Abstract

The stirring device is arranged at the front end of the support frame 2 and is used for hardening sludge at the bottom of a river channel and mixing garbage with water; the dumping device is arranged on the support frame 2 and is used for extracting muddy water to the filtering device; the filtering device is arranged on the supporting frame 2 and is used for filtering muddy water.
The stirring device comprises a stirring shell 3, a stirring motor 14 arranged in the stirring shell 3, a stirring telescopic cylinder 15 connected with the stirring motor 14, a stirring block 9 connected with the stirring telescopic cylinder 15, and stirring bodies 10 arranged on the stirring block 9, wherein the stirring block 9 and the stirring bodies 10 are symmetrically arranged on the stirring telescopic cylinder 15, the stirring block 9 is semi-cylindrical, an adjusting mechanism for lifting and adjusting the stirring shell 3 is arranged at the upper end of the stirring shell 3, and an antifriction mechanism is arranged between the adjusting mechanism and the stirring shell 3.

The rotating mechanism comprises a rotating wheel 28, a belt 27 arranged on the rotating wheel 28 and a rotating wheel motor 19 connected with the rotating wheel 28, and the water containing plate 18 is arranged on the belt 27.
The filtering device comprises a filtering motor 30 arranged on the supporting frame 2 and a supporting rod 29 connected with the filtering motor 30, wherein the supporting rod 29 is respectively provided with a first filtering mechanism for filtering big garbage and big stones and a second filtering mechanism for filtering fine sand and fine mud.
The first filtering mechanism comprises an electromagnet 25 arranged on a supporting rod 29, a permanent magnet 24 hinged with the electromagnet 25, a first filter screen 16 matched with the permanent magnet 24 and a control mechanism matched with the permanent magnet 24, the first filtering mechanism and the second filtering mechanism are identical in structure, and the second filter screen 17 is arranged on the second filtering mechanism.
The mesh openings on the first filter screen 16 are twice as large as the mesh openings on the second filter screen 17.
The control mechanism comprises a power supply 22 arranged on the support frame 2 and a controller 23 connected with the power supply 22, wherein the controller 23 is matched with an electromagnet 25.
The application method of the invention comprises the following steps: when the bottom of the river needs to be cleaned, firstly, the stirring shell 3 is positioned at a proper position by the hoisting mechanism, then the stirring telescopic cylinder 15 is stretched to open the mutually hinged stirring blocks 9, and then the stirring motor 14 rotates to disperse sludge and garbage at the bottom of the river; then the rotating wheel motor 19 drives the belt 27 to rotate, so that the water containing plate 18 on the belt 27 pours muddy water on the first filter mechanism, garbage and large stones fall on the first filter screen 16, muddy water continues to fall on the second filter mechanism, and fine mud and fine sand fall on the second filter screen 17; finally, the filtered water returns to the river channel through the sloping plate 20; the filtered garbage can be automatically dumped by driving the filter motor 30 to rotate the supporting rod 29, the controller 23 can cause the electromagnet 25 to lose power and the permanent magnet 24 to be separated, and the first filter screen 16 and the second filter screen 17 are automatically dumped to automatically dumped garbage.
