本发明公开了一种新型集成材密封胶,属于集成材胶粘剂技术领域。它由以下质量份数的组分组成:氯乙烯乳液25‑35份,羧基丁苯乳液10‑20份,EVA乳液3‑8份,重钙15‑25份,消泡剂0.1‑0.3份,PVOH水溶液20‑30份,分散剂0.1‑0.3份,成膜助剂2‑6份,润湿剂0.2‑0.6份,杀菌剂0.1‑0.3份。与普通拼板胶相比,它解决了0.7密度以上特硬木树种(例如:红木,紫檀、花梨木等树种)的拼接问题;与同类产品相比,它更加环保,价格较低,容易涂刷,拼板无需长时间加压,产能更高,且上胶量较少,减少了胶体流挂现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型集成材密封胶,属于集成材胶粘剂技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内外木工用集成材工业用胶粘剂,主要是用EVA乳液复配出来的水性异氰酸酯胶粘剂,随着我国城市建筑和装饰装修行业的快速发展,近年来人们对集成材胶水应用上的要求也不断的细化,强度要求更高。现在国内市场上的胶粘剂,拼针业类及0.65密度以下的阔叶木树种的技术水平基本接近(可通过LY/T1601-2002标准),例如:松木、杉木、白桦木等中软硬度等材质。
在高档实木家具领域(如红木、紫檀、花梨木)特硬木材质,国内市场上的集成材拼板胶,通不过上述标准,通常此类客户都使用聚氨酯溶剂型胶黏剂来进行拼接,此类产品不环保、价格高(市场价格在30-40元/KG),在操作过程中会出现不易涂刷、产能低下(拼板需加压12小时),且上胶量多、胶体流挂严重。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种新型集成材密封胶,它解决了目前同类产品不环保、价格高,在操作过程中会出现不易涂刷、产能低下,且上胶量多、胶体流挂严重的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种新型集成材密封胶,它由以下质量份数的组分组成:氯乙烯乳液25-35份,羧基丁苯乳液10-20份,EVA乳液3-8份,重钙15-25份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,PVOH水溶液20-30份,分散剂0.1-0.3份,成膜助剂2-6份,润湿剂0.2-0.6份,杀菌剂0.1-0.3份。
作为优选实例,所述PVOH水溶液由水和PVA按质量比4:1配制而成。
本发明的有益效果是:与普通拼板胶相比,它解决了0.7密度以上特硬木树种(例如:红木,紫檀、花梨木等树种)的拼接问题;与同类产品相比,它更加环保,价格较低,容易涂刷,拼板无需长时间加压,产能更高,且上胶量较少,减少了胶体流挂现象。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
一种新型集成材密封胶,它由以下质量份数的组分组成:氯乙烯乳液25-35份,羧基丁苯乳液10-20份,EVA乳液3-8份,重钙15-25份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,PVOH水溶液20-30份,分散剂0.1-0.3份,成膜助剂2-6份,润湿剂0.2-0.6份,杀菌剂0.1-0.3份。
PVOH水溶液由水和PVA按质量比4:1配制而成。
生产设备:JB500D型大功率搅拌机;RAT-10D型双层防暴玻璃反应釜。
制备工艺:
(1)PVOH水溶液的制作。将80%水和20%PVA按比例加入到双层玻璃反应釜里加热溶解后冷却备用。
(2)然后将氯乙烯乳液、EVA乳液、羧基丁苯乳液和PVOH水溶液投入到大功率搅拌机里,搅拌均匀加入重钙、分散剂、润湿剂、成膜助剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂分散搅拌均匀,制得≥55%固含量的新型集成材密封胶。
花梨木测试工艺:
(1)材质:花梨木,含水率8—12%,试件尺寸30mm*25 mm *10 mm,试片从3个不同的木块上截取,每组3个试件。
(2)步骤:按照上述配方,将新型集成材密封胶和MDI固化剂按比例搅拌均匀(密封胶100%、MDI固化剂15%),涂敷在刨光后的材质胶接面上,每平方米的上胶量约150克,陈放时间不超过30秒,将2块试片按同纤维方向层积成试件,压力1.0—1.5MPA,25度冷压至2小时卸压,削除胶接面周边多余的胶黏剂,如此制作12个试件,放置同等温度下养生48h。
(3)检测方法:按照LY/T1601—2002标准的Ⅰ型Ⅱ类胶粘剂进行常态和热水浸渍实验。
(4)结论:目前行业内的集成材拼板胶不论是国内还是国外的水基聚合物-异氰酸酯木材胶粘剂,在高档家具特硬木树种,红木,紫檀、花梨木等树种上,都达不到我们按LY/T1601—2002标准Ⅰ型Ⅱ类胶粘剂测试的结果,此高强度新型集成材密封胶技术,在行业内属于国际领先产品。
针对高档红木类家具板材的拼接,胶水易涂刷、适应期长、固化速度快(加压时间2-3小时),成本低(11元/KG)新型集成材密封胶,改变使用溶剂型聚氨酯胶出现的不环保,难施工、成本高、产能低等现象。使高档红木类材质家具制造企业生产工艺简便易操作,生产高效、环保。
与普通拼板胶相比,它解决了0.7密度以上特硬木树种(例如:红木,紫檀、花梨木等树种)的拼接问题;与同类产品相比,它更加环保,价格较低,容易涂刷,拼板无需长时间加压,产能更高,且上胶量较少,减少了胶体流挂现象。

一种新型集成材密封胶,它由以下质量份数的组分组成:氯乙烯乳液35份,羧基丁苯乳液20份,EVA乳液8份,重钙25份,消泡剂0.3份,PVOH水溶液30份,分散剂0.3份,成膜助剂6份,润湿剂0.6份,杀菌剂0.3份。
实施例3
一种新型集成材密封胶,它由以下质量份数的组分组成:氯乙烯乳液30份,羧基丁苯乳液15份,EVA乳液5份,重钙20份,消泡剂0.2份,PVOH水溶液25份,分散剂0.2份,成膜助剂4份,润湿剂0.4份,杀菌剂0.2份。
