技术领域

背景技术
这样的膨胀套筒注塑包封的连接膨胀栓是已知的并且例如在两个木质纤维板的角连接中使用。在已知的膨胀套筒注塑包封的连接膨胀栓中,包围栓锥体的套筒端部由两个在端侧打开的缝隙划分为两个可扩开的套筒段。两个缝隙在其整个长度上、即也在栓锥体上平行于栓轴线延伸。因为两个套筒段在连接拉紧时仅仅向两个方向扩张,角连接在拉力负荷时的保持力不是最优的。
在一种膨胀套筒注塑包封的连接膨胀栓中,可扩开的套筒端部由轴平行的缝隙划分为三个或者四个套筒段,这样的膨胀套筒注塑包封的连接膨胀栓虽然在原则上是可能的,但是只能通过明显提高的耗费实现,因为为此需要具有滑移件的注塑成型工具。
也已知具有三个或四个套筒段的可折叠的塑料膨胀套筒,但是所述塑料膨胀套筒被独立地制造并且然后费事地用手绕在金属栓上(“包围夹住”)。
考虑到制造和经济性,现在主要用无导板的注塑成型工具制造具有两个套筒段的膨胀套筒注塑包封的连接膨胀栓。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,如下地改进开篇所提到类型的膨胀套筒注塑包封的连接膨胀栓:可以实现在拉力负荷时连接膨胀栓在木质纤维板的孔中的较高的保持,并且可以用无导板的注塑成型工具制造膨胀套筒注塑包封的连接膨胀栓。
