一种发电机用永磁体的制备方法,步骤如下:称取重量份数的如下粉末:11份钕,50份铁,3份硼,1份铑,1份钯,1份银,3份铥,3份镥,1份钪,2份铜,3份铝,1份铽,3份镧,1份钴,混合均匀得到混合粉末,将混合粉末放在真空干燥箱中干燥后,在氩气的保护下,利用高能球磨机将混合粉末进行充分球磨和混合,然后在30MPa压强下,将球磨后的混合粉末在650℃下热压烧结30min后随炉冷却,即得到发电机用永磁体。

背景技术
现有技术中,发电机用永磁体主要是钕铁硼类永磁体,普遍存在磁性不足的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种发电机用永磁体的制备方法,步骤如下:称取重量份数的如下粉末:11份钕,50份铁,3份硼,1份铑,1份钯,1份银,3份铥,3份镥,1份钪,2份铜,3份铝,1份铽,3份镧,1份钴,混合均匀得到混合粉末,将混合粉末放在真空干燥箱中干燥后,在氩气的保护下,利用高能球磨机将混合粉末进行充分球磨和混合,然后在30MPa压强下,将球磨后的混合粉末在650℃下热压烧结30min后随炉冷却,即得到发电机用永磁体。
采用本发明的工艺和设备明显提高磁体的磁性能和耐腐蚀性能,是非常有发展的工艺和设备技术。

一种发电机用永磁体的制备方法,步骤如下:称取重量份数的如下粉末:11份钕,50份铁,3份硼,1份铑,1份钯,1份银,3份铥,3份镥,1份钪,2份铜,3份铝,1份铽,3份镧,1份钴,混合均匀得到混合粉末,将混合粉末放在真空干燥箱中干燥后,在氩气的保护下,利用高能球磨机将混合粉末进行充分球磨和混合,然后在30MPa压强下,将球磨后的混合粉末在650℃下热压烧结30min后随炉冷却,即得到发电机用永磁体。
