本发明公开了一种风电制动器回位螺钉,包括螺钉头、光杆、退刀槽和螺纹柱,光杆与退刀槽接触***圆环面为限位面。本发明的有益效果为:通过回位螺钉与弹簧的相互配合安装于刹车片和制动钳体之间,由回位螺钉的限位面来准确保证弹簧压缩后的长度及弹簧压缩量即弹簧力,保证弹簧准确回位,使风机正常运行,保证回位机构的可靠性;避免局部先接触到刹车盘,导致刹车片存在局部磨损较快,确保弹簧的使用寿命。

一种风电制动器回位螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及风电制动器的零部件领域,尤其涉及一种风电制动器回位螺钉。
背景技术
风电制动器由两件钳体组件组合而成,其功用是当风力发电机需要停止工作或需要维修时,利用进入制动钳活塞腔内的***液压,通过活塞将液压转换为轴向压力,将刹车片组件上下对称压紧刹车盘,达到使与刹车盘相连的发电机的叶轮、转子等部件停止转动,从而发电机停止工作的目的;解除液压后,刹车片在回位弹簧力的作用下回位,解除刹车,风力发电机正常运行。每件钳体组件的回位机构(由回位螺钉和回位弹簧组成)不少于2个,根据制动器在风力发电机的使用要求,同一钳体组件的回位机构弹簧力几乎保持一致,也就是要求弹簧的压缩量保持一致。
弹簧力不一致主要有以下几个方面的影响:(1)刹车片回位时,局部先接触到刹车盘,导致刹车片存在局部磨损较快,缩短了刹车片的使用寿命;(2)压缩量过大,大大的缩短弹簧的使用寿命;(3)压缩量过小,刹车片不回位,刹车盘处于抱死状态,风力发电机不能正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提出了一种风电制动器回位螺钉,准确控制弹簧的压缩量以保证回位机构弹簧力保持一致及弹簧的使用寿命,同时保证刹车解除后,刹车片能迅速回位脱离开制动盘,保证风机正常运行。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种风电制动器回位螺钉,包括光杆和设置于光杆两端的螺钉头和螺纹柱,光杆与螺纹柱之间还设置有退刀槽,光杆与退刀槽接触***圆环面为限位面。
优选的,螺钉头还包括六方柱中心孔。
本发明的有益效果在于:该螺钉能准确控制弹簧的压缩量,也就能准确控制制动器回位机构所需的弹簧力,保证弹簧准确回位,使风机正常运行,保证回位机构的可靠性;避免局部先接触到刹车盘,导致刹车片存在局部磨损较快,确保弹簧的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1所示,一种风电制动器回位螺钉,一种风电制动器回位螺钉,包括光杆2和设置于光杆2两端的螺钉头1和螺纹柱4,光杆2与螺纹柱4之间还设置有退刀槽3,其特征在于:光杆2与退刀槽3接触***圆环面为限位面21。螺钉头1还包括内六方柱中心孔11。
通过回位螺钉的限位面21来保证回位弹簧压缩后的长度及控制螺纹的旋合长度,从而保证了弹簧的弹簧力;退刀槽3为了加工螺纹时便于清根,内六方柱中心孔11用于螺钉的拆卸;为了便于保证弹簧压缩后的长度,光杆2的直径必须大于螺纹外径;同时为了避免弹簧5与回位螺钉产生摩擦力,光杆2直径必须小于弹簧5的内径;为了螺钉完全能支撑弹簧5,回位螺钉头1的直径必须大于弹簧5的外径。
如图2所示,通过回位螺钉与弹簧5的相互配合安装于刹车片6和制动钳体7之间,由回位螺钉的限位面21来准确保证弹簧压缩后的长度及弹簧压缩量即弹簧力,因为同一件弹簧的刚度是一定的,弹簧力的大小取决于弹簧压缩量,并有效控制螺纹的旋合长度,用相应的拧紧力矩值保证回位螺钉的是否装配到位,这样就能保证弹簧的压缩量即弹簧力,同时也防止回位螺钉在制动器工作过程中的松动。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种风电制动器回位螺钉,其特征在于:所述螺钉头(1)还包括六方柱中心孔(11)。
