本发明公开了一种新型吸气过滤器滤芯,包含滤芯本体、底托、上盖、滤网、内滤管、上盖板,滤芯本体是滤网围成的筒状实体,滤网均布滤孔,滤网与底部设的底衬、顶部的上盖板固定为一个整体,滤芯本体下端设底托、顶部设上盖、中间设内滤管,内滤管底部设封闭罩、圆周壁均布进气孔,内滤管的内腔上端与上盖中间的孔连通,本发明把进气接口进入筒体的高压气体从滤网的滤孔吸入滤芯本体内吸附高压气体中的油污及部分杂质,后从内滤管的进气孔进入内腔第二次吸附油污及部分杂质,经过两次过滤的高压气体从内腔上端输出并从出气接口送出筒体,多次过滤吸附,大大提高了过滤器的油污吸附效率。

一种新型吸气过滤器滤芯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油污过滤器装置类技术领域,尤其是一种新型吸气过滤器滤芯。
背景技术
如图3所示:过滤器的筒体一1004内的滤芯一1005底部用压缩弹簧一1003把套设在滤芯一1005上端的滤芯接头一1001上口与筒体一1004内壁贴合,需要过滤的高压气体从进气接口一1002进入筒体一1004内后从滤芯一1005圆周的进气孔1007进入滤芯一1005的内腔,把高压气体进行一次吸附过滤后从出气接口1006排出过滤器,类似的简单过滤对油污的吸附效率低,效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种新型吸气过滤器滤芯,包含滤芯本体、底托、上盖、滤网、内滤管、上盖板,滤芯本体是滤网围成的筒状实体,滤网均布滤孔,滤网与底部设的底衬、顶部的上盖板固定为一个整体,滤芯本体下端设底托、顶部设上盖、中间设内滤管,内滤管底部设封闭罩、圆周壁均布进气孔,内滤管的内腔上端与上盖中间的孔连通,本发明把进气接口进入筒体的高压气体从滤网的滤孔进入滤芯本体内吸附高压气体中的油污及部分杂质,后从内滤管的进气孔进入内腔第二次吸附油污及部分杂质,经过两次过滤的高压气体从内腔上端输出并从出气接口送出筒体,多次过滤吸附,大大提高了过滤器的油污吸附效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种新型吸气过滤器滤芯,包含滤芯本体、底托、上盖、滤网、内滤管、上盖板,所述滤芯本体是滤网围成的筒状实体,所述滤网均布滤孔,滤网与底部设的底衬、顶部的上盖板固定为一个整体,滤芯本体下端设底托、顶部设上盖、中间设内滤管,所述内滤管底部设封闭罩、圆周壁均布进气孔,内滤管的内腔上端与上盖中间的孔连通。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明把进气接口进入筒体的高压气体从滤网的滤孔进入滤芯本体内吸附高压气体中的油污及部分杂质,后从内滤管的进气孔进入内腔第二次吸附油污及部分杂质,经过两次过滤的高压气体从内腔上端输出并从出气接口送出筒体,多次过滤吸附,大大提高了过滤器的油污吸附效率。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1~图2所示,一种新型吸气过滤器滤芯,包含滤芯本体1、底托2、上盖3、滤网4、内滤管5、上盖板6,所述滤芯本体1是滤网4围成的筒状实体,所述滤网4均布滤孔401,滤网4与底部设的底衬7、顶部的上盖板6固定为一个整体,滤芯本体1下端设底托2、顶部设上盖3、中间设内滤管5,所述内滤管5底部设封闭罩72、圆周壁均布进气孔501,内滤管5的内腔502上端与上盖3中间的孔连通,本发明把进气接口进入筒体的高压气体从滤网的滤孔进入滤芯本体内吸附高压气体中的油污及部分杂质,后从内滤管的进气孔进入内腔第二次吸附油污及部分杂质,经过两次过滤的高压气体从内腔上端输出并从出气接口送出筒体,多次过滤吸附,大大提高了过滤器的油污吸附效率。
如图2所示:应用中,筒体9底部设底座10,并用法兰11把筒体9与底座10连接,滤芯本体1安装在筒体9内,底部的压缩弹簧71把滤芯本体1上端的上盖3顶起与封头8内壁贴合,需过滤的高压气体从进气接口进入筒体9内,利用气压差把高压气体从滤网4的滤孔401吸入滤芯本体1内吸附高压气体中的油污及部分杂质,第一次油污吸附后的高压气体在滤网4与内滤管5的空间内形状震荡,进一步把油污从高压气体中分离,后从内滤管的进气孔进入内腔第二次吸附油污及部分杂质,经过两次过滤的高压气体从内腔上端输出并从出气接口送出筒体,多次过滤吸附,大大提高了过滤器的油污吸附效率。
