Abstract
本发明涉及的是砂轮片的技术领域，尤其是一种新型抛光砂轮片。其具有砂轮片本体，所述砂轮片本体的中部设置固定孔，所述砂轮片本体的周边一圈设置有抛光片，所述抛光片通过固定环固定在砂轮片本体上。该新型抛光砂轮片，结构简单，可以通过固定环来实现抛光片的安装和拆卸，当出现需要更换的时候，不需要进行整体拆换，提高了加工效率。

本发明涉及的是砂轮片的技术领域，尤其是一种新型抛光砂轮片。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展，机械行业得到了迅速的发展。在机械行业中，用到的加工工具很多，其中抛光砂轮片是其中最为普通的工具，传统的抛光砂轮片在使用过程中发现一旦产品在打磨过程中角度方向掌握不好，就会出现崩片的现象，这样就会导致整个抛光砂轮片的报废，严重的浪费了原材料，增加了机械加工的成本。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是针对上述技术问题提出的一种新型抛光砂轮片，结构简单，可以通过固定环来实现抛光片的安装和拆卸，当出现需要更换的时候，不需要进行整体拆换，提高了加工效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种新型抛光砂轮片，具有砂轮片本体，所述砂轮片本体的中部设置固定孔，所述砂轮片本体的周边一圈设置有抛光片，所述抛光片通过固定环固定在砂轮片本体上。
进一步地，所述固定环通过设置的安装孔固定连接在砂轮片本体上。
进一步地，所述抛光片露出砂轮片本体外端3～5mm。
采用上述结构后，结构简单，可以通过固定环来实现抛光片的安装和拆卸，当出现需要更换的时候，不需要进行整体拆换，提高了加工效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所述的是一种新型抛光砂轮片，具有砂轮片本体1，砂轮片本体1的中部设置固定孔2，砂轮片本体1的周边一圈设置有抛光片3，抛光片3通过固定环4固定在砂轮片本体1上。
其中，固定环4通过设置的安装孔5固定连接在砂轮片本体1上。抛光片3露出砂轮片本体1外端3～5mm。

1.一种新型抛光砂轮片，其特征在于：具有砂轮片本体，所述砂轮片本体的中部设置固定孔，所述砂轮片本体的周边一圈设置有抛光片，所述抛光片通过固定环固定在砂轮片本体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抛光砂轮片，其特征在于：所述固定环通过设置的安装孔固定连接在砂轮片本体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抛光砂轮片，其特征在于：所述抛光片露出砂轮片本体外端3～5mm。
