本发明属于选矿技术领域,特别涉及浓密机。
背景技术
选矿设备浓密机是选矿中常用的重力沉降或浓缩设备,现有的技术采用利用液体与物料混合后不同的密度进行离心分离,收集不同密度的浆液后再进行沉淀脱水;该技术费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可根据物料的不同粒径及重量,自动进行分离的装置,具体技术方案如下:
一种浓密机,包括壳体,所述壳体上部分为圆柱形,下部分为圆锥形,所述圆锥形部分设置多个筛网环,所述筛网环上固定有筛网,所述筛网的网眼直径由上到下逐渐变大;所述壳体中间设置风管,所述风管与分物锥头连接,所述分物锥头的表面设置多个通孔,高压气体自所述通孔向外喷出;所述分物锥头与进料管的出口对应;所述壳体上方设置震动环,所述震动环与震动电机所驱动的偏心轮固定。
所述分物锥头为多个,上下排列;上层的分物锥头数量少于下层的分物锥头数量。
本发明的优点是:由于物料的密度不同,粒径也不同,因此,可根据物料与空气在高速混合后被抛起的位置不同,设置相应的筛网,将粒径合格的物料筛选出,而对粒径不合格的物料,可经粉碎机粉碎后再用本发明的装置进行筛选,因此,本发明的装置可一次就筛选出粒径合格的不同物料。

下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图1所示,本发明包括壳体1,所述壳体1上部分为圆柱形,下部分为圆锥形,所述圆锥形部分设置多个筛网环7,所述筛网环7上固定有筛网,所述筛网的网眼直径由上到下逐渐变大;所述壳体中间设置风管3,所述风管3与分物锥头4连接,所述分物锥头的表面设置多个通孔,高压气体自所述通孔向外喷出;所述分物锥头4与进料管2的出口对应;所述壳体上方设置震动环8,所述震动环8与震动电机所驱动的偏心轮固定。
所述分物锥头为多个,上下排列;上层的分物锥头数量少于下层的分物锥头数量。
