水层的两侧均粘接有密封层,第一防水层是由氯化聚乙烯、橡胶和丙纶经高温搅拌压制而成,所述第二防水层是由三元乙丙橡胶、硅油和聚硫橡胶高温搅拌压制而成,解决了现有防水材料大多不能防水或者防水性比较差的问题,可以有效的进行防水,确保防水材料一侧的物品不受雨水影响,同时可以有效的对防水材料内部和外部进行缓冲,有效的防止防水材料损坏,可以使得防水材料之间密封的更加紧密。
(2)、该新型防水材料,通过设置有耐磨层,耐磨层是由碳化硅粉、PC和增韧剂和纳米添加剂经压制而成,能有增加该材料的耐磨性,延长使用寿命。

请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型防水材料,包括材料本体1,材料本体1包括第一防水层2,第一防水层2的底部粘合有缓冲层3,且缓冲层3的底部粘合有耐磨层4,耐磨层4的底部粘合有第二防水层5,第一防水层2、缓冲层3、耐磨层4和第二防水层5的两侧均粘接有密封层6,第一防水层2是由氯化聚乙烯21、橡胶22和丙纶23经高温搅拌压制而成,缓冲层3是由聚丁二烯橡胶31、苯乙烯32和丁基橡胶33混合搅拌加工制成,耐磨层4是由碳化硅粉41、PC和增韧剂42和纳米添加剂43经压制而成,密封层6是由乙酸乙烯61、环氧树脂62和氯丁橡胶63经高温加热搅拌而成,第二防水层5是由三元乙丙橡胶51、硅油52和聚硫橡胶53高温搅拌压制而成。
第一防水层2采用的氯化聚乙烯21为饱和高分子材料,外观为白色粉末无毒无味,具有优良的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性和防水性,橡胶22加工后制成的是具有弹性、绝缘性、不透水和空气的材料,丙纶23是用石油精炼的副产物丙烯为原料制得的合成纤维等规聚丙烯纤维的中国商品名,又称聚丙烯纤维,丙纶膜纤维可用作包装材料,可以有效的防水。
缓冲层3采用的聚丁二烯橡胶31是以丁二烯为单体聚合而得到的一种通用合成橡胶,苯乙烯32是用苯取代乙烯的一个氢原子形成的有机化合物,是合成橡胶的重要单体,丁基橡胶33是合成橡胶的一种,由异丁烯和少量异戊二烯合成,炼制后的橡胶具有较好的弹性,以便缓冲。
耐磨层4采用的碳化硅粉41由于化学性能稳定、导热系数高、热膨胀系数小、耐磨性能好,作磨料用,PC和增韧剂42为芳香族聚碳酸酯,具有较高的耐磨性,增韧剂为乙烯丁烯共聚物。
密封层6采用的乙酸乙烯61是具有甜的醚味的无色易燃液体,是用于有机合成,主要用于合成维尼纶,也用于粘结剂和涂料工业等,环氧树脂62环氧树脂是泛指分子中含有两个或两个以上环氧基团的有机化合物,除个别外,它们的相对分子质量都不高,作浇注、浸渍、层压料、粘接剂和涂料等用途,氯丁橡胶63又名氯丁二烯橡胶和新平橡胶,由氯丁二烯为主要原料而生产的合成橡胶,被广泛应用于抗风化产品、粘胶鞋底、涂料和火箭燃料,可以实现防水材料之间的密封,防止连接处进水。
第二防水层5采用的三元乙丙橡胶51是乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃的共聚物,是乙丙橡胶的一种,对极性溶液和化学物具有抗性,吸水率低,具有良好的绝缘特性,硅油52硅油通常指的是在室温下保持液体状态的线型聚硅氧烷产品,聚硫橡胶53是由二卤代烷与碱金属或碱土金属的多硫化物缩聚而得的合成橡胶,具有很好的柔韧性、高的剪切强度和剥离强度,可以有效的进行防水。

Claims (8)
1.一种新型防水材料,包括材料本体(1),其特征在于:所述材料本体(1)包括第一防水层(2),所述第一防水层(2)的底部粘合有缓冲层(3),且缓冲层(3)的底部粘合有耐磨层(4),所述耐磨层(4)的底部粘合有第二防水层(5),所述第一防水层(2)、缓冲层(3)、耐磨层(4)和第二防水层(5)的两侧均粘接有密封层(6),所述第一防水层(2)是由氯化聚乙烯(21)、橡胶(22)和丙纶(23)经高温搅拌压制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水材料,其特征在于:所述缓冲层(3)是由聚丁二烯橡胶(31)、苯乙烯(32)和丁基橡胶(33)按一定比例混合复配制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水材料,其特征在于:所述混合复配温度为120-160℃,时间20-90min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水材料,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(4)是由碳化硅粉(41)、PC和增韧剂(42)和纳米添加剂(43)经压制而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型防水材料,其特征在于:所述碳化硅粉(41)密度为3.20g/cm3,其碳化硅磨料的自然堆积密度在1.2--1.6g/mm3之间,比重为3.20~3.25。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水材料,其特征在于:所述密封层(6)是由乙酸乙烯(61)、环氧树脂(62)和氯丁橡胶(63)经高温加热搅拌而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水材料,其特征在于:所述密封层厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水材料,其特征在于:所述第二防水层(5)是由三元乙丙橡胶(51)、硅油(52)和聚硫橡胶(53)高温搅拌压制而成。
