一种用于布料的防褪色剂,由以下重量份数原料组成:茶多酚8‑10份、醋酸7‑11份、盐水10‑13份、桑叶水18‑22份、硅酸钠7‑9份、苯酚磺酸16‑18份、复合催化剂4‑6份、尿素5‑7份、乙二醇18‑22份、以次氯酸钠3‑5份、明矾4‑8份。本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明防褪色效果好,醋酸不伤棉织物,可以产生定色的保护效果,盐水用料广泛成本低,使得颜料着色力强;(2)该防褪色剂用料成本低,环保性强,桑叶水中的生物碱对织物有抗菌作用。

一种用于无纺布的防褪色剂
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布加工领域,具体涉及一种用于布料的防褪色剂。
背景技术
防褪色剂,能防止或减少彩色感光材料画面色彩褪色的一类化合物。彩色的褪色分为光(照)褪色与暗(避光)褪色,均与染料氧化有关。除用紫外吸收剂可消除紫外光引起的光(照)褪作用外,还可添加防褪色剂以防止染料氧化。适用于彩色感光材料的防褪色剂很多,如苯酚类;单色满类、双螺色满类、双螺茚、金属螯合物等。
由于日常生活中布料有时会暴露于强烈的阳光下,时间久了也会褪色;同时现有的一些防褪色剂存在环保性差,对人体和环境存在危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于布料的防褪色剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种用于布料的防褪色剂,由以下重量份数原料组成:茶多酚8-10份、醋酸7-11份、盐水10-13份、桑叶水18-22份、硅酸钠7-9份、苯酚磺酸16-18份、复合催化剂4-6份、尿素5-7份、乙二醇 18-22份、以次氯酸钠 3-5份、明矾4-8份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数原料组成:茶多酚8份、醋酸7份、盐水10份、桑叶水18份、硅酸钠7份、苯酚磺酸16份、复合催化剂4份、尿素5份、乙二醇 18份、以次氯酸钠 3份、明矾4份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数原料组成:茶多酚10份、醋酸11份、盐水13份、桑叶水22份、硅酸钠9份、苯酚磺酸18份、复合催化剂6份、尿素7份、乙二醇22份、以次氯酸钠5份、明矾8份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数原料组成:茶多酚9份、醋酸9份、盐水12份、桑叶水20份、硅酸钠8份、苯酚磺酸17份、复合催化剂5份、尿素6份、乙二醇 20份、以次氯酸钠 4份、明矾6份。
进一步的,所述复合催化剂氢氧化钾和硼酸的混合物。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明防褪色效果好,醋酸不伤棉织物,可以产生定色的保护效果,盐水用料广泛成本低,使得颜料着色力强;(2)该防褪色剂用料成本低,环保性强,桑叶水中的生物碱对织物有抗菌作用。

实施例2
一种用于布料的防褪色剂,由以下重量份数原料组成:茶多酚10份、醋酸11份、盐水13份、桑叶水22份、硅酸钠9份、苯酚磺酸18份、复合催化剂6份、尿素7份、乙二醇22份、以次氯酸钠5份、明矾8份。其中,所述复合催化剂氢氧化钾和硼酸的混合物。
实施例3
一种用于布料的防褪色剂,由以下重量份数原料组成:茶多酚9份、醋酸9份、盐水12份、桑叶水20份、硅酸钠8份、苯酚磺酸17份、复合催化剂5份、尿素6份、乙二醇 20份、以次氯酸钠 4份、明矾6份。其中,所述复合催化剂氢氧化钾和硼酸的混合物。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明防褪色效果好,醋酸不伤棉织物,可以产生定色的保护效果,盐水用料广泛成本低,使得颜料着色力强;(2)该防褪色剂用料成本低,环保性强,桑叶水中的生物碱对织物有抗菌作用。
