A two-purpose vinegar of making of coal fire water bath is with smoked unstrained spirits system, its characterized in that is provided with smoked jar hoist device: the system comprises a furnace body, a plurality of fumigation cylinders, a circulating unit and a hoisting mechanism, wherein a heating chamber, a combustion chamber and a chimney are arranged in the furnace body, the combustion chamber is positioned at the right end of the heating chamber, the left end of the heating chamber is provided with the chimney communicated with the combustion chamber, the bottom of the combustion chamber is provided with a hot flue gas channel, the flue gas channel is communicated with the bottom of the heating chamber, a plurality of rows of circular holes are uniformly distributed at the top of the heating chamber, the fumigation cylinders are respectively arranged in the circular holes so as to heat the fumigation cylinders through heat in the heating chamber, each fumigation cylinder comprises a first cylinder body, a second cylinder body and a first cylinder cover, the first cylinder body is a container with one end being open, the outer side wall of the open end of the first cylinder body is provided with a first annular protruding part which extends horizontally, the second cylinder body is a container with one end being open, the outer annular wall of the open end of the second cylinder body is fixedly and the annular wall of the circular hole at the top of the heating chamber, one end of the first cylinder body is detachably nested into the second cylinder body, the open end of the second cylinder body is hermetically connected with the first protruding part of the first cylinder body, a plurality of medium cavities are formed between the outer walls of the first cylinder body and the inner walls of the second cylinder body through heat cylinders, the medium cavities are uniformly distributed on the inner walls of the second cylinder body, the medium cavities are uniformly distributed on the side of the first medium cavities and are vertically arranged on the upper surfaces of the second cylinder body, and are vertically arranged on the side of the upper surfaces of the heating cylinder bodies; the plurality of fumigation cylinders are sequentially connected in series by pipelines, a heating medium outlet of each fumigation cylinder is communicated with a heating medium inlet of an adjacent fumigation cylinder so as to enable the adjacent fumigation cylinders to be connected in series, and the circulating unit comprises a circulating pump which is connected between the two fumigation cylinders close to the edge through a first bypass pipe and a second bypass pipe so as to connect an external heat source into a second cylinder body of the fumigation cylinders connected in series through the first bypass pipe, the second bypass pipe and the circulating pump, thereby realizing dual-purpose heating; the lifting mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the outer side of the furnace body, and comprises a main beam and a cross beam, wherein the main beam is vertically arranged, the bottom of the main beam is rotatably fixed on the upper surface of the outer side of the furnace body, the cross beam is horizontally arranged at the top of the main beam and can horizontally reciprocate leftwards and rightwards relative to the main beam, one end of the cross beam is provided with a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly comprises a roller, a rope and lifting claws, the roller is rotatably arranged at the end of the cross beam and is driven to rotate forwards and backwards by a driving mechanism, one end of the rope is wound on the roller, the other end of the rope is connected with the lifting claws so as to rotate and retract the rope through the roller to lift or put down the lifting claws, the lifting claws comprise a connecting part, a left claw and a right claw, one ends of the left claw and the right claw are symmetrically arranged, one ends of the left claw and the right claw are hinged with the connecting part, the other ends of the left claw and the right claw are provided with a hook-shaped end, and the two hook-shaped ends are oppositely arranged; a second protruding part is arranged above the first protruding part of the first cylinder body, and a concave part corresponding to the hook-shaped end of the left claw or the right claw is arranged at the edge of the bottom of the second protruding part so as to clamp the hook-shaped end of the left claw or the right claw into the concave part, thereby lifting the first cylinder body; the circulating unit further comprises a first valve, a second valve, a third valve and a fourth valve, wherein the first valve and the second valve are respectively arranged on a pipeline between the inlet end and the outlet end of the circulating pump, a first bypass pipe is arranged on a pipeline between the first valve and an adjacent fumigation cylinder, the third valve is arranged at the end part of the first bypass pipe, a second bypass pipe is arranged on a pipeline between the second valve and the adjacent fumigation cylinder, and the fourth valve is arranged at the end part of the second bypass pipe; the first cylinder cover comprises an annular body, an arched framework is arranged at one end part of the inner side annular wall of the annular body, and one side, protruding out of the framework, is covered with a heat-resistant plastic film.

The dual-purpose vinegar brewing and fermentation system with a fumigating cylinder lifting device for coal-fire water bath as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fumigating cylinder is further provided with a first stirring assembly, the first stirring assembly comprises a screw rod, a guide frame body, a motor, a first stirring part and a position sensor, the screw rod is arranged in the middle of the first cylinder cover and is in threaded connection with the first cylinder cover, so that the screw rod reciprocates up and down relative to the first cylinder cover through the left-handed or right-handed screw rod, the motor is coaxially connected to one end of the screw rod, the motor is fixed to the guide frame body on the upper portion of the first cylinder cover, the guide frame body can reciprocate up and down in the vertical direction, the first stirring part is arranged at the other end of the screw rod, the first stirring part is formed by extending a spiral blade plate around the shaft of the screw rod, the position sensor is arranged on the guide frame body so as to detect the vertical distance between the position sensor and the first cylinder cover, when the position sensor is positioned at one height position, the position sensor sends a forward rotation signal of the motor to the control module, and when the control module controls the motor to rotate forward, the position sensor sends a reverse rotation signal to the control module, and the control module controls the motor to rotate reversely.
