技术领域

Claims (6)

1.一种密封组件(1)的联接***(24),所述联接***(24)具有环形转动构件(4),其中所述密封组件包括至少一个第一环形遮蔽件(10),所述至少一个第一环形遮蔽件(10)具有:套筒部(15),其用于在使用时与所述环形转动构件(4)联接成一体;和凸缘部(16),其从所述套筒部(15)沿径向且悬伸地突出,其特征在于,所述第一环形遮蔽件的所述套筒部(15)由筒管状转动固体限定,所述筒管状转动固体由面向所述环形转动构件且具有筒状几何形状的安装面(21)界定;按照组合的方式,所述套筒部与所述环形转动构件的组装座联接,所述组装座由环形凹部(25)形成,所述环形凹部(25)由底面(26)以及由设置在与所述凸缘相对的一侧的轴向肩部(27)界定;所述第一环形遮蔽件(10)被设置为同时与所述凸缘和所述轴向肩部(27)轴向接触,所述轴向肩部(27)由环形凸部(29)限定,所述环形转动构件的环形凸部(29)在径向截面中具有朝向所述凹部由坡面(32)限定的圆形轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的联接***,其特征在于,所述轴向肩部(27)沿着所述凹部(25)的底面(26)限定了安装点(90),所述安装点(90)距所述凸缘(8)的抵接面(8a)的轴向距离具有与所述第一环形遮蔽件(10)的轴向上的延伸长度实质上相同的轴向长度;所述环形凸部(29)朝向所述环形转动构件的自由前边缘(30)界定了所述凹部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的联接***,其特征在于,所述坡面(32)在所述安装点(90)处与所述底面(26)接合,使得所述套筒部(15)的自由筒状端部(22)抵靠所述坡面(32)卡接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的联接***,其特征在于,所述套筒部(15)的侧向安装面(21)的直径使得已在所述套筒部(15)的第一端部和所述环形凸部(29)处在所述套筒部(15)与所述环形凸部(29)之间产生有力的或稍微有力的干涉联接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的联接***,其特征在于,所述环形转动构件(4)是设置有凸缘(8)的滚动轴承的圈。
6.一种轮毂轴承单元(2),包括:外圈(3),其在使用时静止;内圈(4),其在使用时转动,所述内圈(4)具有在与所述外圈(3)相对的一侧设置有凸缘(8)的端部(5);滚动体(6)的至少一个冠部,所述滚动体(6)介于所述外圈与所述内圈之间;和密封组件(1),所述密封组件(1)包括至少一个第一环形遮蔽件,所述第一环形遮蔽件设置有在使用时与所述内圈成一体的套筒部(15)和从所述套筒部沿径向且悬伸地延伸的凸缘部(16),所述第一环形遮蔽件被安装成在径向上介于所述外圈与所述内圈之间,使得所述凸缘部(16)被设置成在轴向上介于被包括在带凸缘的端部(5)与所述外圈(3)之间的环形空间(7)内;其特征在于,环形的所述第一环形遮蔽件的套筒部(15)由筒管状转动固体限定,所述筒管状转动固体由面向所述内圈且具有筒状几何形状的安装面(21)界定;所述内圈(4)在所述凸缘(8)与所述内圈(4)的界定了所述滚动体用的滚道(31)的自由前边缘(30)之间具有侧向筒状面(28),所述侧向筒状面(28)设置有用于所述第一环形遮蔽件的所述套筒部的组装座,该组装座由环形凹部(25)限定,所述环形凹部(25)由筒状底面(26)以及由设置在与所述凸缘部相对的一侧的轴向肩部(27)界定;所述第一环形遮蔽件(10)被设置为同时与所述凸缘和所述轴向肩部(27)轴向接触,所述轴向肩部(27)由环形凸部(29)限定,所述内圈(4)的环形凸部(29)在径向截面中具有朝向所述凹部由坡面(32)限定的圆形轮廓。
