本发明涉及水产品养殖,特别指一种鲫鱼的养殖方法。
背景技术
鲫鱼主要以植物为食的杂食性鱼,喜群集而行,择食而居。肉质细嫩,肉味甜美,营养价值很高,并含有大量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鲫鱼药用价值极高,其性平味甘,入胃、肾,具有和中补虚、除湿利水、补虚羸、温胃进食、补中生气之功效。鲫鱼生长迅速,适应性强,饵料来源广泛,产量高,并且营养丰富,因此也是我国主要的水产养殖品种。鲫鱼分布广泛,全国各地水域常年均有生产,以2~4月份和8~12月份的鲫鱼最肥美,为我国重要食用鱼类之一。近年来鲫鱼养殖业蓬勃发展,但是传统养殖方法,饲料用量大、成本高、产量低、效益差,再者养殖技术不规范、环境污染等因素使鲫鱼得病率高、成活率低。
近年来随着鱼类配合饲料的推广和使用,淡水鱼类养殖业得到了突飞猛进的发展,由此带动了饲料机械工业,饲料制造工业等一系列相关产业的迅速进步。然而,一些传统的养殖鱼类如鲫鱼、草鱼等由于养殖产量不断的增加和消费的普及,随着市场经济的发展其价格出现下滑,导致养殖者利润下降,养殖热情受挫。而在淡水鱼类养殖过程中,饲料成本占到总成本的60-70%,随着鱼价的下跌,饲料的价格也一路下滑。近年来,由于饲料中植物蛋白和一些低值原料的使用,一些养殖鱼类的诱食性和生长受到较大影响,导致摄食量减少、生长缓慢,死亡率偏高,在正常养殖周期内达不到商品规格,进一步影响了养殖利润,此种状况严重阻碍了淡水鱼养殖业和饲料制造业的进一步发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的缺点和问题加以改进和创新,提供一种鲫鱼的养殖方法。
本发明包括池塘建设、苗种投放、投食喂养和水质管理,其中所述投食喂养包括幼鱼期喂养和成鱼期喂养。
其中:
幼鱼期采用以下重量份的原料喂养:豆粕60-70份、酒糟10-15份、虾粉8-10份、蝇蛆20-25份、骨粉3-5份、硅藻30-40份、磷酸氢钙1-2份、微量元素0.5-1份、鲫鱼诱食剂0.5-1份;
成鱼期采用以下重量份的原料喂养:小麦麸50-60份、豆饼20-30份、高筋面粉20-30份、玉米粉15-30份、甘蔗渣40-50份、山楂5-10份、大青叶10-15份、钙粉2-4份、蚯蚓粉2-3份、海藻浓缩液3-5份、酵母2-3份、维生素C 1-2份。
本发明幼鱼期饲料各原料的最佳用量重量份为:豆粕65份、酒糟12份、虾粉9份、蝇蛆22份、骨粉4份、硅藻35份、磷酸氢钙2份、微量元素1份、鲫鱼诱食剂0.5份。
本发明成鱼期饲料各原料的最佳用量重量份为:小麦麸55份、豆饼25份、高筋面粉25份、玉米粉20份、甘蔗渣50份、山楂8份、大青叶12份、钙粉3份、蚯蚓粉2份、海藻浓缩液4份、酵母2份、维生素C2份。
