The processing mechanism comprises a stirring unit and two drying units;
as shown in fig. 2, the stirring unit comprises a second motor 8, a stirring pool 9 and at least two scrapers 10, wherein the second motor 8 is fixed below the stirring pool 9, each scraper 10 is arranged in the stirring pool 9, each scraper 10 is circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the periphery of an output shaft of the second motor 8, the second motor 8 is in transmission connection with the scrapers 10, and the stirring pool 9 is communicated with the deodorizing tube 6;
the second motor 8 drives the scraping plate 10 to rotate, and organic garbage in the stirring pool 9 is stirred and loosened, so that the drying speed is increased.
As shown in fig. 3, two drying units are respectively arranged below the stirring tank 9 and are respectively arranged at two sides of the second motor 8, each drying unit comprises an air pump 12, an air inlet pipe 13, a heating pipe 14, a gas collecting pipe 16 and a ventilation plate 17, one end of the air inlet pipe 13 is communicated with the outside of the treatment tank 4, one end of the air pump 12 is communicated with the other end of the air inlet pipe 13, the other end of the air pump 12 is communicated with one end of the heating pipe 14, the other end of the heating pipe 14 is communicated with the gas collecting pipe 16, the ventilation plate 17 is arranged above the gas collecting pipe 16, the gas collecting pipe 16 is communicated with the stirring tank 9 through the ventilation plate 17, and a plurality of heating pipes 15 are arranged in the heating pipe 14;
the air pump 12 pumps air outside the treatment box 4 into the heating pipe 14 through the air inlet pipe 13, the air is heated by the heating pipe 15 and then is introduced into the stirring pool 9 through the gas collecting pipe 16 and the ventilation plate 17, and organic garbage in the stirring pool 9 is dried.
As shown in fig. 4, the deodorizing mechanism comprises a deodorizing box 7, a third motor 18 and an exhaust pipe 19, wherein the deodorizing pipe 6 is communicated with the deodorizing box 7, the deodorizing box 7 is communicated with the outside of the deodorizing box 7 through the exhaust pipe 19, a spray head 22 and at least two paddles 21 are arranged in the deodorizing box 7, the paddles 21 are arranged on the output shaft of the third motor 18, and the spray head 22 is communicated with the deodorizing pipe 6;
the third motor 18 drives the blade 21 to rotate, so that the deodorant in the deodorizing box 7 and the waste gas introduced through the exhaust pipe 19 and the spray head 22 are uniformly mixed, and the odor in the waste gas is removed through the deodorant.
The sterilizing mechanism comprises a connecting rod 28, a fixing rod 29 and an ultraviolet radiation plate 30, wherein the connecting rod 28 is fixed on one side of the base 1, which is close to the deodorizing mechanism, the bottom end of the fixing rod 29 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 28, and the ultraviolet radiation plate 30 is fixed on one side of the fixing rod 29, which is close to the treatment box 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the supporting mechanism includes a supporting rod 23, a metal frame 24 and a roller 25, wherein the top end of the supporting rod 23 is fixed below the treatment box 4, a bearing is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting rod 23, the inner wall of the bearing is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the supporting rod 23, the outer wall of the bearing is fixedly connected with the metal frame 24, and the roller 25 is arranged in the metal frame 24. The supporting mechanism can share the pressure born by the first motor 3, and the roller 25 can convert the sliding friction between the treatment box 4 and the base 1 into rolling friction, so that the friction force is reduced, and the treatment box 4 is driven to rotate by the first motor 3 conveniently.
Preferably, in order to avoid leakage of odor during operation of the treatment mechanism, a valve 26 is provided in the inlet 5. When organic waste is required to be placed in the stirring tank 9, the valve 26 is opened, and when the treatment mechanism works, the valve 26 is closed, so that waste gas leakage is avoided.
Preferably, in order to enhance the deodorizing effect, a plurality of baffles 20 are further disposed in the deodorizing box 7, and the baffles 20 are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the deodorizing box 7. The baffle 20 can prevent the deodorant in the deodorizing box 7 from swirling, prolong the rising distance of the exhaust gas bubbles, and increase the absorption time of the deodorant to the harmful gas in the exhaust gas bubbles, thereby enhancing the deodorizing effect.
Preferably, in order to prolong the service life of the first motor 3, the second motor 8 and the third motor 18, the first motor 3, the second motor 8 and the third motor 18 are all servo motors.
Preferably, in order to avoid damaging the heating pipe 15 due to foreign matter entering the heating pipe 14, a filter screen 27 is provided in the air inlet pipe 13.
Preferably, the heating pipe 15 is an infrared heating pipe for enhancing the heating effect. The infrared heating pipe is a tubular heater utilizing the infrared principle. It has the features of high quality, high heat efficiency, high power density, fast heating, saving power, long service life, etc. The heating pipe 15 is an infrared heating pipe, which can reduce heating time, thereby enhancing heating effect.
Preferably, the spray head 22 is an air distributor for enhancing deodorizing effect. The nozzle 22 is an air distributor, which can change large bubbles into small bubbles, and increases the contact area between the exhaust gas and the deodorant, thereby enhancing the deodorizing effect.
Preferably, in order to enhance the drying effect, the shape of the vertical cross section of the blade 10 is triangular. The scraper 10 has a triangular vertical section shape, so that organic garbage accumulated on the inner wall of the stirring tank 9 due to centrifugal force can be scraped and remixed, the looseness of the organic garbage is increased, the contact area between hot air and the organic garbage is increased, and the drying effect is enhanced.
Preferably, in order to enhance the drying effect, the scraping plate 10 is provided with at least two through holes 11. The through holes 11 can enable the organic garbage on two sides of the scraping plate 10 to generate convection, so that the looseness of the organic garbage is increased, the contact area between hot air and the organic garbage is increased, and the drying effect is enhanced.
The working principle of the organic garbage treatment equipment with the deodorization function is that the safety is high: firstly, the treatment mechanism is operated, the stirring units stir and loosen the organic garbage, the two drying units dry the organic garbage in the stirring tank 9, meanwhile, the sterilization mechanism works, the first motor 3 drives the treatment tank 4 to rotate, the ultraviolet ray emission plate 30 emits ultraviolet rays to kill bacteria in the organic garbage, so that the organic garbage is effectively dried and sterilized, then the deodorization mechanism works, the third motor 18 drives the blade 21 to rotate, the deodorant in the deodorization tank 7 is uniformly mixed with the waste gas introduced through the exhaust pipe 19 and the spray head 22, and the odor in the waste gas is removed through the deodorant, so that the surrounding air is prevented from being polluted, and the physical health of workers is protected.
