本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,具体讲是一种蜈蚣纱单面尼面料生产工艺。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越追求面料丰满,弹性好,色光鲜亮,手感滑爽,高档大气的面料,其中蜈蚣纱单面尼就是其中的一款面料,现有技术中,毛胚成品通过后整理抓、剪、摇成尼工艺,该面料的生产周期长、生产成本高,工艺复杂。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种生产周期短、生产成本低且工艺简单的蜈蚣纱单面尼面料生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种蜈蚣纱单面尼面料生产工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,80%锦纶蜈蚣纱、20%染色涤纶黑丝,织造成锦纶做面、涤纶做底的单面尼胚布;
然后,染色前先160℃×26y干定胚布,入缸除油,染锦纶生产:0.5g/LDY-8509多功能乳化剂、0.3g/L HAC、5%酸性料100℃×40′;
最后,缸中加3%高浓柔软剂,冷行15′,出缸、150℃×26y成品定型、打卷入库。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:单染锦纶,色泽光亮深黑,染色成本低,生产流程快,升降温差变化,能进一步让尼面纱弯曲变形紧密均匀的分布在面料表层,让尼面效果更加丰满立体,颜色多样可系列化,后整理加硅油,柔软顺滑。

一种蜈蚣纱单面尼面料生产工艺,它包括以下步骤,
首先,80%锦纶蜈蚣纱、20%染色涤纶黑丝,织造成锦纶做面、涤纶做底的单面尼胚布;
然后,染色前先160℃×26y干定胚布,入缸除油,染锦纶生产:0.5g/LDY-8509多功能乳化剂、0.3g/L HAC、5%酸性料100℃×40′;
最后,缸中加3%高浓柔软剂888L(汉邦),冷行15′,出缸、150℃×26y成品定型、打卷入库。
通过上述工艺,单染锦纶,色泽光亮深黑,染色成本低,生产流程快,升降温差变化,能进一步让尼面纱弯曲变形紧密均匀的分布在面料表层,让尼面效果更加丰满立体,颜色多样可系列化,后整理加硅油,柔软顺滑。
