本发明公开了立体停车库的联合转向机构,包括大跑车与取车机器人,所述大跑车上设有升降转盘,升降转盘与大跑车之间设有升降装置与旋转装置;存取车时,取车机器人停于升降转盘上。本发明结构简单,使被泊车辆的调头装置,驾驶员在取车时车头朝外,便于开走,而不是倒车出库,提升使用者的使用体验;利用***中已有的每层大跑车的运行空间和运动时间各自进行转向,使车辆调头180°,使存取车辆效率提高,改变了传统的车辆只能在出入口处或者升降机上调头方式,能节约大量的时间和空间,使存取车辆时间缩短了四十五秒到一分钟;大幅度降低成本,升降机省去调头结构,制造成本降低30%左右,减少了升降机所占的空间。

本发明涉及立体停车领域,具体涉及立体停车库的联合转向机构。
背景技术
立体停车库,是用来最大化存取储放车辆的机械或机械设备***。针对专业车场管理公司,立体车库是提高停车场容量、增加停车费收入,解决停车难问题的有效手段。立体停车库在建筑形式分为独立的类型和内置两个,独立停车建筑适合地下广场和现有建筑补建停车设施、规划和建设应该留意一下周围的环境,在条件允许的集成,可用的外部的企业或公益广告布局,提高经济效益。目前,有些立体停车库在出入口处设有转盘来实现正进正出,但是,司机在每次停车或取车时,在搬运器存车前或者取车后都需要浪费时间等待转盘将车辆转向,增加了存取车的耗时,影响使用体验;也有些立体车库在升降机上设有转盘来实现车辆的转向,占用大量的空间,导致车位布置率较低。
发明内容
本发明提供立体停车库的联合转向机构,解决了现有技术立体停车库在出入口处设有转盘来实现正进正出而增加了存取车的耗时影响使用体验或者在升降机上设有转盘来实现车辆的转向导致车位布置率较低的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
立体停车库的联合转向机构,包括大跑车与取车机器人,所述大跑车上设有升降转盘,升降转盘与大跑车之间设有升降装置与转动装置;存取车时,取车机器人停于升降转盘上。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述升降装置包括升降电机、升降齿轮、升降丝杆、升降丝母以及托盘,升降电机固定连接于大跑车上,升降丝杆转动连接于大跑车上,升降齿轮固定连接于升降丝杆上,升降丝杆为四个,四个升降丝杆圆周阵列于大跑车上,且大跑车位于四个升降丝杆的内侧转动连接有大齿圈,每个升降丝杆上的升降齿轮与大齿圈啮合,且其中一个升降齿轮通过齿轮A与升降电机传动连接,升降丝母与托盘固定连接,且升降丝母与升降丝杆螺纹连接。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述升降丝杆通过轴承转动连接于大跑车上。
本发明进一步改进方案是,所述转动装置包括转动电机、旋转主齿轮以及旋转支撑,转动电机固定连接于托盘上,旋转支撑固定连接于托盘上,旋转主齿轮与旋转支撑转动连接,旋转主齿轮通过齿轮B与转动电机传动连接,所述升降转盘与旋转主齿轮固定连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1、本发明结构简单,使被泊车辆的调头装置,驾驶员在取车时车头朝外,便于开走,而不是倒车出库,既方便又提升了使用者的使用体验;
2、利用***中已有的每层大跑车的运行空间和运动时间进行转向,使车辆调头180°,改变了传统的车辆在出入口处或者升降机上调头方式,能节约大量的时间和空间,使存取每辆车的时间缩短了四十五秒到一分钟;
3、大幅度降低成本,升降机省去调头结构,制造成本降低30%左右,减少了升降机所占的空间,能实现多层分别独立且同时进行掉头工作,解决了在升降机上掉头所产生的“瓶颈”问题,并减缓了拥堵问题,节约了大量的存取车时间,且大大提高了单位体积车位布置率15-25%。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1与图2所示,立体停车库的联合转向机构,包括大跑车1与取车机器人14,所述大跑车1上设有升降转盘2,升降转盘2与大跑车1之间设有升降装置与转动装置;存取车时,取车机器人14停于升降转盘2上,所述升降装置包括升降电机3、升降齿轮5、升降丝杆6、升降丝母7以及托盘9,升降电机3固定连接于大跑车1上,升降丝杆6转动连接于大跑车1上,升降齿轮5固定连接于升降丝杆6上,升降丝杆6为四个,四个升降丝杆6圆周阵列于大跑车1上,且大跑车1位于四个升降丝杆6的内侧转动连接有大齿圈8,每个升降丝杆6上的升降齿轮5与大齿圈8啮合,且其中一个升降齿轮5通过齿轮A4与升降电机3传动连接,升降丝母7与托盘9固定连接,且升降丝母7与升降丝杆6螺纹连接,所述升降丝杆6通过轴承转动连接于大跑车1上,所述转动装置包括转动电机11、旋转主齿轮12以及旋转支撑10,转动电机11固定连接于托盘9上,旋转支撑10固定连接于托盘9上,旋转主齿轮12与旋转支撑10转动连接,旋转主齿轮12通过齿轮B13与转动电机11传动连接,所述升降转盘2与旋转主齿轮12固定连接。
驾驶员存车时,把车开到升降机的升降台上,走出车库,在车库门口控制台上刷卡,并按下存车按钮。库门关闭,升降机开始工作运行至所需层面位置,再由取车机器人纵向移动进入被泊车辆底盘下,托起车辆后退,回到升降转盘上,大跑车横向移动至所需停车位一端,对齐位置。在横移的同时,升降装置使得升降转盘升起约160㎜,它的实现方式是由升降电机通过齿轮A带动升降齿轮转动,升降齿轮带动大齿圈转动,大齿圈通过升降齿轮带动四个升降丝杆转动,升降丝杠带动升降丝母向上运动约160㎜,电机停止转动,接着旋转电机启动,旋转电机通过齿轮B带动旋转主齿轮转动180°,然后,升降电机反向启动,使托盘下降160毫米回到大跑车支撑面上,调头完毕。
应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.立体停车库的联合转向机构,包括大跑车(1)与取车机器人(14),其特征在于:所述大跑车(1)上设有升降转盘(2),升降转盘(2)与大跑车(1)之间设有升降装置与转动装置;存取车时,取车机器人(14)停于升降转盘(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体停车库的联合转向机构,其特征在于:所述升降装置包括升降电机(3)、升降齿轮(5)、升降丝杆(6)、升降丝母(7)以及托盘(9),升降电机(3)固定连接于大跑车(1)上,升降丝杆(6)转动连接于大跑车(1)上,升降齿轮(5)固定连接于升降丝杆(6)上,升降丝杆(6)为四个,四个升降丝杆(6)圆周阵列于大跑车(1)上,且大跑车(1)位于四个升降丝杆(6)的内侧转动连接有大齿圈(8),每个升降丝杆(6)上的升降齿轮(5)与大齿圈(8)啮合,且其中一个升降齿轮(5)通过齿轮A(4)与升降电机(3)传动连接,升降丝母(7)与托盘(9)固定连接,且升降丝母(7)与升降丝杆(6)螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立体停车库的联合转向机构,其特征在于:所述升降丝杆(6)通过轴承转动连接于大跑车(1)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的立体停车库的联合转向机构,其特征在于:所述转动装置包括转动电机(11)、旋转主齿轮(12)以及旋转支撑(10),转动电机(11)固定连接于托盘(9)上,旋转支撑(10)固定连接于托盘(9)上,旋转主齿轮(12)与旋转支撑(10)转动连接,旋转主齿轮(12)通过齿轮B(13)与转动电机(11)传动连接,所述升降转盘(2)与旋转主齿轮(12)固定连接。
