本发明公开了一种滚筒式注塑模具,筒体包括外筒和轴转动的内筒;内筒轴设有若干等角度的栅板,将外筒腔分隔为若干注塑腔;外筒顶侧设有驳接注塑腔和注塑孔的流道口;外筒底部设有同注塑腔的开口腔。通过栅板分隔若干个注塑腔体,通过外筒壁内右下至上的冷凝管逐渐冷凝注塑件;通过内筒的转动,依次向注塑腔内注塑;通过滑块的往复摆动,拨下外筒开口腔处的注塑件。其结构简单,使用方便,循环注塑,注塑件依次拨落并随滑道移送,具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑模具,具体涉及一种滚筒式注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑模具通常为矩形整块,从顶部注入,打开模具后,取出注塑件。可一次性注塑多件,其操作具有一定的繁冗性,无法做到自动化处理。
对于一些简易建构的注塑件,该注塑模具无法起到持续不间断操作,甚至可全自动、流程化注塑的作业。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,使用方便,可循环注塑的滚筒式注塑模具。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种滚筒式注塑模具,筒体包括外筒和轴转动的内筒;
所述内筒轴设有若干等角度的栅板,将外筒腔分隔为若干注塑腔;外筒顶侧设有驳接注塑腔和注塑孔的流道口;
所述外筒底部设有同注塑腔的开口腔。
上述筒体底部设有带滑块的滑道;所述滑块沿滑道上的滑轨移动,且与滑道内的丝杆齿接。
上述丝杆的螺齿为交互的双螺齿。
上述滑道内设有冷凝管。
上述内筒轴的驱动电机为双轴电机,两侧分别设有对称的筒体。
上述内筒的注塑腔的数量为奇数。
上述外筒壁内设有由下至上的冷凝管。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明的一种滚筒式注塑模具,通过栅板分隔若干个注塑腔体,通过外筒壁内右下至上的冷凝管逐渐冷凝注塑件;通过内筒的转动,依次向注塑腔内注塑;通过滑块的往复摆动,拨下外筒开口腔处的注塑件。
本发明的一种滚筒式注塑模具,其结构简单,使用方便,循环注塑,注塑件依次拨落并随滑道移送,具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
一种滚筒式注塑模具,筒体包括外筒3和内筒;内筒由轴和若干等角度的栅板4组成。内筒置于外筒3内,栅板4将外筒3腔分隔为若干注塑腔5,注塑腔5的数量优选为奇数;外筒3顶侧设有驳接注塑腔5和注塑孔1的流道口2;外筒3底部设有同注塑腔5的开口腔6;外筒3壁内设有由下至上的冷凝管8。
筒体底部设有带滑块10的滑道11;滑块10沿滑道11上的滑轨移动,且与滑道11内的丝杆7齿接,丝杆7的螺齿9为交互的双螺齿9;电机驱动丝杆7转动,通过螺齿9联动滑块10在滑道11上沿滑轨往复运动。
滑道11内设有冷凝管8。
进一步的,双轴电机的两侧分别通过内筒轴接对称的筒体。
使用时,
电机间歇性驱动内筒轴转动,电机停止时,通过流道口2将向筒体顶部的注塑腔5内注塑。静置一段时间后,内筒转动,流道口2对接下一个注塑腔5,继续注塑。外筒3壁的冷凝管8由下至上逐步冷凝注塑件。
已完成的注塑件,随内筒转动移动至外筒3的开口腔6处;电机驱动丝杆7转动,使得滑块10将注塑件沿着开口腔6处拨下,且沿着滑道11推送至传送辊。
双轴电机的对称筒体,则由滑块10的往复运动,向滑道11的两侧分别推送注塑件。
滑道11内的冷凝管8,降低滑道11温度的同时,进一步冷凝注塑件,且降低注塑件与滑道11的摩擦。
优选的,
注塑腔5的数量为奇数。
电机一次驱动内筒转动角度为2个注塑腔位,且两侧的筒体的注塑腔相互错位。
可使得两侧的注塑依次进行,滑块10依次拨下两侧的注塑件,注塑件可随内筒转动多一个圆周期,延长注塑件的定型时间及冷凝时间。
丝杆可设于滑道内,螺齿从滑道的底部漏出,与滑块齿接。滑轨可设于滑道的两侧。
实际使用时,可在注塑腔内,栅板之间卡固特定形状的模腔,以形成特定形状的注塑件,例如矩形。

所述外筒底部设有同注塑腔的开口腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒式注塑模具,其特征在于,所述筒体底部设有带滑块的滑道;所述滑块沿滑道上的滑轨移动,且与滑道内的丝杆齿接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒式注塑模具,其特征在于,所述丝杆的螺齿为交互的双螺齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒式注塑模具,其特征在于,所述滑道内设有冷凝管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒式注塑模具,其特征在于,所述内筒轴的驱动电机为双轴电机,两侧分别设有对称的筒体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒式注塑模具,其特征在于,所述内筒的注塑腔的数量为奇数。
