The improvement of the invention is that a conveyor belt platform is added on the traditional loading and unloading platform, and a simple unloading device is arranged on the platform.
A left roller 101 and a right roller 102 in the conveyor belt platform 1 are respectively hinged with a front roller frame 103 and a rear roller frame 104; the left side of the roller frame 101 at the bottom of the conveyor belt platform 1 is hinged with the scissors 203 at the top end of the fork frame 2 through the rotating shaft of the left roller 102, and the scissors 204 at the top end of the fork frame 2 are hinged with the hinge shaft 105 (specifically, the scissors are matched with the hinge shaft 105 in a sliding way through the sliding groove formed at the right part of the roller frame).
The conveying belt platform 1 transmits power of the driving mechanism through the transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism is a sprocket mechanism in which a sprocket is rotatably positioned in the fork carriage 2 at the end of the associated fork hinge shaft. The conveyor platform 1 of the invention is also provided with a discharge mechanism for discharging (see fig. 8, 9 and 10); the two guide rails 106 are respectively fixed at the top ends of the front roller frame 103 and the rear roller frame 104; two long telescopic rods 107 are arranged in the guide rail 106; the short telescopic rod 108 is hinged with the long telescopic rod 107 through a hinge shaft 109; the unloading plate 110 and the short telescopic rod 108 are completely fixed through screws; a hook 111 is fixed at the right end of the long telescopic rod 107; the motor plate 115 and the guide rail 106 are completely fixed by screws; the motor 112 is connected with a motor frame 113; the motor frame 113 is fixed on the motor plate 115; a synchronous belt wheel 116 is arranged on the shaft of the motor 112; the unloading shaft 117 is arranged at the right ends of the two guide rails 106, and the middle end of the unloading shaft 117 is provided with a synchronous belt wheel 118; the synchronous pulley 116 is connected with a synchronous pulley 118 through a synchronous belt 119; the front end and the rear end of the unloading shaft 117 are bound with ropes 120 to be connected with the hooks 111, so that the sliding action is realized; when unloading is required, the motor 112 operates to transmit power to the unloading shaft 117, the rope 120 is driven to be wound on the unloading shaft 117, and the long telescopic rod 107 slides rightwards through the hook 111; after the long telescopic rod 107 completely slides into the guide rail 106, due to the special structure of the guide rail 106, the short telescopic rod 108 hinged with the long telescopic rod 107 can slide into the guide rail 106 along the arc track at the bottom of the left end of the guide rail 106; the unloading board 110 fixed to the short telescopic rod 108 will move to the horizontal state, and the unloading action can be realized.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the device can realize the function of loading; when the device is in the lowermost position (fig. 5), the goods are placed on the conveyor platform; then a motor on the base drives a screw rod so as to drive the conveyor belt platform to vertically move upwards through the fork shearing frame; when the platform is at a loading position (as shown in fig. 6), the motor on the base transmits power to the right roller through the chain wheel on the scissor fork so as to drive the conveyor belt to convey goods to a target position; all of the above acts as a loading function for the device.
The device can realize the unloading function; when the device is positioned at the height of the goods (as shown in fig. 6), a motor in the unloading mechanism at the top of the device drives a synchronous belt, so that an unloading shaft rotates, and a rope fixed on the shaft is driven to slide a long telescopic rod to the right end; the short telescopic rod hinged with the long telescopic rod also slides into the guide rail, so that the unloading plate moves from the vertical position to the horizontal position (as shown in figure 7); moving the device to the left so that the discharge plate is inserted into the bottom of the cargo, and moving the device to the right until the cargo leaves the container; then a motor on the base drives a screw rod so as to drive the conveyor belt platform to vertically move downwards through the fork shearing frame; all of the above acts as a discharge function for the device.
Compared with the prior art, the small cabinet type cargo handling elevator has the following beneficial effects:
