A. transferring the patient from the bed to the transfer bed:
a-1, loosening the auxiliary locking mechanism, and laying down the second guard plate 3-6 in the extension direction of the bed plate 3-2 to enable the second guard plate 3-6 to be turned over to a downward vertical state; the transfer bed is parked at the side edge of the sickbed and is stopped stably, so that the side, extending out of the bed plate 3-2, of the transfer bed is close to the sickbed;
a-2, controlling the scissor type lifting mechanism 2 to adjust the height of the bed plate 3-2, and controlling the clamping lifting mechanism 4 to adjust the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends, so that the height of the bed plate 3-2 is slightly higher than the height of the bed surface of the sickbed, and the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanism 6 is higher than the height of the bed plate 3-2;

a-5, simultaneously withdrawing the bed plate 3-2 and the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends, turning over the second guard plate 3-6 to an upward vertical state and locking, and completing the work of transferring the patient from the sickbed to the transfer bed;
B. transferring the patient from the transfer bed to the patient bed:
b-1, pushing the transfer bed to the side edge of the sickbed, loosening the auxiliary locking mechanism, laying down the second guard plate 3-6 to enable the second guard plate 3-6 to be turned over to be in a downward vertical state, and then enabling the side, extending out of the bed plate 3-2, to be close to the sickbed and to be stable;
b-2, controlling the scissor type lifting mechanism 2 to adjust the height of the bed plate 3-2, controlling the clamping lifting mechanism 4 to adjust the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends, so that the height of the bed plate 3-2 is slightly higher than the height of the bed surface of the sickbed, and the height of the bed sheet clamping mechanism 6 is higher than the height of the bed plate 3-2;
b-3, extending the bed plate 3-2 and the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to the direction of the sickbed, and moving the bed plate 3-2 with the patient to the upper part of the sickbed;
b-4, pulling the control rod of the angle adjusting hinge 8 to enable the bed sheet clamping mechanism 6 at the end to turn outwards to enable the bed sheet to be tight; starting the clamping and lifting mechanism 4 to drive the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to rise to a certain height, so that the patient leaves the bed plate 3-2, and the bed plate 3-2 is retracted;
b-5, controlling the bed sheet clamping mechanisms 6 at the two ends to descend, pulling the control rods of the angle adjusting hinges 8, placing the patient on the sickbed, and completing the work of transferring the patient from the transfer bed to the sickbed.
The use method of a critical patient transports bed with transport function of this embodiment, easy operation is convenient, need not direct contact patient's health, carries labour saving and time saving, and the patient transports high-efficient quick, and safe and reliable has effectively avoided the secondary injury problem in the patient handling.
According to the critical patient transfer bed with the carrying function and the using method thereof, two groups of bed sheet clamping mechanisms and the telescopic bed board are matched, so that a patient can be stably transferred between the transfer bed and a sickbed, the patient carrying action is simple and reliable, the carrying safety is high, the problem of secondary damage in the patient carrying process is solved, and the carrying efficiency is high; and the both sides of going up the bedstead still are equipped with first, second backplate, and first, second backplate can the level expand and form the expansion bed surface, as can let the sick bed that the patient used for a long time, have simple structure, convenient to use, flexible operation, cost of manufacture low grade advantage, have market spreading value well.

b-1, pushing the transfer bed to the side edge of the sickbed, loosening the auxiliary locking mechanism, laying down the second guard plate (3-6) to enable the second guard plate (3-6) to be turned over to be in a downward vertical state, and then enabling the side, extending out of the bed plate (3-2), to be close to the sickbed and to be stable;
