When the distiller works, firstly, steam is used for distilling fermented grains in the distillation box 1 through the steam port 121, after a certain time, when the air pressure value in the distillation box 1 reaches a set value, the controller controls the steam port 121 to be closed, the circulating device 2 is used for conveying alcohol steam above the distillation box 1 to the lower part of the distillation box 1 so that the alcohol steam can redistill the fermented grains in the distillation box 1, when the air pressure value in the distillation box 1 reaches the set value, the circulating device 2 is closed, the alcohol steam in the distillation box 1 is conveyed to one part of the cooling box 3 to reduce the air pressure in the distillation box 1, and then the circulating device 2 is used for circularly conveying the fermented grains in the distillation device; when the steam in the distillation box 1 reaches a set value, the distillation box 1 repeatedly conveys part of alcohol steam into the cooling box 3 to achieve the purpose of reducing pressure, when the time for distilling the fermented grains in the distillation box 1 reaches the set value, the circulating device 2 is closed, hot air blows the alcohol steam in the distillation box 1 through the steam port 121 to the cooling box 3 for liquefaction, and finally the collecting box 4 collects the liquefied alcohol.
