Abstract

本发明公开了一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂,涉及植物生长调控领域,该调节剂的主要成分是:褪黑素,赤霉素,聚天冬氨酸,复硝酚钠,磷酸二氢钾,尿素,硫酸锌,吐温20,乙醇和清水。该调节剂结合了植物生长调节物质和矿质元素两者的作用,从植物激素生理和矿质营养两方面进行调控,能够有效提早金针菜现蕾时间并提高产量。该调节剂产品质量稳定性好,应用效果显著,采用本发明的产品进行喷施,可以提早现蕾18~24天,产量增加5.0%以上,部分品质显著提高。

一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂,属于农业生产技术领域。
二、背景技术
金针菜又名“黄花菜”,属百合科萱草属植物,具有丰富的营养成分,与香菇、木耳、冬笋等同为素菜中的珍品。金针菜的花蕾为食用部分,受市场经济的影响,金针菜上市越早,价格越高,因此如何促进金针菜提早现蕾,成为提高金针菜经济效益的关键问题。
近年来,应用生长调节剂调节植物生育进程已成为研究热点,并逐步形成一套成熟有效的植物化学调控技术。有研究表明,使用植物生长调节剂不仅可以提高作物抵御干旱、低温和盐胁迫的能力,也可以调控作物生长和生育进程。但是在金针菜上的应用研究较少,仅有的研究表明,施用单一的GA3(赤霉素),6-BA(6-苄氨基腺嘌呤)和NAA(萘乙酸)对金针菜生育期的影响在5天以内,(尹新彦,高超利,储博彦,李金霞,赵玉芬.植物生长调节剂处理对黄花菜开花的影响.安徽农业科学2014,42(9):2550-2551),同时,金针菜提早开花,必然缩短营养生长时间,降低生物量累积,导致产量降低,因此,亟需研制一种既可以提早金针菜现蕾也可以保证一定产量的生长调节剂。
三、发明内容
技术问题
针对金针菜上市越早,价格越高的特点,本发明提供了一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂。该生长调节剂通过把植物生长调节物质和矿质元素相结合,即可调节金针菜生长发育进程,促进金针菜提早现蕾,又可提高产量。
技术方案
本发明解决问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述调节剂由以下重量百分比的组分构成:0.001~0.005%褪黑素,0.005~0.03%赤霉素,0.1~0.6%聚天冬氨酸,0.0001~0.0005%复硝酚钠,0.1~0.7%磷酸二氢钾,0.8~4.0%尿素,0.0001~0.0005硫酸锌,扩散剂0.02~0.08%,乙醇3~8%,余量为清水。
所述的一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分构成:0.002~0.004%褪黑素,0.010~0.025%赤霉素,0.3~0.6%聚天冬氨酸,0.0002~0.0004%复硝酚钠,0.3~0.6%磷酸二氢钾,1.0~4.0%尿素,0.0002~0.0004硫酸锌,扩散剂0.03~0.06%,乙醇4~6%,余量为清水。
所述的一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分构成:0.0025%褪黑素,0.020%赤霉素,0.5%聚天冬氨酸,0.0003%复硝酚钠,0.5%磷酸二氢钾,3.0%尿素,0.0003硫酸锌,扩散剂0.04%,乙醇4%,余量为清水。
所述扩散剂为吐温80。
制备所述促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取褪黑素,赤霉素,复硝酚钠,磷酸二氢钾,尿素,硫酸锌;
(2)将称量后的褪黑素和赤霉素溶解于无水乙醇,得溶液A;
(3)将称量后的复硝酚钠,磷酸二氢钾,尿素,硫酸锌加水溶解,制成混合营养元素溶液B;
(4)将A加入B中,边加入边搅拌,得C;
(5)将聚天冬氨酸加入到C中,使聚天冬氨酸浓度为0.5%;
(6)最后加入扩散剂,搅拌均匀,用水定容,即得促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂溶液。
所述促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂的施用方法,其特征在于,所述的促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂是在金针菜花芽分化期和抽薹后15天进行叶面喷施,每亩用量20~25L,选择晴天下午3-5点钟喷施,药后12小时内遇雨需减量补喷。所述促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂可以和一般杀虫、杀菌剂混合使用,不能与除草剂混合使用。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:金针菜喷施该生长调节剂后,叶片净光合速率升高,地上部生长量增大,最终生育进程提前20~30天,产量器官增加。该生长调节剂使用方便,产品质量稳定性好,应用效果显著,采用本发明的产品进行喷施,可以提早现蕾18~24天,产量增加5.0%以上,且部分品质指标可溶性糖、VC、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量等显著提高。
四、具体实施方式
实施例1
一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂,其组成成分重量百分比为:0.001%褪黑素,0.01%赤霉素,0.3%聚天冬氨酸,0.0003%复硝酚钠,0.4%磷酸二氢钾,2.0%尿素,0.0003硫酸锌,扩散剂0.04%,乙醇5%,余量为清水。
实施例2
0.0025%褪黑素,0.020%赤霉素,0.5%聚天冬氨酸,0.0003%复硝酚钠,0.5%磷酸二氢钾,3.0%尿素,0.0003硫酸锌,扩散剂0.04%,乙醇4%,余量为清水。
实施例3
0.004%褪黑素,0.030%赤霉素,0.5%聚天冬氨酸,0.0004%复硝酚钠,0.5%磷酸二氢钾,3.0%尿素,0.0003硫酸锌,扩散剂0.04%,乙醇4%,余量为清水。
实施例4
0.020%赤霉素,0.5%磷酸二氢钾,3.0%尿素,0.0003硫酸锌,扩散剂0.04%,乙醇4%,余量为清水。
上述促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取褪黑素,赤霉素,复硝酚钠,磷酸二氢钾,尿素,硫酸锌;
(2)将称量后的褪黑素和赤霉素溶解于无水乙醇,得溶液A;
(3)将称量后的复硝酚钠,磷酸二氢钾,尿素,硫酸锌加水溶解,制成混合营养元素溶液B;
(4)将A加入B中,边加入边搅拌,得C;
(5)将40%聚天冬氨酸(常茂生物化学工程股份有限公司生产)加入到C中,使聚天冬氨酸浓度为0.5%;
(6)最后加入吐温80,搅拌均匀,用水定容,即得促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂溶液。
田间试验效果:
田间试验地点位于江苏省宿迁市宿迁农业科学院(33°84′N,118°25′E),粘质土,耕层(0~20cm)土壤pH值为6.0,有机质含量11.9mg/kg,速效氮含量21.5mg/kg,速效磷含量36.8mg/kg,速效钾138.2mg/kg。试验品种为大乌嘴(2年生苗,2016年3月份移栽),市场购买。采用露天栽培模式。
按实施例1、2、3和4配方为促进金针菜提早开花的生长调节剂处理,以等量清水为对照,药液量均为20L/亩,采用背负式喷雾器均匀喷洒于幼苗叶片正面及背面。试验重复3次,小区面积40m2,等行距(65cm)、株距(25cm)种植,每穴2株,折合密度8200株/亩。分别于金针菜花芽分化期(2017年3月25日)和抽薹期(2017年5月1日)的下午15:00进行叶面喷施,喷雾时以植株叶片湿润又不滴水为标准。
第二次药后5天测定叶片净光合速率,之后每天观察金针菜生长态势,记载各处理现蕾期(约50%植株开始现蕾),在金针菜进入现蕾期后,每个处理采取选取20株,测定薹高,并选取大小一致的花蕾30个测定花蕾长、花蕾宽、单个花蕾重和品质指标(可溶性糖、多酚、游离氨基酸、VC和黄酮),并于收获末期调查整株花蕾数,测定产量。
结果表明,经配方1处理的金针菜植株现蕾期较对照提前20天,花薹高度提高5.9cm,单株地上部生物量增加2.4g,净光合速率提高17.3%。
经配方2处理的金针菜植株现蕾期较对照提前24天,花薹高度提高7.1cm,单株地上部生物量增加5.1g,净光合速率提高20.0%。
经配方3处理的金针菜植株现蕾期较对照提前18天,花薹高度提高6.0cm,单株地上部生物量增加5.2g,净光合速率提高15.5%。
经配方4处理的金针菜植株现蕾期较对照提前8天,花薹高度提高11.4cm,单株地上部生物量增加0.7g,净光合速率提高7.1%。(表1)。

与对照相比,喷施配方1、2、和3对花蕾性状(花蕾长和花蕾宽)和花蕾重影响未达到显著水平,却显著提高了单株花蕾数,最终产量分别较对照提高5.4%、10.5%和8.3%。喷施配方4后花蕾长、花蕾宽、单株花蕾数、花蕾重和产量均低于对照(表2)。

与对照相比,喷施配方1、2、3、和4后,对金针菜花蕾多酚和秋水仙碱含量影响较小,却显著提高了可溶性糖、VC、黄酮、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量(表3)。其中,经配方1处理的金针菜花蕾可溶性糖、VC、黄酮、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量较对照提高7.07%、25.90%、15.85%、11.28%和14.49%。经配方2处理的金针菜花蕾可溶性糖、VC、黄酮、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量较对照提高9.68%、34.51%、13.52%、15.27%和15.73%。经配方3处理的金针菜花蕾可溶性糖、VC、黄酮、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量较对照提高7.21%、31.82%、9.39%、10.87%和11.42%。经配方4处理的金针菜花蕾可溶性糖、VC、黄酮、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量较对照提高7.87%、12.05%、8.34%、3.02%和9.12%。

0.001~0.005%褪黑素,0.005~0.03%赤霉素,0.2~0.8%聚天冬氨酸,0.0001~0.0005%复硝酚钠,0.1~0.7%磷酸二氢钾,0.8~4.0%尿素,0.0001~0.0005硫酸锌,扩散剂0.02~0.08%,乙醇3~8%,余量为清水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分构成:0.002~0.004%褪黑素,0.010~0.025%赤霉素,0.1~0.6%聚天冬氨酸,0.0002~0.0004%复硝酚钠,0.3~0.6%磷酸二氢钾,1.0~4.0%尿素,0.0002~0.0004硫酸锌,扩散剂0.03~0.06%,乙醇4~6%,余量为清水。

6.制备如权利要求1~5任一项所述促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取褪黑素,赤霉素,复硝酚钠,磷酸二氢钾,尿素,硫酸锌;
(2)将称量后的褪黑素和赤霉素溶解于无水乙醇,得溶液A;
(3)将称量后的复硝酚钠,磷酸二氢钾,尿素,硫酸锌加水溶解,制成混合营养元素溶液B;
(4)将A加入B中,边加入边搅拌,得C;
(5)将聚天冬氨酸加入到C中,使聚天冬氨酸浓度为0.5%;
(6)最后加入扩散剂,搅拌均匀,用水定容,即得促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂溶液。
7.权利要求1~5任一项所述促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂的施用方法,其特征在于,所述的促进金针菜提早现蕾的生长调节剂是在金针菜花芽分化期和抽薹后15天进行叶面喷施,每亩用量20~25L,选择晴天下午3-5点钟喷施,药后12小时内遇雨需减量补喷。
