背景技术
现在的市政排污管道通常选用HDPE双壁波纹管拼接的形式。为了避免HDPE双壁波纹管的拼接处漏水,通常是采用热熔的方式将两根HDPE双壁波纹管的套接处熔接在一起。
现在采用的热熔方式是通过在HDPE双壁波纹管的套接处预先绕上加热丝,然后通过给加热丝通电加热。但是这种方法操作比较复杂,需要准备电源在每两根HDPE双壁波纹管连接时供电加热。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种市政排污管道,其优势在于热熔拼接的时候更加方便。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种市政排污管道,包括多根HDPE双壁波纹管,所述HDPE双壁波纹管的两端分别设有插头和插槽,所述插槽的内壁上设有环形槽,所述环形槽内设有生石灰粉,所述环形槽的表面设有密闭环形槽的水溶性薄膜,所述HDPE双壁波纹管在插槽端的外壁上设有与插槽相连通的通孔。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过水溶性薄膜来配合储存生石灰粉。在多根HDPE双壁波纹管通过插头和插槽相互插接的方式连接在一起之后,向插头和插槽的间隙注水,水溶性薄膜在经过一端时间之后被水溶解,这时候水直接和生石灰粉接触,产生大量的热量使得插头的外壁和插槽的内壁部分熔化连接在一起形成密封面。

通过采用上述技术方案,设置通孔的轴心线和插槽的内壁相切来使得HDPE双壁波纹管摆放的位置状态不是有一个通孔正好朝上的状态时,只要通孔的两端有一端处于较高的位置,就可以尽可能高的维持水位,使得生石灰粉可以与水充分接触,不会上端上侧的插槽内壁温度较低难以熔化的情况。

如图2和图4所示,插槽3的内侧靠近HDPE双壁波纹管1端口的位置成型有第一环形密封凸起6,插槽3内侧远离HDPE双壁波纹管1端口的位置成型有第二环形密封凸起7,环形槽4位于第一环形密封凸起6和第二环形密封凸起7之间的位置。HDPE双壁波纹管1在插槽3端的外壁上开有通孔8连通到插槽3内对于环形槽4和第一环形密封凸起6之间的位置,方便在插头2***插槽3内后向插槽3内注水,通孔8的轴心线与插槽3的内壁相切。通孔8共有四个且在HDPE双壁波纹管1的周向上均布,每个通孔8内都塞有堵头9,堵头9的表面成型有环形的锯齿状凸起10来与通孔8的内壁紧密配合达到密封,堵头9位于通孔8外的一端成型有环形拉手11来方便拉出堵头9。
如图2所示,环形槽4的底部安装有环形金属圈12,环形金属圈12的环形金属圈12的宽度大于环形槽4的宽度且两端嵌入环形槽4侧壁中来使得环形金属圈12可以在避免外壁被熔穿的同时增加轴向方向上的熔化长度,使得熔化后冷却粘结形成的密封面积更大,起到更好的密封效果。
如图2所示,插头2上套有隔热支撑环13,隔热支撑环13和插头2之间紧密贴合密封。隔热支撑环13的外径小于插槽3的内径且小于第一环形密封凸起6和第二环形密封凸起7的内径。插头2***插槽3后,隔热支撑环13的外侧和第一环形密封凸起6、第二环形密封凸起7之间配合密封。插头2和插槽3之间配合形成较小的间隙用于通水。隔热支撑环13的外侧成型有在插槽3内插到底时正对环形槽4中部的隔水圈14,隔水圈14与水溶性薄膜5抵接形成密封。
具体使用过程:将多根HDPE双壁波纹管1通过各自的插头2和插槽3依次配合插接,之后将位于HDPE双壁波纹管1侧面的其中一个堵头9和位于最高处的堵头9拔出,通过侧面的通孔8向隔水圈14和第一环形密封凸起6之间的间隙中注水,直到上侧的通孔8内有水溢出的时候停止注水。水溶性薄膜5缓慢溶解,直到水与生石灰粉接触的时候产生放热反应释放大量的热能,使得插槽3的内壁加热熔化,位于隔水圈14和第二环形密封凸起7之间熔化的插槽3内壁和隔热支撑环13连接在一起,形成密封面。反应过程中产生的水蒸气可以通过上侧的通孔8排放出去。

Claims (9)

1.一种市政排污管道,包括多根HDPE双壁波纹管(1),所述HDPE双壁波纹管(1)的两端分别设有插头(2)和插槽(3),其特征是:所述插槽(3)的内壁上设有环形槽(4),所述环形槽(4)内设有生石灰粉,所述环形槽(4)的表面设有密闭环形槽(4)的水溶性薄膜(5),所述HDPE双壁波纹管(1)在插槽(3)端的外壁上设有与插槽(3)相连通的通孔(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述插头(2)的外侧设有隔热支撑环(13),所述隔热支撑环(13)与插头(2)之间贴合密封。
3.根据权利要求2所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述环形槽(4)的底部设有环形金属圈(12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述环形金属圈(12)的宽度大于环形槽(4)的宽度,所述环形金属圈(12)的两端嵌入环形槽(4)侧壁中。
5.根据权利要求2所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述插槽(3)的内径大于隔热支撑环(13)的外径,所述插槽(3)内侧分别成型有靠近HDPE双壁波纹管(1)端口的第一环形密封凸起(6)和远离HDPE双壁波纹管(1)端口的第二环形密封凸起(7),所述第一环形密封凸起(6)和第二环形密封凸起(7)的最小内径均小于隔热支撑环(13)的外径,所述通孔(8)和插槽(3)连通处位于环形槽(4)和第二环形密封凸起(7)之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述隔热支撑环(13)的外侧设有在***顶到插槽(3)底部时正对环形槽(4)中部位置的隔水圈(14),所述隔水圈(14)与水溶性薄膜(5)抵接密封。
7.根据权利要求6所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述通孔(8)共有四个且在双壁波纹管周向上均布,每个所述通孔(8)内均设有用于密封通孔(8)的堵头(9)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述通孔(8)的轴心线与插槽(3)的内壁相切。
9.根据权利要求8所述的市政排污管道,其特征是:所述堵头(9)的外壁成型有环形的锯齿状凸起(10),所述堵头(9)位于通孔(8)外的一端成型有环形拉手(11)。
