As shown in fig. 2, the pressure member 132 is substantially spherical and is supported on the valve seat 131. Preferably, the upper surface of the valve seat 131 is straight so that the pressure member 132 can be moved or reset very conveniently. In other embodiments, not shown, the upper surface of the valve seat 131 may also be curved. The pressure member 132 is movable along the valve seat 131 between a closed position closing the steam discharge channel 135 and an open position opening the steam discharge channel 135. When the pressure member 132 is in the closed position, the steam discharge passage 135 is closed. When the pressure member 132 is in the open position, the steam discharge passage 135 is communicated, and steam can be discharged. It will be appreciated that while in the illustrated embodiment, the pressure member 132 is generally spherical, in other embodiments not shown, the pressure member may be other shapes, such as hemispherical, conical, oval, etc. In the illustrated embodiment, the weight and size of the first pressure member 132a are greater than the weight and size of the second pressure member 132b, but the sizes of the first pressure member 132a and the second pressure member 132b may be the same, only the weight of the first pressure member 132a is greater than the weight of the second pressure member 132b, the function of which will be described below.
The cooking appliance 100 further includes an actuating device 140, the actuating device 140 being disposed in the cover 120. Preferably, the actuating device 140 is disposed at a side of the pressure adjusting device 130, and only one actuating device is disposed in the cooking appliance. when the pushing device is in the first position, the first pushing end pushes the first pressure member in a horizontal direction,
when the pushing device is in the second position, the first pushing end does not push the first pressure member, and the second pushing end does not push the second pressure member,
when the pushing device is in the third position, the first pushing end does not push the first pressure member, and the second pushing end applies downward pressure to the second pressure member in a vertical direction.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the pressure member is spherical, hemispherical, conical or elliptical in shape.
4. Cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the actuating means is an electromagnet.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first pushing end and the second pushing end of the pushing device are located on either side of the actuating device.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first pushing end and the second pushing end of the pushing device are located on the same side of the actuating device, and wherein a horizontal distance between the first pushing end and the first pressure member is greater than a horizontal distance between the second pushing end and the second pressure member.
