The second step is to connect and assemble the display device 300 and the display panel 200: specifically, the display device 300 is pushed forward from the rear side of the panel bracket 100 such that the display cover 320 of the display device 300 is attached to the see-through region 240 of the display panel 200 through the see-through window 114; the lug 311 of the display device 300 is screwed with the screw post 220 by using a screw, so that the display device 300 and the display panel 200 are connected and fixed on the panel bracket 100. It should be noted that the screw post 220 is not only used for positioning and mounting the display panel 200, but also used for connecting and fixing the display device 300 and the display panel 200.
The number of the connecting members is not limited, and the display panel 200 can be designed according to the specification, but it should be ensured that the number of each connecting member (i.e. the latch 210, the screw post 220 and the positioning post 230) is at least two. In the process of assembling the display panel 200 and the display device 300, the positioning column 230 can be used to cooperate with the screw connection column 220 to position the display panel 200, so that on one hand, the stability of positioning and mounting the display panel 200 on the panel bracket 100 can be enhanced, and on the other hand, after the display panel 200 is screw-connected and fixed with the display device 300, the positioning column 230 can be used to strongly support the display panel 200, so as to avoid the deformation of the screw connection column 220 or the bolt 210 due to the overlarge load. The setting positions of the three types of connectors should be set according to the latch holes 111, the mounting holes 112 and the positioning holes 113 on the panel bracket 100. The positions of the various holes of the panel bracket 100 are optimized to facilitate the installation and ensure the stability of the connection between the display panel 200 and the display device 300.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5 again, in the present embodiment, in order to enhance the connection stability between the display panel 200 and the display device 300, the accommodating recess 110 has first mounting areas located at two opposite sides of the perspective window 114, at least one mounting hole 112 and one bolt hole 111 are disposed in each of the first mounting areas, and the bolt hole 111 and the mounting hole 112 in each of the first mounting areas are longitudinally and sequentially spaced apart.
Specifically, the two first installation areas are respectively located at two sides of the length direction of the perspective window 114, each first installation area is provided with an installation hole 112 and a bolt hole 111, and the bolt holes 111 and the installation holes 112 are longitudinally arranged at intervals in the first installation areas. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the mounting holes 112 or the pin holes 111 in each of the first mounting areas may be two or more.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and fig. 5, further, the plurality of positioning holes 113 are respectively disposed in the two first mounting areas, and the bolt holes 111, the mounting holes 112 and the positioning holes 113 in the first mounting areas are longitudinally and sequentially arranged at intervals.
Specifically, a positioning hole 113 is disposed in each of the first mounting areas, and the positioning hole 113 is located below the mounting hole 112 and is arranged in a column with the bolt hole 111 and the mounting hole 112 at intervals in sequence, so that the stability of the display panel 200 fixed on the panel bracket 100 can be enhanced.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the second embodiment of the panel assembly of the present invention, the difference from the first embodiment is that the receiving groove 110 has a second mounting region between the two first mounting regions, and the positioning holes 113 are disposed in the second mounting region and are arranged at triangular intervals with the pin holes 111 or the mounting holes 112 in the first mounting region.
Specifically, locating holes 113 are arranged in the second installation area, and locating holes 113 and two installation holes 112 in the first installation area are arranged at triangular intervals, so that when display panel 200 and panel bracket 100 are connected and fixed through corresponding screw connection columns 220 and 230, triangular locating points are formed, and locating stability is stronger. And the positioning holes 113 and the bolt holes 111 of the two first mounting areas are also arranged at a triangular interval, so that when the display panel 200 and the panel bracket 100 are connected and fixed by the corresponding bolts 210 and the positioning posts 230, a triangular supporting point is formed, and the stability of supporting the display panel 200 is stronger. Therefore, the display panel 200 and the display device 300 are stably connected, and are difficult to be misplaced, so that a gap is not easy to be formed between the display panel and the display device.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to enhance the stability of the connection between the display panel 200 and the display device 300 according to any of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the positioning post 230 is larger than the outer diameter of the screw post 220; the outer diameter of the threaded post 220 is greater than the outer diameter of the latch 210.
Specifically, the positioning post 230 is used as a member for positioning and supporting the display panel 200, so that the positioning post 230 is required to have better strength, and by making the outer diameter of the positioning post 230 larger than the outer diameter of the screw post 220, the outer diameter of the screw post 220 larger than the outer diameter of the bolt 210, correspondingly, the aperture of the positioning hole 113 is larger than the aperture of the mounting hole 112, and the aperture of the mounting hole 112 is larger than the aperture of the bolt hole 111, after the display panel 200 is fixedly connected with the display device 300, the supporting strength of the connection position on the display panel 200 is gradually increased from top to bottom, so that the connection stability of the display panel 200 and the display device 300 is greatly enhanced. It should be noted that the "outer diameter" in this embodiment refers to the equivalent outer diameter.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 10 may be disposed on the outer side surfaces of the positioning post 230 and the screw post 220. Specifically, four reinforcing ribs 10 are disposed on the outer side surface of each positioning column 230, each reinforcing rib 10 extends along the height direction of the positioning column 230, and the four reinforcing ribs 10 are disposed on the outer side surface of the positioning column 230 in a cross shape. The equivalent outer diameter of each positioning post 230 is gradually reduced from the rear surface of the display panel 200 to the rear so that the free end of the positioning post 230 has a guiding function, and the positioning post 230 is conveniently guided into the positioning hole 113 during the assembly process.
Similarly, four reinforcing ribs 10 are also disposed on the outer side surface of each screw connection column 220, each reinforcing rib 10 extends along the height direction of the screw connection column 220, and the four reinforcing ribs 10 are disposed on the outer side surface of the screw connection column 220 in a cross shape. And the equivalent outer diameter of each screw post 220 is gradually reduced from the rear panel surface of the display panel 200 to the rear, so that the mounting end of the screw post 220 has a guiding function, and the screw post 220 is conveniently guided into the mounting hole 112 in the assembly process.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, according to any of the above embodiments, the latch 210 includes a latch lever 211 and an elastic hook 212 disposed at a rear end of the latch lever 211, and after the latch 210 is inserted into the latch hole 111 from front to back, the elastic hook 212 is clamped to a hole edge at a rear end of the latch hole 111, so as to fix the display panel 200 on the panel bracket 100.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to enhance the stability of the connection between the plug 210 and the plug hole 111 and prevent the plug 210 from coming off, the plug hole 111 is preferably tapered from front to back. By the arrangement, the front end hole diameter of the bolt hole 111 is larger, and the bolt 210 is easy to push into the bolt hole 111 in the assembly process; the rear end of the latch hole 111 has a smaller hole diameter, and after the assembly is completed, the elastic hook 212 on the latch 210 is difficult to overcome the resistance of the rear end of the latch hole 111, so that the stability of the connection between the latch 210 and the latch hole 111 is higher.
Further, in consideration of whether the latch 210 is aligned with the latch hole 111 or not when the display panel 200 is assembled, it is preferable that the front end of the latch hole 111 is provided in an arc-shaped chamfer. The front ends of the bolt holes 111 are sequentially provided with a certain guiding function, so that the bolts 210 can be conveniently guided into the bolt holes 111.
Referring to fig. 8, in order to expand the visual angle of the display panel 200 according to any of the above embodiments, the perspective area 240 is provided with a curved display screen 400, the outer panel of the curved display screen 400 is arranged in a spherical shape, and the inner panel of the curved display screen 400 is arranged in a planar shape and is attached to the display cover 320.
Specifically, if the transparent region 240 of the display panel 200 is formed of a transparent material that is the material of the display panel 200 itself, the curved display screen 400 is a part of the display panel 200 itself. If another perspective frame is provided on the display panel 200, the curved display screen 400 is an independent structure mounted on the perspective frame. The curved display 400 is preferably made of glass.
Here, the outer surface of the curved display screen 400 is formed in a spherical shape, and the inner surface of the curved display screen 400 is formed in a planar shape, so that the curved display screen 400 has a convex lens effect, and a certain amplifying effect is performed on information displayed on the display cover 320. Compared with a conventional flat display screen, the lenticular display can enlarge display information, increase display definition, and enlarge a visual angle of the display panel 200, so that a user can see information displayed on the display panel 200 in a wider area.
However, the thickness of the curved display 400 should not be too thick, otherwise, the information displayed on the curved display 400 is easily deformed greatly on the spherical surface. Referring to FIG. 8, the curved display 400 preferably has an outer panel protruding from the front panel of the panel support 100 by a thickness H.epsilon.1 mm,4mm, e.g., 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, or 3 mm.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises a shell and a panel assembly, wherein the panel assembly is arranged on the shell. The specific structure of the panel assembly refers to the above embodiments, and because the air conditioner adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, the air conditioner also has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and the description thereof is omitted herein.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
