The development of the numerical control cutting machine has to meet the requirements of the development of the modern mechanical processing industry. The cutting machine is classified into a flame cutting machine, a plasma cutting machine, a laser cutting machine, water cutting, and the like. The laser cutting machine has the fastest efficiency, the highest cutting precision and generally smaller cutting thickness. The plasma cutting machine has fast cutting speed and certain slope of the cut surface. The flame cutting machine is used for carbon steel materials with larger thickness. The laser cutting machine has the fastest efficiency, the highest cutting precision and generally smaller cutting thickness. The existing cutting machine has the defects that the friction force of a belt wheel is insufficient and the belt wheel is easy to slip in the working process, so that the surface of the belt wheel is easy to wear, and the service life is influenced.
Because of the above problems, for example, chinese patent literature discloses an automatic feed abrasive wheel cutting machine [ patent No.: ZL 201710226583.3; authorization notice number: CN107009248A ]. The automatic feeding abrasive wheel cutting machine comprises a base frame, an abrasive wheel, a protective cover, a motor, a precise guide rod and a locking rod, wherein the base frame is provided with a support rod, a guide rod seat and the locking rod; the driving wheel is provided with a belt groove, the surface of the belt groove is provided with a wear-resistant layer, and the surface of the belt groove is also provided with a plurality of semicircular convex hull structures.
However, the automatic feed abrasive wheel cutting machine has poor machining accuracy and poor flexibility in use due to inconvenient movement, and thus the machining efficiency is often affected.

The invention aims to provide a folding and unfolding type cutting machine capable of accurately cutting aiming at the problems in the prior art.

As shown in fig. 4, a feeding mechanism is arranged on one side surface of the second turning block 40, the first clamping groove 26 and the second clamping groove are arranged on the other side surface opposite to the feeding mechanism, the feeding mechanism comprises a second screw rod 27 and a sliding block 28, the second turning block 40 is provided with a sliding groove 32, the sliding block 28 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 32, the sliding block 28 is provided with a third through hole, a second nut is fixed on the inner wall of the third through hole, the second nut is in threaded connection with the second screw rod 27, a second bearing seat 29 and a third bearing seat 30 are fixed in the sliding groove 32, the sliding block 28 is positioned between the second bearing seat 29 and the third bearing seat 30, a second rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the second bearing seat 29, two ends of the second rotating shaft penetrate through the second bearing seat 29, a feeding hand wheel 31 is fixed on the other end of the second rotating shaft, a third rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the third, a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate are fixed on the upper surface of the sliding block 28, the spring clamp 34 is arranged between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, the fixing plate 33 is horizontally fixed on one side surface of the sliding block 28, the fixing plate 33 is located below the free end of the spring clamp 34, and the fixing plate 33 is located above the bottom plate 1. The workpiece to be machined is placed on the fixing plate 33 and clamped through the spring clamp 34 on the sliding block 28, the feeding hand wheel 31 is rotated to drive the second lead screw 27 to rotate through the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft, the second nut is in threaded connection with the second lead screw 27 and can drive the sliding block 28 to slide in the sliding groove 32 along the second lead screw 27, and therefore feeding and positioning are achieved before the workpiece is cut. thirdly, the rotating handle 19 drives the first screw rod 15 to rotate through the first rotating shaft 20, the first nut is in threaded connection with the first screw rod 15 and can drive the second clamping piece 17 to slide along the first screw rod 15, and therefore the workpiece is clamped before being cut and prevented from shaking;
then, when an external force towards the bottom plate 1 acts on the operating rod 39, the support frame can be driven to rotate relatively around the hinge shaft, so that the cutting blade 2 is driven to move towards the bottom plate 1, and cutting of soft materials such as cutting plastics is achieved; in the process of cutting steel, the driving mechanism can be started, the cutting blade 2 is driven to rotate through the transmission shaft 9 and moves downwards in cooperation with the operating rod 39, so that cutting is realized, the cutting blade 2 is positioned in the safety cover 10, the safety in the cutting process can be improved, and the cutting blade 2 can be protected;
finally, after the processing is finished, the first turning block 21 and the second turning block 40 on the bottom plate 1 are turned over, the first turning block 21 and the second turning block 40 are perpendicular to the bottom plate 1, the first clamping strip 22 and the second clamping strip 23 on two sides of the first turning block 21 are turned over, the first clamping strip 22 and the second clamping strip 23 are parallel to the bottom plate 1, meanwhile, the first clamping buckle 24 on the first clamping strip 22 and the second clamping buckle 25 on the second clamping strip 23 are clamped in the first clamping groove 26 and the second clamping groove 26 on the second turning block 40 respectively, the cutting machine is folded, the space occupation of the cutting machine is reduced, and meanwhile, the cutting machine is convenient to carry.
