本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体讲是一种锦包氨针织牛仔面料的生产工艺。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,现有的牛仔面料无法满足变化多端的消费需求,尤其是弹性差、水洗牢度欠佳。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可以生产富有弹性、水洗牢度优于牛仔面料的锦包氨针织牛仔面料的锦包氨针织牛仔面料的生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种锦包氨针织牛仔面料的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,将75%的棉同25%的锦包氨混织成珠地风格的胚布,要求锦包氨均匀的露出在珠地间隙中;
然后,200℃×26y对胚布进行高温预定,以保证布面牛仔风格的稳定性,染色前用4%色维净对胚布进行98℃×40′前处理,去除棉籽壳进一步充分收缩胚布,稳定布面风格;
最后,通过活性料丈青单染棉让25%的锦包氨均匀沾色形成浅兰麻点,充分清洗后整理后,形成染色风格鲜明的丈青牛仔风格面料。

一种锦包氨针织牛仔面料的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,将75%的棉同25%的锦包氨混织成珠地风格的胚布,要求锦包氨均匀的露出在珠地间隙中,氨纶的加入,有效的增强面料弹性,优于传统梭织牛仔面料,其中,锦包氨由锦纶和氨纶组成;
其次,利用定型机在200℃×26y对胚布进行高温预定,以保证布面牛仔风格的稳定性,染色前用4%色维净对胚布进行在98℃下进行40min前处理,去除棉籽壳进一步充分收缩胚布,稳定布面风格;
然后,通过活性料丈青单染棉让25%的锦包氨均匀沾色形成浅兰麻点,充分清洗后整理后,形成染色风格鲜明的丈青牛仔风格面料。
主要技术参数
纤维含量:棉75%,锦纶21.7%,氨纶3.3%;甲醛含量:≤75mg/kg;PH值(6.0)4.0-8.5之间;水洗尺寸变化率(1×5A):直向(-4.1)-6.0~+2.0%,横向(-1.2)-6.5~+2.0%;水洗后扭曲率(3.7%):≤4.0%;顶破强力(钢球直径为:38±0.02mm)(407N)≥250N;平方米干燥重量:242.6%;可分解致癌致癌芳香胺染料:≤20mg/kg。
通过上述工艺,针织珠地风格,加入氨纶,增强弹性;锦包氨设计,通过单染棉,锦包氨沾色,形成残旧洗面料,仿牛仔效果。
