技术领域
本发明涉及镶嵌玻璃领域，特别是涉及一种具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃。
背景技术
镶嵌玻璃，英文Embroidered Glass，是装饰玻璃中具有随意性的一种。它可以将彩色图案的玻璃、雾面朦胧的玻璃、清晰剔透的玻璃任意组合，再用金属丝条加以分隔，合理地搭配“创意”，呈现不同的美感，更加令人陶醉。其广泛应用于家庭，宾馆，饭店和娱乐场所的装修、装潢中。但是现有的镶嵌玻璃均不具有夜光功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，具有夜光功能，同时具有良好的隔音性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，包括：上下对称叠合在一起的第一钢化玻璃、第二钢化玻璃，封装在所述第一钢化玻璃、第二钢化玻璃之间的金属装饰板，所述金属装饰板上雕刻有装饰花纹，所述装饰花纹的轮廓由高亮夜光粉勾勒而出，所述第一钢化玻璃和第二钢化玻璃的四周边安装有铝合金封边条。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述铝合金封边条与第一钢化玻璃、第二钢化玻璃四周边封合的空隙内填充有EVA胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述第一钢化玻璃和第二钢化玻璃的尺寸、规格均相同。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述金属装饰板的尺寸略小于第一钢化玻璃、第二钢化玻璃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述第一钢化玻璃的厚度为1-3cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述第二钢化玻璃的厚度为2-4cm。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用多层复合结构，在双层钢化玻璃内封装有金属装饰板，且该金属装饰板上的雕刻的图案轮廓由高亮夜光粉勾勒而出，使该镶嵌玻璃具有夜光功能，同时具有良好的隔音性能。

一种具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，包括：上下对称叠合在一起的第一钢化玻璃1、第二钢化玻璃2，封装在所述第一钢化玻璃1、第二钢化玻璃2之间的金属装饰板3，所述金属装饰板3上雕刻有装饰花纹，所述装饰花纹的轮廓由高亮夜光粉勾勒而出，使所述镶嵌玻璃具有夜晚发光功能；
其中，所述第一钢化玻璃1和第二钢化玻璃2的四周边安装有铝合金封边条4，且所述铝合金封边条4与第一钢化玻璃1、第二钢化玻璃2四周边封合的空隙内填充有EVA胶，能够提高所述镶嵌玻璃的强度及密封隔音性。
优选地，所述第一钢化玻璃1和第二钢化玻璃2的尺寸、规格均相同。
所述金属装饰板3的尺寸略小于第一钢化玻璃1、第二钢化玻璃2。
所述第一钢化玻璃1的厚度为1-3cm，所述第二钢化玻璃2的厚度为2-4cm。
本发明揭示了一种具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，采用多层复合结构，在双层钢化玻璃内封装有金属装饰板，且该金属装饰板上的雕刻的图案轮廓由高亮夜光粉勾勒而出，使该镶嵌玻璃具有夜光功能，同时具有良好的隔音性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，其特征在于，所述铝合金封边条与第一钢化玻璃、第二钢化玻璃四周边封合的空隙内填充有EVA胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，其特征在于，所述第一钢化玻璃和第二钢化玻璃的尺寸、规格均相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，其特征在于，所述金属装饰板的尺寸略小于第一钢化玻璃、第二钢化玻璃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有发光功能的镶嵌玻璃，其特征在于，所述第一钢化玻璃的厚度为1-3cm。
