一种预热功能的防火保温安防门,包括门主体,所述门本体内设有中空内腔,所述中空内腔内安装设有电加热装置,电加热装置的左侧设置有若干风扇,所述电加热装置包括安装块,安装块呈长方体状,且安装块的顶端和底端分别与中空内腔的顶部和中空内腔的底部固定连接,所述安装块内部开设有预热腔,预热腔右侧的安装块上开设有加热腔,预热腔底部与加热腔底部通过连通孔相连通,且加热腔内设置有加热电阻丝。本发明的有益效果是可以调节室内的温度,使温度保持在人体舒适的范围内;过滤装置用于对进入到室内的空气进行净化,有效调节了室内的空气质量;防盗***实现了用户对安防门的远程控制,更加地智能化。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及安防门技术领域,具体涉及一种预热功能的防火保温安防门。
背景技术
安防是当今社会必不可少的课题之一,进入21世纪,在智能建筑、智能小区建设异军突起,以及高科技电子产品、全数字网络产品的大量涌现,都极大促进了安防产品市场的蓬勃发展。在家庭生活中,防盗门是安防系数最高的。以往人们都使用机械门,现在电子门得到迅速发展,但是目前的电子门无法实现与外界的无线通讯,户主无法对门锁进行远程操作,对使用者有一定的不便;此外,随着空气污染的日益严重,越来越多的人在室内使用空气净化器等组织来改变室内空气,这些净化器会占据较多的空间,对小户型人家来说就显得拥挤;另外目前的安防门不具有室内温度调节的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种预热功能的防火保温安防门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种预热功能的防火保温安防门,包括门主体,所述门本体内设有中空内腔,所述中空内腔内安装设有电加热装置,电加热装置的左侧设置有若干风扇,所述电加热装置包括安装块,安装块呈长方体状,且安装块的顶端和底端分别与中空内腔的顶部和中空内腔的底部固定连接,所述安装块内部开设有预热腔,预热腔右侧的安装块上开设有加热腔,预热腔底部与加热腔底部通过连通孔相连通,且加热腔内设置有加热电阻丝,加热腔右侧的安装块侧壁上均匀开设有若干排风口,所述预热腔顶部左侧壁上开设有进风口;中空内腔的右侧设有内门板,所述内门板上开设有若干与中空内腔相连通的通风孔,所述中空内腔的左侧还设有保温板,保温板的外侧设有防火层,防火层外部设有门板填充层,门板填充层外部为外门板;所述外门板与中空内腔的之间的门主体上设置有过滤装置;还包括防盗***,所述防盗***包括门锁、主控制***、信息收集模块、驱动模块以及与外部管理***相连的通信模块,所述主控制***与所述通信模块相连,所述通信模块与所述信息收集模块相连,所述驱动模块与所述通信模块相连,所述驱动装置包括控制模块和机械机构,所述机械机构与所述门锁相连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述防火层由填充的防火隔热棉层组成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述过滤装置从左至右依次为冷触媒过滤网、蜂窝活性炭过滤网、光触媒过滤板、HEPA高效过滤网、紫外线杀菌层和负离子净化层。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述信息收集模块包括人脸识别模块和指纹识别模块。
本发明的有益效果是可以调节室内的温度,使温度保持在人体舒适的范围内;在进行加热时,由于加热腔内的加热电阻丝产生热量,对预热腔也进行了加热,当冷空气在预热腔内流过时,预热腔内部的热量对冷空气进行有效的加热处理,从而使进入到加热腔内的空气具备一定的温度,则可以快速提高空气的加热温度,而且还有效节约了能源;过滤装置用于对进入到室内的空气进行净化,有效调节了室内的空气质量;防盗***实现了用户对安防门的远程控制,更加地智能化。

请参阅图1-图4,本发明实施例中,一种预热功能的防火保温安防门,包括门主体,所述门本体内设有中空内腔2,所述中空内腔2内安装设有电加热装置3,电加热装置3的左侧设置有若干风扇10,中空内腔2的右侧设有内门板1,所述内门板1上开设有若干与中空内腔2相连通的通风孔9,所述中空内腔2的左侧还设有保温板5,保温板5的外侧设有防火层6,防火层6外部设有门板填充层7,门板填充层7外部为外门板8,当夏季温度较高时,可启动风扇10对室内进行降温,当冬季温度较低时,启动电加热装置3和风扇10,风扇10将电加热装置3产生的热量通过通风孔9吹出,用来调节室内温度;防火层6可以在发生火灾时起到防火的功能。
所述电加热装置3包括安装块301,安装块301呈长方体状,且安装块301的顶端和底端分别与中空内腔2的顶部和中空内腔2的底部固定连接,所述安装块301内部开设有预热腔302,预热腔302右侧的安装块301上开设有加热腔303,预热腔302底部与加热腔303底部通过连通孔306相连通,且加热腔303内设置有加热电阻丝304,加热腔304右侧的安装块301侧壁上均匀开设有若干排风口305,所述预热腔302顶部左侧壁上开设有进风口307,在对室内进行加热时,为了提高能源的利用率,此处对空气设置有预热功能:启动风扇10,风扇10将外界冷空气通过进风口307送入到预热腔302内,由于加热腔303内的加热电阻丝304产生热量,对预热腔302也进行了加热,当冷空气在预热腔302内流过时,预热腔302内部的热量对冷空气进行有效的加热处理,从而使进入到加热腔303内的空气具备一定的温度,则可以快速提高空气的加热温度,而且还有效节约了能源。
所述外门板8与中空内腔2的之间的门主体上设置有过滤装置4;
还包括防盗***,所述防盗***包括门锁、主控制***、信息收集模块、驱动模块以及与外部管理***相连的通信模块,所述主控制***与所述通信模块相连,所述通信模块与所述信息收集模块相连,所述驱动模块与所述通信模块相连,所述驱动装置包括控制模块和机械机构,所述机械机构与所述门锁相连接,管理设备可根据用户命令或预先设置的管理程序,发送管理或控制信息给无线通信模块,无线通信模块发送信号给控制模块,临时或定时开门、暂停或取消开门等,或者直接通过控制模块控制驱动单元带动机械机构执行相应的开门、关门。
所述防火层6由填充的防火隔热棉层组成。
所述过滤装置4从左至右依次为冷触媒过滤网41、蜂窝活性炭过滤网42、光触媒过滤板43、HEPA高效过滤网44、紫外线杀菌层45和负离子净化层46,过滤装置4用于对进入到室内的空气进行净化。
所述信息收集模块包括人脸识别模块和指纹识别模块。
本发明的工作原理是:当夏季温度较高时,可启动风扇10对室内进行降温,当冬季温度较低时,启动电加热装置3和风扇10,风扇10将电加热装置3产生的热量通过通风孔9吹出,用来调节室内温度;为了提高能源的利用率,此处对空气设置有预热功能:启动风扇10,风扇10将外界冷空气通过进风口307送入到预热腔302内,由于加热腔303内的加热电阻丝304产生热量,对预热腔302也进行了加热,当冷空气在预热腔302内流过时,预热腔302内部的热量对冷空气进行有效的加热处理,从而使进入到加热腔303内的空气具备一定的温度,则可以快速提高空气的加热温度,而且还有效节约了能源。防火层6可以在发生火灾时起到防火的功能;过滤装置4用于对进入到室内的空气进行净化,有效调节了室内的空气质量;管理设备可根据用户命令或预先设置的管理程序,发送管理或控制信息给无线通信模块,无线通信模块发送信号给控制模块,临时或定时开门、暂停或取消开门等,或者直接通过控制模块控制驱动单元带动机械机构执行相应的开门、关门。

1.一种预热功能的防火保温安防门,包括门主体,其特征在于,所述门本体内设有中空内腔,所述中空内腔内安装设有电加热装置,电加热装置的左侧设置有若干风扇,所述电加热装置包括安装块,安装块呈长方体状,且安装块的顶端和底端分别与中空内腔的顶部和中空内腔的底部固定连接,所述安装块内部开设有预热腔,预热腔右侧的安装块上开设有加热腔,预热腔底部与加热腔底部通过连通孔相连通,且加热腔内设置有加热电阻丝,加热腔右侧的安装块侧壁上均匀开设有若干排风口,所述预热腔顶部左侧壁上开设有进风口;中空内腔的右侧设有内门板,所述内门板上开设有若干与中空内腔相连通的通风孔,所述中空内腔的左侧还设有保温板,保温板的外侧设有防火层,防火层外部设有门板填充层,门板填充层外部为外门板;所述外门板与中空内腔的之间的门主体上设置有过滤装置;还包括防盗***,所述防盗***包括门锁、主控制***、信息收集模块、驱动模块以及与外部管理***相连的通信模块,所述主控制***与所述通信模块相连,所述通信模块与所述信息收集模块相连,所述驱动模块与所述通信模块相连,所述驱动装置包括控制模块和机械机构,所述机械机构与所述门锁相连接。
