Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the electric cooker may further include a detection module 50, and the detection module 50 is configured to detect a steam temperature inside the electric cooker. And then the judging module 20 judges whether the steam temperature reaches the temperature threshold, if the steam temperature reaches the temperature threshold, namely the boiling stage is reached in the electric cooker, the first heater is controlled to alternately heat with the second average power and the third average power until the cooking is finished. Wherein the temperature threshold can be 80-100 deg.C, such as 85 deg.C.
Alternatively, the detection module 50 may be a temperature sensor disposed on the upper cover of the rice cooker, that is, the temperature of the steam in the rice cooker may be detected by the temperature sensor disposed on the upper cover of the rice cooker.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the boiling detection parameter may be a bubble vibration detection value, a bubble electrode detection value or a bubble capacitance detection value in the electric cooker.
Specifically, taking the bubble vibration detection value as an example, the detection module 50 may be an induction device disposed on an inner wall of the electric cooker for detecting a vibration frequency, and detects the vibration frequency of the electric cooker during cooking, so as to determine that bubbles exist in the electric cooker, that is, the electric cooker reaches a boiling stage when the vibration frequency reaches a frequency threshold.
Taking the detection value of the bubble electrode as an example, the detection module 50 may be an electrode detection device arranged in the electric cooker and used for detecting the position of the bubble, and the position of the bubble in the electric cooker is determined according to the detected electrode conduction state value, and when the position of the bubble reaches a preset position, such as the position of the top of the current cooking food, the boiling stage in the electric cooker can be determined.
Taking the detection value of the bubble capacitance as an example, the detection module 50 may be a capacitance detection device arranged in the electric cooker and used for detecting the position of the bubble, and the position of the bubble in the electric cooker is determined according to the detected capacitance value, and when the position of the bubble reaches a preset position, such as the position close to the top of the current cooking food, the boiling stage in the electric cooker can be determined.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second average power may be calculated by the second operating power and the second power adjusting ratio.
Specifically, the second average power is equal to a product of the second operating power and the second power modulation ratio, that is, the second average power is the second operating power and the second power modulation ratio.
Wherein, the value range of the second working power can be 300-800W, such as 800W; the second power modulation ratio may have a value in a range of 4/16-6/16, such as 6/16, and the second average power may have a value in a range of 75-300W, such as 300W. For example, when the second operating power is 800W and the second modulation ratio is 6/16, the second average power is 300W, that is, the heater heats with 800 × (6/16) ═ 300W.
In one embodiment of the invention, the third average power is the second operating power and the third modulation ratio.
Wherein, the value range of the second working power can be 300-800W, such as 800W; the value range of the third power regulation ratio can be 1/16-3/16, such as 2/16; the third average power is in the range of 18.75-150W, such as 100W.
Specifically, after the receiving module receives a cooking instruction input by a user, the control module controls a first heater of the electric cooker to heat with a first average power according to the cooking instruction, the judging module obtains boiling detection parameters in the electric cooker in real time and judges whether the boiling detection parameters reach a preset threshold value, namely whether a boiling stage is reached in the electric cooker, and when the boiling stage is reached in the electric cooker, the control module controls the first heater to heat alternately with a second average power and a third average power until cooking is finished.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the control module 40 controls the first heater to alternately perform heating at the second average power and the third average power, the control module 40 controls the timer 30 to start timing after determining that the boiling detection parameter reaches the preset threshold, and determines whether the timing time is odd or even, wherein the timing time may be in units of minutes. And when the timing time is an odd number, controlling the first heater to heat with the second average power, and judging whether the timing time reaches a first preset time. And controlling the first heater to heat at a third average power when the timing time does not reach the first preset time and the timing time is even.
Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rice cooker further includes a second heater (not shown) provided at the upper cover.
Specifically, the control module 40 is further configured to control the first heater to stop working when the timing time reaches a first preset time, and control the second heater to heat at a fourth average power until the timing time reaches a second preset time.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first preset time is less than the second preset time.
Wherein, the value range of the first preset time can be 30-60 minutes, such as 40 minutes; the second predetermined time may range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes, such as 80 minutes.
In one embodiment of the invention, the fourth average power is the second operating power and the fourth modulation ratio.
Wherein, the value range of the second working power can be 300-800W, such as 800W; the value range of the fourth power regulation ratio can be 8/16-16/16, such as 12/16; the fourth average power may be 150-800W, such as 600W.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the rice cooker further comprises a prompt module 60. The prompting module 60 is connected with the control module 40, and when the timing time reaches a first preset time, the control module 40 is configured to control the prompting module 60 to send a prompting message to remind a user to open the upper cover.
Alternatively, the prompting module 60 may be a buzzer, such as a beep that sounds a "beep" to prompt the user to open the cover of the rice cooker.
With reference to fig. 3 and 4, according to the above embodiment of the present invention, the principle of the rice cooker to realize the rice oil cooking process can be as follows:
s1, pre-boiling stage: after the rice cooker starts the rice oil function cooking, firstly, the working power W1 (namely, the first working power) of the heating system is set, then the rice cooker uses the power regulation ratio N1 (namely, the first power regulation ratio) to cook, namely, the first heater heats at the first average power to separate out the nutritional ingredients in the rice grains.
S2, medium fire boiling stage: when the steam temperature detected by a temperature sensor arranged on the upper cover reaches T (namely a temperature threshold value), the working power of the heating system is switched to W2 (namely a second working power), a timer T1 is started, and when the number of minutes counted by the timer T1 is odd, rice oil cooking is carried out by using a power regulation ratio N2 (namely a second power regulation ratio), namely the first heater is heated at a second average power, so that rice grains are boiled vigorously and boiled thoroughly, wherein N2< N1.
S3, small fire boiling stage: when the timer T1 counts even number of minutes, rice oil cooking is performed by using a power adjusting ratio N3 (namely, a third power adjusting ratio), namely, the first heater heats at a third average power to prevent overflow during cooking, wherein N3< N2.
S2 and S3 are circulated at intervals.
S4, rice oil forming stage: after the timer T1 reaches a set value T1 (a first preset time), starting a timer T2, controlling the first heater to stop working, controlling the second heater to heat at a power adjustment ratio N4 (i.e., a fourth power adjustment ratio), namely, the second heater heats at a fourth average power, and maintaining the stage S4 until the timer T2 reaches a set value T2 (i.e., a second preset time); or after the timer T1 counts time and reaches a set value T1 (first preset time), the buzzer is controlled to send out a prompt message to remind a user to open the upper cover for natural cooling. That is, in the time t1-t2, the first heater does not heat, only the second heater heats, or the first heater and the second heater do not heat, and the upper cover is opened, thereby ensuring that no condensed water drips on the rice oil.
To sum up, the electric cooker of the embodiment of the invention, after the receiving module receives the cooking instruction input by the user, the control module controls the first heater of the electric cooker to heat with the first average power according to the cooking instruction, the judging module obtains the boiling detection parameter in the electric cooker in real time and judges whether the boiling detection parameter reaches the preset threshold value, namely whether the electric cooker reaches the boiling stage, when the electric cooker reaches the boiling stage, the control module controls the first heater to heat with the second average power and controls the timer to start timing, when the number of timing minutes is smaller than the first preset time and is an odd number, the control module controls the first heater to heat with the second average power, when the number of timing minutes is smaller than the first preset time and is an even number, the control module controls the first heater to heat with the third average power, when the timing time reaches the first preset time and is smaller than the second preset time, the control module controls the second heater to heat with fourth average power, and cooking is finished until the timing time reaches second preset time, or when the timing time reaches first preset time, the control prompt module sends prompt information to remind a user to open the upper cover for natural cooling.

Claims (19)

1. A control method of an electric cooker is characterized in that the electric cooker comprises a first heater, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a cooking instruction input by a user, wherein the cooking instruction is used for controlling the electric cooker to cook porridge;
controlling the first heater to heat at a first average power according to the cooking instruction;
obtaining a boiling detection parameter in the electric cooker, and judging whether the boiling detection parameter reaches a preset threshold value;
and if the boiling detection parameter reaches the preset threshold value, controlling the first heater to alternately heat at a second average power and a third average power until the cooking is finished, wherein the second average power is greater than the third average power.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the boiling detection parameter is a steam temperature inside the rice cooker.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the boiling detection parameter is a bubble vibration detection value, a bubble electrode detection value or a bubble capacitance detection value in the rice cooker.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlling the first heater to alternately heat at the second average power and the third average power comprises:
starting timing after the boiling detection parameter is judged to reach the preset threshold value;
judging whether the timing time is an odd number or an even number;
if the timing time is the odd number, controlling the first heater to heat at the second average power, and judging whether the timing time reaches a first preset time;
and if the timing time does not reach the first preset time and the timing time is the even number, controlling the first heater to heat at a third average power.
5. The method for controlling an electric cooker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the electric cooker further comprises a second heater disposed on an upper cover of the electric cooker, and when the timed time reaches the first preset time, the method further comprises:
and controlling the first heater to stop working, and controlling the second heater to heat at a fourth average power until the timing time reaches a second preset time.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first predetermined time is shorter than the second predetermined time.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein when the timed time reaches the first preset time, the method further comprises:
and sending prompt information to remind the user to open the upper cover of the electric cooker.
8. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first average power ranges from 1050-.
9. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first predetermined time is in the range of 30-60 minutes, and the second predetermined time is in the range of 60-120 minutes.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlling the first heater to alternately heat at the second average power and the third average power further comprises:
starting timing after the boiling detection parameter is judged to reach the preset threshold value;
judging whether the timing time is an odd number or an even number;
if the timing time is the odd number, controlling the first heater to heat at the third average power, and judging whether the timing time reaches a first preset time;
and if the timing time does not reach the first preset time and the timing time is the even number, controlling the first heater to heat with second average power.
11. An electric rice cooker, characterized in that, comprising:
a first heater;
the receiving module is used for receiving a cooking instruction input by a user, wherein the cooking instruction is used for controlling the electric cooker to cook porridge;
the judging module is used for acquiring boiling detection parameters in the electric cooker and judging whether the boiling detection parameters reach a preset threshold value;
a timer;
and the control module is respectively connected with the receiving module, the judging module and the timer and is used for controlling the first heater to heat at a first average power according to the cooking instruction and controlling the first heater to heat at a second average power and a third average power alternately when the boiling detection parameter reaches the preset threshold until the cooking is finished, wherein the second average power is greater than the third average power.
12. The rice cooker of claim 11, wherein said boiling detection parameter is a temperature of steam within said rice cooker.
13. The rice cooker of claim 11, wherein the boiling detection parameter is a bubble vibration detection value, a bubble electrode detection value or a bubble capacitance detection value in the rice cooker.
14. The rice cooker of claim 11, wherein when the control module controls the first heater to alternately perform heating at a second average power and a third average power, wherein,
the control module controls the timer to start timing after judging that the boiling detection parameter reaches the preset threshold value;
judging whether the timing time is an odd number or an even number;
when the timing time is the odd number, controlling the first heater to heat at the second average power, and judging whether the timing time reaches a first preset time;
and when the timing time does not reach the first preset time and the timing time is the even number, controlling the first heater to heat at the third average power.
15. The rice cooker of claim 14, further comprising:
the second heater is arranged on the upper cover of the electric cooker;
the control module is further used for controlling the first heater to stop working when the timing time reaches the first preset time, and controlling the second heater to heat at a fourth average power until the timing time reaches a second preset time.
16. The rice cooker of claim 15, wherein the first predetermined time is less than the second predetermined time.
17. The rice cooker of claim 14, further comprising:
the prompting module is connected with the control module;
the control module is also used for controlling the prompt module to send prompt information to remind the user to open the upper cover of the electric cooker when the timing time reaches the first preset time.
18. The rice cooker as claimed in claim 15, wherein the first average power ranges from 1050-.
19. The electric rice cooker as claimed in claim 16, wherein the first preset time is in a range of 30-60 minutes, and the second preset time is in a range of 60-120 minutes.
