本发明公开了一种用于解酒及缓解宿醉症状的机能性饮品组成物,其包括凤梨酵素、生姜提取物、灵芝菌丝体、冬虫夏草菌丝体、以菇菌经发酵槽培植萃取而成的酵母多糖、以猴头菇子实体萃取而成的猴头菇粉末,及黑枣汁作为有效成分。其中生姜提取物占有3~8重量份、凤梨酵素占有28~32重量份、黑枣汁占有30~35重量份,而灵芝菌丝体、酵母多糖、冬虫夏草菌丝体及猴头菇粉末共同占有24~28重量份。本发明的机能性饮品组成物易于饮用,并同时可达到保健的效果。

技术领域
本发明是有关于一种解酒饮品,特别是指一种可以保健身体,用于解酒及缓解宿醉症状的机能性饮品组成物。
背景技术
小酌怡情,对于某些酒类而言更可以减少罹患特定疾病的机率。酒内成分主要为酒精,即乙醇,其经由大量或长期使用,可能引起肝脏、肾脏、大脑、肠胃道和心肌衰退,且酒精可扩散穿过胃壁细胞,并由胃所吸收,最后到达肝脏由肝脏代谢;换言之,一旦饮酒过量,则很容易呈现酒醉状态,亦即会产生平衡失控、皮肤转红、眼部充血、呕吐等症状,严重时乃至昏迷甚至死亡,尤其,隔夜清醒后会由宿醉现象,常见有头痛、嗜睡、注意力不集中、口干、肠胃不适、恶心等症状,令人相当不舒服。
然而,职场社交场合中,喝酒谈事乃常见的社交行为,且往往因气氛或情绪因素而导致过度饮酒,随即变成酒醉乃至宿醉。宿醉实际的原因仍难以完全确定,惟可推论肝脏通过醇脱氢酶的氧化功能,只能有限的清除酒精,其余酒精未由肝脏处理就流向心脏,造成心脏只会泵送更少量的血,因而降低了整个身体的血压,影响身体其他正常作用。有鉴于酒醉或宿醉带来的痛苦,有业者研发出一种所谓「解酒液」,其据称可以消除酒醉引起的症状,惟传统解酒液其实无法有效缓解宿醉或酒醉引起的症状,至多仅能降低体内部分酒精浓度,多用于躲避警察的酒测临检,无法实际帮助喝酒者恢复体力及精神,亦即服用传统解酒液属于治标不治本,对于保养身体,尤其是用于代谢酒精的肝脏可谓全无功效;再者,传统解酒液的味道浓烈,令人难以入口,更添加诸多化学成分,其多具有兴奋作用,进入人体产生类质激素效应,从而中和乙醇对中枢神经***的抑制作用,恐有伤害身体健康的疑虑。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在提供一种用于解酒及缓解宿醉症状的机能性饮品组成物。
本发明的另一目的在提供一种易于饮用,并同时可达到保护身体健康的机能性饮品组成物。
为达到前述目的,本发明的机能性饮品组成物包括凤梨酵素、生姜提取物、灵芝菌丝体、冬虫夏草菌丝体、以菇菌经发酵槽培植萃取而成的酵母多糖、以猴头菇子实体萃取而成的猴头菇粉末,及黑枣汁作为有效成分,其中生姜萃取物占有3~8重量份、凤梨酵素占有28~32重量份、黑枣汁占有30~35重量份,而灵芝菌丝体、酵母多糖、冬虫夏草菌丝体及猴头菇粉末共同占有24~28重量份。
优选地,凤梨酵素的制备方法为:采收新鲜凤梨,并将其茎部经过去皮及压碎后,再挤出其汁液,经由酿造萃取制成凤梨酵素。
本发明用于解酒及缓解宿醉症状的机能性饮品组成物,其利用黑枣汁,并添加有凤梨酵素、生姜提取物、灵芝菌丝体、冬虫夏草菌丝体、酵母多糖及猴头菇粉末为主要成分,成功发挥各种成分的功效,有效改善酒醉或宿醉后引起的头痛、恶心、口干、嗜睡及肠胃不适等症状,更可同时调节免疫力及保护肝脏,此外,生姜提取物所含的姜黄成分可协助肝脏分泌更多胆汁,让酒精尽快离开身体,是以,本发明机能性饮品组成物不但能治标,即降地体内酒精含量,更能治本,即保健维护身体机能,且味美易饮用,解决传统解酒液味重难饮用的缺点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
本发明的机能性饮品组成物,其对于缓解酒醉或宿醉症状具有极佳的功效,并采用天然成分组成,不添加任何化学成分促进前述功效,尤其提供多种复合配方,有助于维护人体健康。本发明用于解酒及缓解宿醉症状的机能性饮品组成物,包括凤梨酵素、生姜提取物、灵芝菌丝体、冬虫夏草菌丝体、以菇菌经发酵槽培植萃取而成的酵母多糖、以猴头菇子实体萃取而成的猴头菇粉末,及黑枣汁作为有效成分。凤梨酵素亦即含有凤梨蛋白酶,其由采收新鲜凤梨,并将其茎部经过去皮及压碎后,再挤出其汁液,进而由酿造萃取,其具有消炎、止痛及改善肠胃道问题的功效。
生姜提取物是从姜黄进行浓缩萃取,含有姜黄素,其经研究证实具有保健肠胃、抗发炎、抗病毒等药理活性等作用。本发明的生姜提取物的制备方法是使是待姜黄熟成开花后,将整株姜黄采收,并取其根茎部分为材料,去掉茎叶,洗净除去杂质,再进行至少一百倍的浓缩萃取。

本发明的机能性饮品经由实际测试确实可以大幅降低体内酒精浓度,惟仍须考虑不同受测者因为不同体质而反应出不同的成效;具体而言,以多位不同受测者分别饮用高粱、啤酒,十五分钟后接受第一次酒测,接着饮用本发明的机能性饮品一百毫升,于十五分钟再进行第二次酒测,其酒测结果发现,1号受测者(57岁)喝下一百二十毫升高粱酒,第一次酒测值为一点八三毫克,但饮用本发明机能性饮品之后的第二次酒测,其酒测值大幅降地达百分之六十;而2号受测者(45岁)饮用啤酒四百毫升,其酒测值从零点三四毫克降低达百分之三十。此外,饮用本发明机能性饮品后,于隔日起床之后,并未产生如肚子痛、口干或头痛的症状。

凤梨酵素、生姜提取物、灵芝菌丝体、冬虫夏草菌丝体、以菇菌经发酵槽培植萃取而成的酵母多糖、以猴头菇子实体萃取而成的猴头菇粉末,及黑枣汁作为有效成分,其中生姜提取物占有3~8重量份、凤梨酵素占有28~32重量份、黑枣汁占有30~35重量份,而灵芝菌丝体、酵母多糖、冬虫夏草菌丝体及猴头菇粉末共同占有24~28重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的机能性饮品组成物,其特征在于,凤梨酵素的制备方法为:采收新鲜凤梨,并将其茎部经过去皮及压碎后,再挤出其汁液,经由酿造萃取制成凤梨酵素。
