Principle of operation
In the invention, when in use, firstly the arc cover 952 is taken down from the upper part of the main fertilizer hopper 92, the materials are poured into the main fertilizer hopper 92 at any time, in order to better enable the materials to be fully mixed, the hand wheel 912 can be stirred by rotating the handle 911 to enable the main shaft 91 to rotate for a half circle, then the main fertilizer hopper 92 shakes, the shaking work can be carried out, after the shaking is finished, the master control switch 73 is started, so that the PLC72 controls the discharge electromagnetic control valve 921 to open, then the materials fall into the stirring hopper 62, then the PLC72 controls the stirring motor 63 to rotate and drive the stirring shaft 65, the coupling 66 and the stirring blade 67 to carry out stirring work, so that the materials are fully mixed, during the mixing, the connection pipe head 954 can be connected through the incoming water pipe, so that the water spray water discharge 953 sprays water into the main fertilizer hopper 92 through the water feed pipe 955, then enters the stirring hopper 62, the materials can be fully mixed, after finishing, the PLC72 controls the opening of the leading-out electromagnetic control valve 622 to lead out the materials through the dry-type breeding guide groove 86, the flow sensor 623 detects the blanking flow of the materials in the period, the starting and the stopping of the leading-out electromagnetic control valve 622 are immediately controlled, the adjusting bolt 84 can be loosened in the period, the position of the dry-type breeding guide groove 86 is adjusted, after the adjustment is completed, the adjusting bolt 84 is locked, the dry-type drying plate 862 can dry and heat the materials in the period, the dryness of the materials is ensured, the temperature sensor 861 detects the temperature, the PLC72 controls the working state of the dry-type drying plate 862, after the breeding is completed, the master control switch 73 is closed, and finally, the dial handle 613 can be shifted to enable the rotary dial shaft 611 to rotate in the bearing fixing seat 612 in a half circle, so that the hanging-preventing plate 614 cleans the hanging-wall materials and is convenient for later use.

The intelligent multifunctional dry-fattening trough as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main shaft (91) comprises a rotating handle (911) and a hand wheel (912), the hand wheel (912) being keyed at the right end of the main shaft (91); the rotary handle (911) is transversely screwed on the upper right side of the hand wheel (912).

The intelligent multifunctional dry fattening silo according to claim 1, wherein the water feeding cover structure (95) comprises an ear plate (951), an arc cover (952), a water spraying row (953), a connecting pipe head (954) and a water feeding head (955), wherein the ear plate (951) is welded at the middle position of the upper part of the arc cover (952); the water spray discharge device (953) is transversely hooped and arranged in the middle of the lower part of the inner side of the arc-shaped cover (952); the connector head (954) longitudinally penetrates through the right part of the inner side of the arc-shaped cover (952); the upper part of the connecting pipe head (954) is arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped cover (952); the lower part of the connecting pipe head (954) is in threaded connection with the right upper part of the water spray device (953); the water feeding heads (955) are respectively and longitudinally connected with the lower side of the water spraying device (953) in a threaded mode.

The intelligent multifunctional dry-type fattening silo according to claim 1, wherein the material stirring and hanging prevention structure (6) comprises a material hanging prevention plate structure (61), a stirring hopper (62), a stirring motor (63), a mounting plate (64), a stirring shaft (65), a coupling (66) and stirring blades (67), wherein the material hanging prevention plate structure (61) is respectively bolted on the left wall and the right wall of the upper part of the inner side of the stirring hopper (62); the stirring motor (63) is arranged at the left lower part of the stirring hopper (62) through a mounting plate (64) by bolts; one end of the stirring shaft (65) penetrates through the left lower wall of the stirring hopper (62) and is connected with an output shaft of the stirring motor (63) through a coupler (66), and the other end of the stirring shaft transversely extends to the inner side of the lower part of the stirring hopper (62); the stirring blades (67) are respectively welded on the outer wall of the right part of the stirring shaft (65).

The intelligent multifunctional dry-fattening trough according to claim 4, characterized in that the anti-hang plate structure (61) comprises a rotary shifting shaft (611), a fixed seat with bearings (612), a shifting handle (613) and an anti-hang plate (614), wherein the rotary shifting shaft (611) is longitudinally inserted into an inner ring between the bearings of the fixed seat with bearings (612); the transverse left lower side of the shifting handle (613) is welded at the upper end of the rotary shifting shaft (611); the longitudinal screw of the hanging-preventing plate (614) is connected to the right lower side of the rotary shifting shaft (611); the anti-hanging plate (614) is arranged between the fixed seats (612) with the bearings; the fixing seats with the bearing fixing seats (612) are respectively installed on the upper portion and the lower portion of the left wall of the inner side and the upper portion and the lower portion of the right wall of the inner side of the stirring hopper (62) through bolts.

The intelligent multifunctional dry fattening silo according to claim 4, wherein the stirring hopper (62) comprises a lead-out hopper (621), a lead-out solenoid control valve (622) and a flow sensor (623), wherein the lead-out hopper (621) is installed at the lower outlet of the stirring hopper (62) through bolts and nuts; the lead-out electromagnetic control valve (622) is in threaded connection with the lower outlet of the lead-out hopper (621); the flow sensor (623) is connected to the lower left corner of the guide-out hopper (621) through screws.
