Abstract
一种汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为丙烯腈‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯共聚物10‑15份、氢氧化镁1‑2份、氢氧化铝15‑20份、柠檬酸15‑20份、铝矾土2‑5份、次磷酸铝2‑4份、偏二氯乙烯1‑2份、碳粉1‑2份。借由上述技术方案,本发明的汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料由于各种组分稳定性强,使得气味挥发极小,且个组分成本低廉,具有良好的阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明属于化工材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料。
背景技术
随着物质生活的提高,家用电器的使用己日趋普遍,由于线缆包裹着的电路过载或线路老化问题引起的火灾己有增长趋势。火灾己成为人们生产生活中的最大危险之一。随着社会的不断发展,在社会财富日益增多的同时,导致发生火灾的危险性也在增多,火灾的危害性也越来越大。人们在各个领域对阻燃材料的需求也越来越大。但目前市场上的阻燃材料,阻燃效果一般,且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料,所要解决的技术问题是使其具有良好的阻燃效果且使用寿命长,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物10-15份、氢氧化镁1-2份、氢氧化铝15-20份、柠檬酸15-20份、铝矾土2-5份、次磷酸铝2-4份、偏二氯乙烯1-2份、碳粉1-2份。
借由上述技术方案,本发明的汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料由于各种组分稳定性强,使得气味挥发极小,且个组分成本低廉,具有良好的阻燃效果。

一种汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物15份、氢氧化镁2份、氢氧化铝20份、柠檬酸20份、铝矾土5份、次磷酸铝4份、偏二氯乙烯2份、碳粉2份。
实施例3
一种汽车仪表台专用阻燃材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物12份、氢氧化镁1份、氢氧化铝18份、柠檬酸18份、铝矾土4份、次磷酸铝3份、偏二氯乙烯2份、碳粉2份。
