本发明涉及一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫及其制作方法,该隔音垫为三层结构,上下表面均为针刺的无纺布材料,内侧还带有覆膜,中间层为PET毡材料,覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,PET毡材料为双组份的PET材料。与现有技术相比,本发明具有良好的隔热性能,对发动机舱内的蓄电池起到了隔热保护的作用,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。并且该发明还具有防水防油、阻燃的特点。

Description

一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车隔音毡,尤其是涉及一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫及其制作方法。
背景技术
以前汽车行业的汽车用蓄电池罩盖大多是塑料的罩盖。主要作用是为了保护蓄电池的使用寿命。一般的汽车只安装塑料的隔热罩,不会再安装带有隔音隔热材料的隔热罩。由于汽车发动机舱内的温度较高,塑料的罩盖没有很好的隔热减震效果。随着汽车行业的不断发展,一些高端的汽车上安装了带有隔音隔热材料的隔热罩。
中国专利CN103303214B公开了一种汽车隔音垫及其制造工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:(1)将低熔点PET纤维由梳理机梳理、铺棉机铺叠后,再进行针刺加固,得到低熔点纤维层;(2)将再生纤维、涤纶纤维和低熔点PET纤维混合后,由梳理机梳理、铺棉机铺叠后,进行针刺加固,得到混合纤维毡;(3)从下至上依次低熔点纤维层、混合纤维毡和低熔点纤维层,进行针刺加固,得到汽车隔音垫半成品;(4)将半成品置于成型模具内通蒸汽模压成型;(5)冷却;(6)将半成品切割成所需的外形尺寸,并在半成品上冲断加工所需要的孔,即得到所述的汽车隔音垫成品。该专利的汽车隔音垫半制品的制作工艺步骤复杂,需先制作低熔点纤维层,再制作混合纤维层,然后在一起针刺加固后才得到半成品,制备得到的隔音垫成品的阻燃只能满足TL1010的标准,发动机舱内的阻燃PV3357是无法满足的,不适用发动机舱内的隔音垫。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种具有很好隔热、减震作用的汽车用蓄电池罩盖及其制作方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,为三层结构,上下表面均为针刺的无纺布材料,内侧还带有覆膜,中间层为PET毡材料,所述的覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,所述的PET毡材料为双组份的PET材料。
采用的针刺无纺布材料具有良好的防水防油的效果,而且阻燃能满足PV3357的标准,并且在后续加热成型时不会对PET毡的厚度产生影响。
所述的双组份的PET材料由低熔点的PET纤维和超细PET纤维按重量比为30:70复配而成。
所述的低熔点的PET纤维为包芯结构的纤维,外层熔点为110℃,内层熔点为240℃,具有较好的粘结作用,所述的超细PET纤维的粗细为1.33dtex,长度为38mm,熔点在260℃。
所述的覆膜经热压连接在无纺布材料的内侧面。
所述的覆膜的克重量为25~30g/m2,厚度为0.04~0.05mm,覆膜的克重会影响厚度,克重低的厚度也偏薄,克重、厚度达到一定要求之后,通过加热后,复合膜不会因为温度的升高而出现溶解,达不到密闭屏障的效果,就会对隔热效果有一定的影响。
所述的PET毡材料的克重为400~450g/m2
所述的PET毡材料成型前的厚度为30~35mm,成型后的厚度为22~28mm。
本发明制备得到的蓄电池隔音垫的产品是安装在蓄电池壳外面的,如果PET毡材料的厚度偏薄的话,就不能很好的包裹在蓄电池壳外面,就会存在一定的空隙,就不能起到隔热、减震的作用,另外,材料的克重量高的话,相同厚度的情况下,纤维之间的间隙就更加密集,就有更好的减震作用。
汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫的制作方法,采用以下步骤:
(1)预热带有模具的模温机;
(2)将PET毡材料的上下层铺上无纺布形成毡坯,然后置于模具中;
(3)对模具预压35-40s,然后再硫化30-40s,制备得到汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫。
步骤(1)中所述的模温机预热至175-180℃,控制模具的温度为160-170℃,成型加工时,如果加热温度太高的话,隔音垫容易收缩,造成尺寸不符合要求,是由于PET毡中的低熔点纤维完全溶解,收缩引起的。如果温度太低的话,隔音垫的边缘不收边,容易分层,是由于PET毡中的低熔点纤维还没有软化,没有粘结在一起。
步骤(3)中预压时控制模具的上模接触到毡坯,预压是先将材料通过一定的温度和时间进行软化,材料在模具中是不经过压力的,硫化是有一定压力的,是进一步对材料进行压制和切边。如果没有预压,直接硫化的话,得到的隔音垫产品容易分层或收缩,硫化时控制压力为18-20MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有很好的隔热性能,对发动机舱内的蓄电池起到了隔热保护的作用,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。并且该发明还具有防水防油、阻燃的特点,具体具有以下优点:

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,外层、内层为针刺并且背面带膜的无纺布材料,中间层为PET毡材料,其中,采用的覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,克重量为25g/m2,厚度为0.04mm。采用的PET材料为双组份的PET材料,克重为400g/m2,材料成型前的厚度为30mm,成型后的厚度为22mm,覆膜经热压连接在PET毡材料的上表面。
汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫在制作时,将模温机的温度设定在175℃,模具的实际温度在160℃,将PET毡的上下层铺上外层、内层无纺布后放在模具上,先预压40s,然后硫化40s,硫化压力为20Mpa,制备得到汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫
实施例2
一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,外层、内层为针刺并且背面带膜的无纺布材料,中间层为PET毡材料,其中,采用的覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,克重量为28g/m2,厚度为0.04mm。采用的PET材料为双组份的PET材料,克重为400g/m2,材料成型前的厚度为33mm,成型后的厚度为25mm,覆膜经热压连接在PET毡材料的上表面。
汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫在制作时,将模温机的温度设定在175℃,模具的实际温度在165℃,将PET毡的上下层铺上外层、内层无纺布后放在模具上,先预压35s,然后硫化30s,硫化压力为18Mpa,制备得到汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫
实施例3
一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,外层、内层为针刺并且背面带膜的无纺布材料,中间层为PET毡材料,其中,采用的覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,克重量为30g/m2,厚度为0.05mm。采用的PET材料为双组份的PET材料,克重为450g/m2,材料成型前的厚度为35mm,成型后的厚度为28mm,覆膜经热压连接在PET毡材料的上表面。
汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫在制作时,将模温机的温度设定在180℃,模具的实际温度在170℃,将PET毡的上下层铺上外层、内层无纺布后放在模具上,先预压30s,然后硫化35s,硫化压力为20Mpa,制备得到汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫。
实施例4
一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,为三层结构,上下表面均为针刺的无纺布材料,无纺布材料的内侧面还热压连接有覆膜,中间层为PET毡材料,覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,克重量为25g/m2,厚度为0.04mm,PET毡材料为双组份的PET材料,具体来说是由低熔点的PET纤维和超细PET纤维按重量比为30:70复配而成,低熔点的PET纤维为包芯结构的纤维,外层熔点为110℃,内层熔点为240℃,超细PET纤维的粗细为1.33dtex,长度为38mm,熔点在260℃。PET毡材料的克重为400g/m2,其厚度在成型前为30mm,成型后为22mm。
汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫采用以下步骤制作得到:
(1)预热带有模具的模温机,使模温机预热至175℃,控制模具的温度为160℃;
(2)将PET毡材料的上下层铺上无纺布形成毡坯,然后置于模具中;
(3)对模具预压35s,控制模具的上模接触到毡坯,然后再硫化30s,控制压力为20MPa,制备得到汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫。
实施例5
一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,为三层结构,上下表面均为针刺的无纺布材料,无纺布材料的内侧面还热压连接有覆膜,中间层为PET毡材料,覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,克重量为30g/m2,厚度为0.05mm,PET毡材料为双组份的PET材料,具体来说是由低熔点的PET纤维和超细PET纤维按重量比为30:70复配而成,低熔点的PET纤维为包芯结构的纤维,外层熔点为110℃,内层熔点为240℃,超细PET纤维的粗细为1.33dtex,长度为38mm,熔点在260℃。PET毡材料的克重为450g/m2,其厚度在成型前为35mm,成型后为28mm。
汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫采用以下步骤制作得到:
(1)预热带有模具的模温机,使模温机预热至180℃,控制模具的温度为170℃;
(2)将PET毡材料的上下层铺上无纺布形成毡坯,然后置于模具中;
(3)对模具预压35s,控制模具的上模接触到毡坯,然后再硫化40s,控制压力为18MPa,制备得到汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫。
本发明主要是由很好的隔热性能,对发动机舱内的蓄电池起到了隔热保护的作用,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。实施例1制作得到的产品的耐热测试结果如下:
表中101、102、103是放在蓄电池盒内的测温仪,104、105、106、107是测试烘箱环境温度的测温仪。耐热试验是将蓄电池盒内注满水,水温在20℃左右,把隔音垫产品安装在蓄电池盒内,放到90±3℃烘箱内,测试水温达到40度以后2小时后的水温,表中T1为62.932℃,T2为60.807℃,T3为61.766℃,要求的温度不能大于65℃。从以上测试结果来看,本发明汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫有着很好的耐热。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,其特征在于,该隔音垫为三层结构,上下表面均为针刺的无纺布材料,内侧还带有覆膜,中间层为PET毡材料,所述的覆膜为PE/PA复合膜材料,所述的PET毡材料为双组份的PET材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,其特征在于,所述的覆膜经热压连接在无纺布材料的内侧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,其特征在于,所述的双组份的PET材料由低熔点的PET纤维和超细PET纤维按重量比为30:70复配而成,
所述的低熔点的PET纤维为包芯结构的纤维,外层熔点为110℃,内层熔点为240℃,所述的超细PET纤维的粗细为1.33dtex,长度为38mm,熔点在260℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,其特征在于,所述的覆膜的克重量为25~30g/m2,厚度为0.04~0.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,其特征在于,所述的PET毡材料的克重为400~450g/m2
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫,其特征在于,所述的PET毡材料成型前的厚度为30~35mm,成型后的厚度为22~28mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫的制作方法,其特征在于,该方法采用以下步骤:
(1)预热带有模具的模温机;
(2)将PET毡材料的上下层铺上无纺布形成毡坯,然后置于模具中;
(3)对模具预压35-40s,然后再硫化30-40s,制备得到汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的模温机预热至175-180℃,控制模具的温度为160-170℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中预压时控制模具的上模接触到毡坯。
10.根据权利要求7所述的汽车用蓄电池罩盖隔音垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中硫化时控制压力为18-20MPa。
