本发明公开了一种适用于汽车制造过程去除车门包边位置胶泡的底涂剂,底涂剂配方包括:溶剂油20%‑30%,增溶剂乙二醇5‑10%,二甲基甲酰胺、二价酸酯及N‑甲基吡咯烷酮混合液10‑20%,净味醇醚溶剂10‑20%,乙二醇叔丁基醚10‑20%。用具有5分钟内彻底挥发不残留液体的化学品擦拭车门内外板包边面。本发明能够消除包边缝隙内残留的高沸点液体,提升折边胶的流向稳定性,通过优化涂胶轨迹可以实现折边胶涂胶饱满不溢胶并且无外观面胶气泡的效果,显著提升这门包边工艺的生产效率与质量。同时底涂剂具备安全环保特性。

本发明涉及化工材料的技术领域及汽车制造过程工艺技术领域,具体为一种适用于汽车制造过程去除车门包边位置胶泡的底涂剂。
背景技术
汽车生产过程中长期存在车门折边面胶起胶泡问题,此问题持续研究上百年无突破性进展,本发明彻底弥补这项技术空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,克服现有技术不足,提供一种适用于汽车生产过程中折边工序的前处理工艺及配套底涂剂,消除质量缺陷提升生产效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种适用于汽车制造过程去除车门包边位置胶泡的底涂剂,包括以下组成成分:溶剂油20%-30%,增溶剂乙二醇5-10%,二甲基甲酰胺、二价酸酯及N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合液10-20%,净味醇醚溶剂10-20%,乙二醇叔丁基醚10-20%。

1具有无刺激性和无腐蚀性,直接接触不会引起皮肤和眼灼伤;
2不易燃易爆,安全性较高;

底涂剂及制作实施及实施工艺方法例:
底涂剂制备方法为准备溶剂油20%-30%,增溶剂乙二醇5-10%,二甲基甲酰胺、二价酸酯及N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合液10-20%,净味醇醚溶剂10-20%,乙二醇叔丁基醚10-20%,制备底涂剂剂,制备过程中,密闭空间操作,加强通风。操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程。建议操作人员佩戴自吸过滤式防尘口罩,戴化学安全防护眼镜,穿防毒物渗透工作服,戴橡胶手套。避免产生粉尘。避免与腐蚀类接触。搬运时要轻装轻卸,防止包装及容器损坏。配备泄漏应急处理设备。倒空的容器可能残留液体。
制备好的底涂剂,储存于阴凉、通风的库房。远离火种、热源。应与腐蚀类等分开存放,切忌混储。储区应备有合适的材料收容泄漏物。
使用时,为使用具备彻底挥发无残留液体的化学品对车门内外板包边面进行擦拭,彻底去除车门包边面的高沸点液态化学液体,并提升车门包边面的表面粗糙度稳定性,使折边胶流向稳定实现折边胶填充饱满不溢胶。
本申请适用于汽车制造过程车门包边的前处理工艺方法及底涂剂,具有清除高沸点化学液体功能,具备挥发彻底无残留液体并改善包边面粗糙度一致性提升折边胶流向稳定性和附着力的特性,并且底涂剂无刺激性和无腐蚀性,直接接触不会引起皮肤和眼灼伤;不易燃易爆,安全性较高;不聚合且稳定性高,安全系数高。
