本发明属于水产动物饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种大鼻吻鮈养殖专用配合饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
大鼻吻鮈(Rhinogobio nasutus),别名土耗儿,隶属于鲤形目(Cypriniformes)、鲤科(Cyprinidae)、吻鮈属(Rhinogobio),主要分布于我国黄河水系,生活于水体底层,喜急流。
大鼻吻鮈属杂食性鱼类,在天然水域中主要以底栖动物、水生昆虫及藻类为食。其作为大型经济鱼类,体色呈古铜色,野生捕获鱼类个体体长可达43cm,具有生长速度快、环境适应力强、肉质细嫩、肌间刺少、营养丰富等特点。从营养学角度,属高蛋白、低脂肪鱼类,所含人体必需氨基酸、多不饱和脂肪酸的含量丰富,可作为人类食品优质的水产动物蛋白源。
近期,大鼻吻鮈生物学特性逐渐清晰,作为一种新型的经济养殖水产动物,具有广阔的养殖前景。但目前养殖还处在科研阶段,仅在宁夏黄河流域等地有零星分布,所采用的养殖饲料通常选用鲤鱼等杂食性鱼类饲料,虽然也可被摄食,但饵料系数高、免疫力低下、养殖成本高。随着该养殖品种由研发阶段走向市场,目前市场上缺乏针对大鼻吻鮈所配制的养殖专用配合饲料。因此,为加快推广这一高品质水产养殖品种,亟需开发大鼻吻鮈养殖专用配合饲料。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种大鼻吻鮈养殖专用配合饲料及其制备方法,该配合饲料既能满足大鼻吻鮈对各个营养素的需求,促进大鼻吻鮈摄食,同时又能够提升大鼻吻鮈的免疫力,有效抵抗体外病原的入侵。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种大鼻吻鮈养殖专用配合饲料,其特征在于是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:鱼粉20%~25%、发酵豆粕25%~30%、菊苣粕10%~20%、次粉10%~12%、磷酸二氢钙1%、氯化胆碱0.5%、多维预混料0.5%、多矿预混料0.5%、复合酶0.5%、中草药添加剂1.0%、玉米油3%和鱼油1%~3%,其中中草药添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:杜仲粉2~3份、怀山药皮粉3~5份和怀地黄粉2~5份。
进一步优选,所述大鼻吻鮈养殖专用配合饲料是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:鱼粉25%、发酵豆粕25%、菊苣粕20%、菜籽粕10%、次粉10%、磷酸二氢钙1%、氯化胆碱0.5%、多维预混料0.5%、多矿预混料0.5%、复合酶0.5%、中草药添加剂1.0%、玉米油3%和鱼油3%。
进一步优选,所述鱼粉为全脱脂鱼粉,复合酶为液态水溶液。
进一步优选,所述中草药添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:杜仲粉3份、怀山药皮粉5份和怀地黄粉2份。
本发明所述的大鼻吻鮈养殖专用配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将固体原料经过粉碎机粉碎,中草药添加剂过100目网筛,其它固体原料过40目网筛,然后按重量百分配比混匀,再与水充分混合;
(2)将混合后的原料经调质解调器于90℃调质5~10分钟,然后于65℃经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒,粒径大小为5mm;
(3)将制成的颗粒饲料于60℃进行烘干;
(4)烘干后的颗粒饲料经滚筒式外喷涂机将复合酶水溶液、玉米油和鱼油均匀喷涂至颗粒饲料表面,冷却后包装。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:本发明是根据大鼻吻鮈生长特点以及对营养素的需求所配制的饲料,其满足了大鼻吻鮈对营养素的需求,诱食效果及适口性好,提高了生长速度,降低了饵料系数,节约了养殖成本。同时针对提升大鼻吻鮈养殖中免疫力的问题,添加了中草药添加剂,其配方中各组分协同作用,达到了很好的防病抗病效果。

实施例
按照如下重量配比分别称取原料(千克):
1、鱼粉20、发酵豆粕30、菊苣粕10、菜籽粕20、次粉12、磷酸二氢钙1、氯化胆碱0.5、多维预混料0.5、多矿预混料0.5、中草药添加剂1(其中杜仲粉0.2、怀山药皮粉0.3和怀地黄粉0.5)、复合酶0.5、玉米油3和鱼油1;
2、鱼粉22、发酵豆粕28、菊苣粕15、菜籽粕15、次粉11、磷酸二氢钙1、氯化胆碱0.5、多维预混料0.5、多矿预混料0.5、中草药添加剂1(其中杜仲粉0.3、怀山药皮粉0.4和怀地黄粉0.3)、复合酶0.5、玉米油3和鱼油2;
3、鱼粉25、发酵豆粕25、菊苣粕20、菜籽粕10、次粉10、磷酸二氢钙1、氯化胆碱0.5、多维预混料0.5、多矿预混料0.5、中草药添加剂1(其中杜仲粉0.3、怀山药皮0.5和怀地黄粉0.2)、复合酶0.5、玉米油3和鱼油3。
所用的多维预混料、多矿预混料及复合酶均购自武汉新华扬生物股份有限公司。
制备方法如下:
1、将固体原料经过粉碎机粉碎,中草药添加剂过100目网筛,其它固体原料过40目网筛,然后按重量百分配比混匀,再与水充分混合;
2、将混合后的原料经调质解调器于90℃调质5~10分钟,然后于65℃经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒,粒径大小为5mm;
3、将制成的颗粒饲料于60℃进行烘干;
4、烘干后的颗粒饲料经滚筒式外喷涂机将复合酶水溶液、玉米油和鱼油的混合物均匀喷涂至颗粒饲料表面,冷却后包装。
具体实验过程与实验结果:
利用本发明的配合饲料在河南师范大学水产养殖基地进行为期10周的养殖实验。养殖单元规格为3.0m(长)×2.0m(宽)×1.5m(高),每池养殖30尾鱼。对照饲料为鲤成鱼商品饲料,试验饲料为本发明配合饲料。由表1试验结果分析,饲喂本发明配合饲料的大鼻吻鮈成活率超过90%,可提高大鼻吻鮈的诱食效果并促进生长。与鲤对照商品饲料相比,本发明专利试验组3大鼻吻鮈的增重率和特定生长率分别提高27.03%和0.22%,成活率提高13.34%,饵料系数降低0.41。
表1大鼻吻鮈养殖试验结果
试验组1-3与对照组相比,增重率、特定生长率、饵料系数和存活率均存在显著性差异(p<0.05),实验2组、3组与实验1组在增重率、特定生长率、饵料系数存在显著性差异(p<0.05),实验组3为最优大鼻吻鮈养殖专用配合饲料。由此可见,本发明的配合饲料配方效果显著,大鼻吻鮈对本发明配合饲料利用率高,饲料浪费少,免疫力增强,养殖成活率高。
