背景技术
在弹性体产品中(例如,在充气轮胎(例如,胎体、带束层等)中),通常使用嵌入橡胶混合物中的增强***。不导电的材料经常用于增强***,实例为聚酯、人造丝、聚酰胺、芳族聚酰胺、以及由以上所提及的材料制成的混合帘线。选择增强***的材料和结构以便满足在轮胎的使用过程中放置在相关部件上的要求。此外,通常对增强***提供涂层、尤其粘附促进剂,该涂层同样是不导电的,并且为了改善增强***的外部周缘上的橡胶的附着性,在增强***被嵌入橡胶混合物中之前涂覆该涂层。
低滚动阻力混合物越来越多地用在胎壁区域、内帘线层或胎体胶化作用中以便减小充气轮胎的滚动阻力。用于这些类型的部件的混合物被称为“本体混合物”。尤其通过使用惰性填料或相对少量的炭黑、或者通过使用二氧化硅替换炭黑而能够降低这些低滚动阻力混合物中的迟滞。这些混合物的电阻因此被增大,并且它们的导电率减小。

迄今为止,对在充气轮胎以及其他弹性体产品中使用导电复合物仅存在有限的可能性。因为有限的弯曲强度和小的伸长性,所以经过在其他情况下通常使用的金属导体的在相对较大的距离上的电气连接由于橡胶产品(尤其轮胎)中产生的局部变形而变得非常困难。在目前可用的导电橡胶混合物中不存在实现用于能量供应或用于信号传输的电流的传导的可靠方式。当电导体彼此靠近时,实例为设置有DE 10 2010 017 442 A1中的导电涂层的帘线,其传输信号的能力被周围橡胶材料的部分导电性严重削弱,尤其是如果该周围橡胶材料包括作为填料的炭黑的话。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种在引言中提及类型的帘线,其方式使得在不考虑周围橡胶基质的导电性的情况下能够确保并入弹性体产品中的传感器、致动器等的导电连接(例如,以便供应电压)。
本发明实现该目的,在于存在覆盖导电层的另外的电绝缘层。
凭借本发明中作为外层提供的电绝缘层,可以相互并置地或者甚至彼此接触地将多个帘线嵌入橡胶基质中,即使这些帘线是导电的。这些帘线还可以彼此交叉,而彼此不具有电场效应。
在本发明的优选实施例中,该帘线具有交替顺序的多个导电层和多个电绝缘层,其中,最外层是电绝缘层。使用这种类型的设计,可以通过这些帘线实现对弹性体产品中两个或更多个电力负载的相互独立的电压供应,或者可以实现导电层的相互独立的利用以便用于信号传输。
导电率可以由导电层中存在的导电颗粒或导电粉剂来确保,实例为炭黑颗粒、石墨粉、或碳纳米管。可替代地,导电层还可以由所述颗粒或粉组成。
为了实现良好的电绝缘,电绝缘层应该不具有或基本上不具有导电颗粒。
为了改善相应的电绝缘层的机械特性,这些层可以包括不导电的填料(尤其细颗粒二氧化硅)。
在本发明的优选实施例中,这些电绝缘层中的至少一个层和/或这些导电层中的至少一个层的生产可以已经基于含弹性体、尤其含乳胶的溶液或悬浮液。
优选的是,为导电层的生产提供的悬浮液中的导电颗粒的比例按重量计从10%至按重量计70%、优选地按重量计从30%至按重量计50%。
此外,优选的是,为电绝缘层的生产提供的悬浮液中的不导电的填料的比例按重量计从10%至按重量计70%、优选地按重量计从30%至按重量计50%。
本发明进一步提供了一种弹性体产品,该弹性体产品包括本发明的至少一个帘线。特别有利的是将本发明的帘线用在充气轮胎中(例如,用于信号传输和/或电压供应)、尤其用在子午线式设计的充气轮胎的胎体***件中。
