Abstract

本发明公开了一种通过表面涂层与纳米润滑剂协同作用改善内燃机摩擦学性能的方法,其中表面涂层为含纳米氮化钛的镀镍层,纳米Fe3O4@MoS2为润滑剂分散在PAO6油中,表面涂层经过浸油后使用。本发明的方法具有减摩抗磨润滑效果好、涂层内应力低与基体结合强度好,即使在乏油状态下也能保持很好的润滑效果,可显著提升内燃机摩擦学性能。

Description

表面涂层与纳米润滑剂协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能的方法
一、技术领域
本发明涉及表面涂层领域,具体的说是一种表面涂层与纳米润滑剂协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能的方法。
二、背景技术
内燃机是目前各类汽车、农机、工程机械、船舶舰艇等的主要动力装置,它的保有量在各类动力机械中高居榜首,因此占有及其重要的地位。目前内燃机主要依靠燃烧化石能源产生动力,其中30%左右的能量消耗在内燃机运转过程各类摩擦副的摩擦磨损过程中。如何改善内燃机摩擦学性能对于提高内燃机效率、实现节能减排、维持人类可持续发展具有重要的经济和社会意义。
近年来,也有一些关于改善内燃机摩擦学性能方法的相关报道。中国专利(申请号:201280027403.4)公开了一种内燃机活塞环的耐磨涂层,由15-25%的铁,10-25%的碳化钨,30-40%的铬,10-25%的镍,10-25%的钼,1-10%的碳,0.1-2%的硅组成,显著改善了活塞环的耐磨性。中国专利(申请号:201680001687.8)公开了一种润滑油组合物和降低内燃机摩擦的方法,该组合物由润滑油基础油、钼系化合物、金属系清净剂、以及分子中具有1个以上羟基的酯化合物组成,实现了在低温环境下仍然能保持较好的润滑效果。中国专利(申请号:201710295773.0)公开了一种稀土润滑油及其制备方法,该发明将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯包覆特定比例氧化钇/氧化镧纳米粒子,解决了纳米微粒在基础油中的分散问题,减轻了机件磨损,降低了油耗,延长了发动机使用寿命。尽管通过合适的表面涂层或添加恰当的润滑油添加剂等方法均能改善内燃机摩擦学性能,然而由于表面涂层以及润滑油组成种类繁多加之制备工艺的复杂性,两者的结合使用尚没有指导性规范可寻,因此,鲜有关于将表面涂层和润滑添加剂协同增强内燃机摩擦学性能相关的报道。
三、发明内容
本发明针对内燃机摩擦副表面涂层和润滑油添加剂的现状,目的就是要提供一种通过表面涂层与纳米润滑剂协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能的方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种表面涂层与纳米润滑剂协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能的方法,具体包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将内燃机活塞环除油除锈、摩擦表面打磨抛光至表面粗糙度Ra为0.3-1.5μm、置于镀液中,在80-95℃下施镀0.5-2h,然后水洗、烘干得到表面涂层活塞环;
(2)取0.001-1g纳米Fe3O4@MoS2加入5-8mL司盘80超声分散5-10min,然后加入100mL PAO6油中超声搅拌20-40min,得到含纳米润滑剂油;
(3)将上述含纳米润滑剂油加热至50-70℃,加入步骤(1)制备的表面涂层活塞环并保温2-4h,取出后得到浸油表面涂层活塞环;
(4)将上述浸油表面涂层活塞环与相应的内燃机缸套配对,在载荷50-300N,速度0.5-2m/s往复摩擦条件下采用步骤(2)制备的含纳米润滑剂油润滑,可显著降低摩擦副摩擦系数及磨损率,起到协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能效果;
所述的镀液由次磷酸钠30-80g/L、硫酸镍20-30g/L、乳酸15-30mL/L、丙酸4-10mL/L、纳米氮化钛0.1-1g/L、聚乙二醇1-4g/L组成,调节pH至4.4-4.6,其中纳米氮化钛粒径为20-60nm。
所述的纳米Fe3O4@MoS2,其制备方法为:将1.4-5.6g钼酸钠,2.3-4.6g硫脲在30mL去离子水中溶解后,加入60-120mg粒径20-200nm Fe3O4并超声分散20-60min,然后将溶液在180-200℃下反应8-10h,然后将所得沉淀物磁分离并分别用去离子水和乙醇依次冲洗,并在50-60℃下真空干燥12-14h即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势体现在:
1)本发明与单一表面涂层或单一纳米润滑剂方法相比,可明显降低内燃机典型摩擦副缸套-活塞环之间的摩擦系数及磨损率,起到了1加1大于2的效果,也即表面涂层与纳米润滑剂之间具有协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能的效果。
2)本发明的表面涂层内应力低并与基体结合力强,涂层孔隙中渗入含纳米润滑剂油,即使在乏油润滑状态仍然能发挥很好的减摩抗磨作用。
3)本发明方法简便,容易实现,成本较低,有利于提高内燃机燃油效率,降低能耗,易于推广。
四、具体实施例
下面实施例中所用镀液组成:次磷酸钠30g/L、硫酸镍28g/L、乳酸16mL/L、丙酸9mL/L、粒径为20-60nm纳米氮化钛0.5g/L、聚乙二醇1.5g/L,调节pH至4.4-4.6,备用。所用纳米Fe3O4@MoS2的制备方法:将1.4g钼酸钠,2.3g硫脲在30mL去离子水中溶解后,加入60mg粒径80-200nm Fe3O4并超声分散30min,然后将溶液在200℃下反应10h,然后将所得沉淀物磁分离并分别用去离子水和乙醇依次冲洗,并在60℃下真空干燥12h即得。
实施例1:
(1)将内燃机活塞环除油除锈、摩擦表面打磨抛光至表面粗糙度Ra为0.8μm、置于镀液中,在82-84℃下施镀2h,然后水洗、烘干得到表面涂层活塞环;
(2)取0.05g纳米Fe3O4@MoS2加入5mL司盘80超声分散6min,然后加入100mL PAO6油中超声搅拌25min,得到含纳米润滑剂油;
(3)将上述含纳米润滑剂油加热至50-52℃,加入步骤(1)制备的表面涂层活塞环并保温3.5h,取出后得到浸油表面涂层活塞环;
(4)将上述浸油表面涂层活塞环与相应的内燃机缸套配对,在载荷60N,速度0.8m/s往复摩擦条件下采用步骤(2)制备的含纳米润滑剂油润滑6h。
测试结果表明,摩擦副平均摩擦系数及磨损率分别达0.05、3.2μm3/Nm。而相同摩擦条件下,采用单一表面涂层样品时摩擦副平均摩擦系数及磨损率分别达0.12、8.9μm3/Nm;采用单一纳米润滑剂样品时摩擦副平均摩擦系数及磨损率分别达0.09、5.6μm3/Nm。
实施例2:
(1)将内燃机活塞环除油除锈、摩擦表面打磨抛光至表面粗糙度Ra为1.5μm、置于镀液中,在92-95℃下施镀1.5h,然后水洗、烘干得到表面涂层活塞环;
(2)取0.5g纳米Fe3O4@MoS2加入8mL司盘80超声分散10min,然后加入100mL PAO6油中超声搅拌30min,得到含纳米润滑剂油;
(3)将上述含纳米润滑剂油加热至65-68℃,加入步骤(1)制备的表面涂层活塞环并保温3h,取出后得到浸油表面涂层活塞环;
(4)将上述浸油表面涂层活塞环与相应的内燃机缸套配对,在载荷300N,速度1.6m/s往复摩擦条件下采用步骤(2)制备的含纳米润滑剂油润滑5h,然后乏油润滑1h。
测试结果表明,摩擦副平均摩擦系数及磨损率分别达0.08、6.3μm3/Nm。而相同摩擦条件下,采用单一表面涂层样品时摩擦副平均摩擦系数及磨损率分别达0.19、15.5μm3/Nm;采用单一纳米润滑剂样品时摩擦副平均摩擦系数及磨损率分别达0.14、18.7μm3/Nm。
从上述实例实验结果可见,本发明的表面涂层与纳米润滑剂协同方法能起到显著提升内燃机摩擦学性能效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种表面涂层与纳米润滑剂协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能的方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将内燃机活塞环除油除锈、摩擦表面打磨抛光至表面粗糙度Ra为0.3-1.5μm、置于镀液中,在80-95℃下施镀0.5-2h,然后水洗、烘干得到表面涂层活塞环;
(2)取0.001-1g纳米Fe3O4@MoS2加入5-8mL司盘80超声分散5-10min,然后加入100mLPAO6油中超声搅拌20-40min,得到含纳米润滑剂油;
(3)将上述含纳米润滑剂油加热至50-70℃,加入步骤(1)制备的表面涂层活塞环并保温2-4h,取出后得到浸油表面涂层活塞环;
(4)将上述浸油表面涂层活塞环与相应的内燃机缸套配对,在载荷50-300N,速度0.5-2m/s往复摩擦条件下采用步骤(2)制备的含纳米润滑剂油润滑,可显著降低摩擦副摩擦系数及磨损率,起到协同改善内燃机摩擦学性能效果;
其中,步骤(1)所述的镀液由次磷酸钠30-80g/L、硫酸镍20-30g/L、乳酸15-30mL/L、丙酸4-10mL/L、粒径为20-60nm纳米氮化钛0.1-1g/L、聚乙二醇1-4g/L组成,调节pH至4.4-4.6;
步骤(2)所述的纳米Fe3O4@MoS2由以下方法制备:将1.4-5.6g钼酸钠,2.3-4.6g硫脲在30mL去离子水中溶解后,加入60-120mg粒径20-200nm Fe3O4并超声分散20-60min,然后将溶液在180-200℃下反应8-10h,然后将所得沉淀物磁分离并分别用去离子水和乙醇依次冲洗,并在50-60℃下真空干燥12-14h即得。
