Abstract

本发明公开了一种植物纤维玩具及工艺品及其制造方法,其制作原料包括竹木纤维粉、氨基模塑料、密胺制品下脚料、水和色粉组成,其中竹木纤维为从竹木加工厂家下角料中提取出的一种纤维素纤维粉,密胺制品下脚料为密胺制品厂家的边角料;通过140‑170度高温、50‑200吨压力下硫化2.5‑10分钟制得。本发明有益效果:同时对竹木加工厂和密胺制品厂的废料进行资源回收与利用,原料及设备成本低,工艺过程简单,生产周期短;所制得的产品具有无毒无味,硬度较强,具有较强的耐用性,易着色、耐磕碰、耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐低温等优点,可应用于多种日常生活用品中。

技术领域
本实发明涉及玩具及工艺品加工制造领域,具体来说,涉及一种利用植物纤维制造的玩具及工艺品。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对各种工艺品、摆件、礼品盒等的需求和要求也越来越高,这必然造成竹木等原材料的大量消耗。因此,利用废品制作新材料,提高废旧资源的利用率,成为未来发展趋势。
目前,现有制作技术普遍不能实现对废物的回收利用,虽然现已有技术可以回收利用植物纤维制作产品,但是生产出的产品普遍存在硬度较差、不易着色和易摔碎不耐用的问题,产品应用范围狭窄,尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对现有相关技术中的利用废旧资源生产出的产品硬度较差、不易着色和摔碎不耐用的问题,本发明提出一种植物纤维玩具及工艺品及其制造方法。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含密胺植物纤维玩具及工艺品及其制造方法,其特征在于,其制作原料包括竹木纤维粉、氨基模塑料、密胺制品下脚料、水和色粉,其中竹木纤维为从竹木加工厂家下角料中提取出的一种纤维素纤维粉,密胺制品下脚料为密胺制品厂家的边角料,各原料的重量百分比如下:竹木纤维粉1-70%,氨基模塑料1-80%,水0.1-10%,密胺制品下脚料2-95%以及适量色粉;
所述密胺制品下脚料重量百分比组成为:功能粉体2-5%、无机抗菌剂2-5%和密胺树脂 90-96%,各组分之和为100%;所述功能粉体的重量百分比组成为:电气石7-35%、铁氧体 12-35%、高岭土10-20%、氧化硅5-20%、氧化铝5-20%、氧化钙5-20%、聚丙烯酸2-5%和稀土1-5%,各组分之和为100%,功能粉体的平均粒径≤1微米;所述无机抗菌剂是指纳米银系抗菌粉体或纳米氧化锌。
进一步限定,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹木边角和密胺制品下脚料均粉碎至40-100目;
(2)按原料配比称取原料,将上述原料按比例放入高速搅拌机中搅拌4-6分钟;
(3)将混合料根据产品的实际进行定量称重,将定量的混合料倒入置于液压硫化机内部的磨具腔内进行硫化,其中,磨具分为上下两模,上下两模的温度均控制在140-170度、压力为50-200吨,硫化时间为2.5-10分钟;
(4)硫化后取出,即为植物纤维玩具及工艺品。
